Both iPhones use the same size SIM Cards. You will be able to simply transfer the iPhone 5 SIM Card to the iPhone 5C SIM Card Tray.

only from the Cloud? Really only want to transfer my music. Or does it just automatically load everything in the cloud?

I purchased keynote, numbers, and pages when i bought my macbook air in late september. the december update will not load because it says i do not own the software and returns an error messgae 100. i have read manuals and looked over the web but i cannot figure out how to get this software update to identify that i do own these three pieces of software. they are installed and usable. any ideas would be appreciated before i call apple support.

If that is not it, look in the App Store under Purchases. Are they there?
If not, go into your account in App Store and click the link to show hidden purchases.
If they are still not there, use the support link in the App Store.
If they do show up, copy all the apps to an external drive, then remove them from your Mac. Go to the App Store, Purchases, and install from there. -

What kind of ACC do you have? Nobody that reads posts is omnipotent or has ESP or can read your mind.
Also if you want to converse in English then you need to learn English to the point that you can actually write constructive sentences and paragraphs in English including the proper use of Upper Case, Lower Case and punctuation to some degree.
Otherwise write in your own language on a translator like google translate and paste the translation into your post.
Also you would notice that this forum was supposed to be retired 8/22/2008 if you'd read the stickies in it before posting to it. Which I would suppose is why almost all questions in it go unanswered.

It the same phone but you don't have to have data on it if you don't want since they are older phones. We had these phones without data as I didn't think they would be good for surfing the net compared to a smart phone. Mary

Ensure that the ethernet is connected to the WAN port (with the dotted circle).
You may have to reset and reconfigure your Airport Extreme. -

Then the SIM may have failed. Try removing and re-inserting it. If that doesn't fix it, you will have to get the SIM replaced by your carrier.

Back your old phone up in iTunes first. Then after you swap the SIM card into the new phone, connect the new one to iTunes and choose "Restore from backup." It should replicate everything that was on the old phone, right down to most of your settings and text message history. -

HELP HELPTo confirm, your existing mail client isn't communicating with your existing and remote mail services at Dreamhost? Which mail client are you using (Apple mail?), and how is mail on the client set up?
It would initially seem that your client is still referencing the server, either for its inbound or outbound mail. (And I'm not sure how unplugging the server helps here, unless there's some sort of a configuration issue, or a duplicate network address or such.) This would usually be something within the configuration of the mail client.
The Mac OS X Server is significantly easier than the many other servers and server operating systems I've dealt with over the years, but it requires reading the manuals and/or some knowledge of networking and of server environments.
Small shops and home folks without the time or inclination to "spin up" on these server areas can be well-served with some help initially configuring the server. Servers are different from clients. Stuff that you're implicitly used to using when you're running a client -- the DHCP server, for instance -- are what the servers provide you with.
As for Mac OS X Server and particularly if you head outside of the default settings and sequences and off into the customizations, which is what has happened here, you might want to engage some assistance. Not just for the direct and obvious initial set-up sequence, but also for getting you set-up and started with backups and other such tasks. Before you get too deep in here and get too much underway and too much saved on your disks, do seriously consider getting somebody in to help set this box up for you.
Mac OS X Server is not "no IT", but it is rather closer to "less IT" than most. Particularly once you get it configured and running. -
I recently had to swap out my iphone 4s and I am having problems restoring photos and videos from icloud. When I restored my phone from icloud, half of my pics and videos have been deleted, the pics that were restored on my phone are very blurry, and the videos won't play. I get a message on my phone that says " the URL you are requesting is not found on this server". I have erased and reset my phone twice, but every time I do it, more pics and videos are deleted. I have backed up to icloud and iphoto, however, some of the pics are no longer on iphoto either. Is there someway to get the videos to play on my phone again? Make the photos not as blurry as they are now and to restore the pics and videos that have been lost? I really would love to have them back, this phone is supposed to be the best and right now it doesn't seem to be. Please help if you can.
I too have noticed that once i restored from iCloud. Pictures blurry and videos wont play!

Many thanks JEM24 for your help. Ive just spent the best part of six hundred pounds on a new Sony Rx100m2 compact camera, so I have no interest in the Ipods camera at all really. I doubt Ill be watching many videos on it as Im very lucky in that I have a good Android tablet. Its more as a stock music player that Ill be buying the Ipod for, if indeed I do end up buying one. I dont like the idea of paying the exorbitant amount added for more memory space that Apple along with most other companies charge. In fact I read an article on this very subject just yesterday in the tech section of Flipboard. It stated in the article that in the case of the Iphone the actual cost of each additional gigabyte of storage to Apple et al is something in the order of 60p.. This is certainly not reflected in the price us the customer has to pay at the till.. Its for this reason primarily that Apple in particular, because their products do not allow adding expandable memory of your own in the form of cheap to buy cards, that nobody in their right mind buys the 64gig etc Iphones..I am aware that we are discussing my potential purchase of an Ipod Touch here but you see my point. Macbook Air solders memory onto the motherboard. It cannot be upgraded.
Macbook Pro has memory slots that allow SODIMMs (the memory cards) to be replaced, up to the limit of the motherboard.
My 15 in MBP can upgrade to 16 GB. But 16 GB for my machine is still $600 at cheapest. I will be staying at 8 GB for a while. -
ahh! .I restored my iphone recently and put all my music back onto my phone that day and it was fine but last night i was putting someother music on got an error music on. I got an error message about not being able to sync and now ALL my music has GONE. deos anyone know why this would have happened?
