I went to the apple store and they said I should come back on Saturday for a replacement. Do I have to book another appointment?
my my iphone wasn't powering on so apple said I should return for a free replacement on Saturday. Does that mean I have to book an appointment for Saturday or do I just walk in?
This will not help such a depleted or poor battery situation. But to Calibrate. Keep using iPhone as usual until it goes to 0% battery and shuts itself OFF due to low battery. Then charge it all the way to 100% in one charging event. Usually takes about 2 or 2 1/2 hrs to completely charge. Done.

I went to two different apple stores and both people looked at it and they said that my phone definitely had major hardware issues and that the dock was broken and that the headphone jack was broken but they said that I was out of warranty so I would have to pay around $200 for a replacement or an upgrade. But I really don't want to go that because I am waiting for the newest iPhone to come out because my contract is up in November. The guy in the 1st store was surprisingly rude to me.

I am having problems downloading 2 purchased movies. Cars 2 & Toy Story. I had it on My iPad, then after a while the movies would not play. I went to the apple store and they deleted it and told me that all I need to do is download it again. I tried what they suggested at the apple store, but I am still not successful. It continues to tell me there is a download error. Please help! Need these movies for my 3 year old!User to user forum.

Most of my e-mail goes to Junk e-mail..! I have tried the rules suggestion as soluiton of the problem, but I don't see any rules to be removed. I went to the Apple store and they couldn't resolve the problem ...Help!!! Any other suggestion?Is it being marked by your email provider? Check the raw headers and see if there is an x-spam header.
If so, you can disable Mail trusting spam headers in the Junk preferences. -
I went to the apple store and they did a reset on my iPad...I was able to restore all my apps Except Pages and Numbers...those don't appear on my purchased apps at the App Store...how do I restore them...without paying for them again..of course.
If you go into iTunes and sign in and then try to download them again it will let you redownload them. Just make sure you're signed in with the apple ID you used to buy them in the first place.

Has anyone Had an iphone start expanding out of its own case. I took it to the apple store and they said that is normal to tell you the battery is bad.

I asked at the Apple store and they said I could use any camera. When I look at the cameras on Amazon they seem to all be Windows based so I am confused. Any suggestions?
We've used the Logitech quickcam Vision Pro for Mac on our mini, with 10.6, and ichat, which has worked well. Looks like it's discontinued, however, a number of sellers on ebay are selling them new for $60-$70.

Help!! My ipod classic freeze itunes and my pc to the point of having to force shut down.Help plz i dont know what else to do, i took it to the apple store and they restore for me but when i came home it freezes itunes and my pc, i tried and older itunes, format the ipod and restore it, ran disk erros, am i missing something?! The guy at the shop told me is an "antique" , i bought it a year ago only and barely used it, i feel lile burned money, ipod classic is my favorite model, any suggestions plzzzz!!!!
Glad 7.7.1 worked for you, I updated itunes on my macbook, and every time i try to sync the music to my ipod classic, it goes for 23 songs and then it freezes and I get "Cannot read or write to this disk", and it ejects it. I tried uninstalling itunes, reinstalling an earlier version (7.6.2) same problem, plus a new issue with itunes. (It was a clean uninstall, btw, I got everything cleaned out, I think, lol). Video's transfer fine. And no good way to get ahold of apple. That's great. If I have no music on my ipod, it's useless. Think they'll give me my money back? (lol)

I have a MacBook pro that I bought in 2012, I have had problems with it randomly restarting almost since it was new. I called tech support several times and they did tests each time and thought they had it fixed but later it started again. Some times it will go a month and not do it but lately it has been doing it more frequently some times several times a day. Day before yesterday I took it to the apple store and left it. today they called and said they could find nothing wrong with it. But they said they could see where it had restarted 60 times. Does anyone have any suggestions.

I hate my iphone because when one thing gets fixed, it messes up something else. I had to go get it fixed friday. Software issue. Now my bluetooth won't work in my truck. We have tried several times over the weekend and it will not connect.
