Impossible to cancel

You've been charging me every month.  The chat feature is a joke.  I want a phone number to call where I can speak to someone who speaks and understands English and can stop the charges on my account and cancel whatever you have listed as a product or service for me.  What phone number can I use?

    Sometimes your windows serial number might work in MAC version but this is not always the case.  You can try downloading the trial version of MAC version and then see if your serial number works.  If it does then there is no need to return anything IMHO.

  • Impossible to cancel subscription to Creative Cloud

    The phone tree has no option that even sounds like the right person to talk to about cancelling, and the wait is over an hour.
    The directions online are circular - it says the link saying "cancel this membership" leads somewhere it doesn't.  Instead, all you get is directions to contact customer service.
    The chat function says there is an agent available but when you open it tells you they are helping other people, and I've been waiting 30 minutes already.
    You have taken a total of 4 hours of my valuable time, with no end in sight, just to cancel a duplicate Creative Cloud subscription.
    The above constitutes an attempt on the part of Adobe to prevent customers from cancelling subscriptions, so they can be paid $20 per month for nothing.
    I expect the account under [email protected] to be cancelled immediately.

    Yes I know what you're talking about... phone conversation is the only way. I had a year agreement and found out that they continued to charge me thereafter the year. After going round and round in circles on the website I miraculously found a contact no. to call. Phone conversation is the only way to communicate, particularly with reference to charges.  I then spoke with a representative who said that Adobe automatically signs me up for a further year after the year expires, and therefore I would have to pay a cancellation fee. I was not impressed, especially not being provided with warning that the subscription was due to end. I think it is just manners to incorporate a system for which asks you first with a notification in advanced rather than automatic. So my recommendation is if you are looking to sign up on a specific period to ensure that you know whether or not they are going to auto charge you for another period of time thereafter. I have to say they need better communication details on their website!

  • Impossible to cancel order

    We (our church - I'm the buyer) placed an order for a camera a week ago.  At the time, it told us that it would be shipped in two days.  We are an Elite Plus customer and purchase a lot here at Best Buy.  About 15 minutes after placing the order, I got an email saying that the item was no longer available.  It gave me the option to cancel so I went online to do just that.
    That's when the problems started.  I tried canceling but I get an email each time saying that it was unable to make the update I requested.  So... I called customer support.  They tried to cancel but told me the system wouldn't let them.  They told me to give it 24 hours.  It still didn't happen.  Two days later, I called again.  I got the same response... the system won't let them so they were going to have someone in the "backend" do it.  I was told to wait 24 hours.  It's been two days.  Still no cancelation.  
    This is not the first time we've had "system" problems with Best Buy.  I find it amazing that they can't override their own system and cancel a customer's order.  It's actually quite ridiculous and we, as an organization, have had enough issues with this company that we are looking at moving our business elsewhere.
    The other amazing thing was just how difficult it was to get through their customer support line to someone I could talk to.  There is no option on their automated system to just talk to a rep about a problem.  You have to select random products to finally get to an option that allows you to get to a rep.
    I think I shall make a visit to the coporate headquarters in a couple of days if this isn't resolved.  They need serious help there and someone to explain to them exactly what these issues are.

  • Impossible to cancel International Phone Add-ons f...

    Hello
    I cannot cancel my "Friends & Family International" addon from MyBT.
    I tried to call BT, but client support were so useless so I hope I can have some help here.
    When I manage my options to cancel "Friends & Family International" I have this page (see attched image). If I select 'No thanks' to cancel the addon, a message says that I haven't entered all information.
    I MUST check "Unlimited anytime" option to be able to go to the next step.
    Of course, I DON'T want this option.
    Do you have any advice?

    I don't really agree with you.
    I've already used this online service to cancel the caller id feature that recently became paid, and everything worked fine.
    I personally think that being able to manage your plan from your online account is very important, especially now with all services becoming more and more paperless...
    Concerning this particular "problem", I just think that a "No thanks" option is missing under section "Calling Add-ons", just like the one in "International Add-ons", and BT is waiting for a choice made in both section. That's why it's not possible to go further without selecting "Unlimited Calls Add-on".
    I think it's just a technical problem that could be fixed easily, but if no one is reporting it it's not going to change...

  • Impossible to cancel my cc on the German website, any ideas?

    I tried a few times to cancel my cc plan, but it is not possible. the window with the cancel option won't show.
    No phone number or email or an postal address, no chat in the night, working hours very unfriendly for users.

    I apologize for the late reply. Can you try clearing your cache/cookies or using a different web browser? If that doesn't work, contact that payments team through the online contact form or  and they can get your subscription canceled for you. If you contact them through the form and you receive an automated e-mail directing you back to the community, just reply to it and you will be connected with a representative that can assist you.

  • Skype makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel subscription &...

    I am being sent in a vicious circle in an attempt to cancel our subscription & get refund, this has been going on for over a week. Skype needs some serious actual customer support! I continue to get emails that I CANNOT reply to which gives me a link, which takes me BACK to a page I've already SUBMITTED 3 TIMES!! If Skype won't put down the month and year I created our account, how am I supposed to know? Anyone else document that from about 10 years ago? Wow, giving me serious thought as to remove Skype account altogether. I've wasted valuable, cannot afford it......time on this and am back at square one. Come on Skype, get some SERIOUS EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

    There is a Skype FAQ on how to cancel a subscription.  It's rather easy to cancel a subscription.  It actually takes less steps than signing up for one.

  • URGENT - Impossible to cancel subscription

    Hi, I've tried to contact costumer service but I keep being redirected to the community. Using a different browser doesn't work and I need help urgently. I bought a 3 month subscription for calls to the US. This subscription will be renewed tomorrow. A few weeks ago, I used up all the minutes from this 3 month subscription. I decided to buy a one year unlimited subscription for calls to the US. Unfortunately, I realised I couldn't cancel the 3 month subscription. I checked the FAQ on how to cancel a subscription but 'settings' do not appear... What is the best option for me right now? I'd like to cancel my credit card details but I'm not sure if that means that my one year unlimited subscription will be canceled (and thus I won't be able to make the calls I've paid for)?

  • No Registration, Impossible to Cancel

    A week ago I paid for a 1 year, month by month photoshop app.
    To date i Have not received any registration number to open it.
    I have lost count of how many attempts I tried to get this info, so decided to cancel, Thsi is perhaps the most frustrating anf fruitless exercise ever. It is Catch 22 all over,
    I am probably left with having to cancel the credit card which makes the payments
    I really wanted to use  the app but without the registration....?????
    Any advice please ?

    To use your Photoshop single-app subscription you do not have to register anything. Just go to https://creative.adobe.com/products/photoshop and sign in with your Adobe ID. Click the blue Download button and you will have Photoshop downloaded and installed on your computer.
    Your Adobe ID has your subscription attached to it so we know you have paid.
    For products with a perpetual license (serial number / product activation code) registering is a way to tie the perpetual license to your Adobe ID.

  • Newsstand:  Impossible to cancel autosubscribtion of The Daily ....

    I have tried everything including removal of The Daily App for Ipad  - still I'm charged weekly rate week after week .
    Reporting a problem to Itunes is a joke - gives nothing - you are just bounced around between some  strange messages .
    And of course  there is no way to contact any human being at Apple  regarding this
    ( The daily support wioll not come back to me either ..)
    It feels like a  fraud from Apple / The Daily  to me.
    In my world  unsuscribing should be as easy as subscribing  if not easier.

    OK  - I Think I found the correct  button for unsubscribe -
    I  think it is a lousy system that I cannot turn off auto subscribtion on my Ipad -
    WIth  a real long and troublesome  ( always error at the end )
    syncing procedure I'm trying to avoid Itunes .
    Ther is a slider for Auto renewal In Settings on Ipad - What is this suppose to do ?
    Also If I remove the app by itself - it should automatically cancel the subscrioption
    What is  "Report problem" on Itunes receipt
    supposed to do - it does completely nothing after 10 days after pushing on it :-(
