Inbound Idoc for own Message type

Dear All,
I have created a message type for outbound and sent data to the Java System.But when distributing in BD64 inbound parameters are not getting created.
For inbound idoc if i am creating a new message type,How i can get data from external server and commit it in database.
We have to write any program as we do for outbound?
Another issue outbound idoc is in waiting status i have to process it in BD87.How i can sent it immediately and in partner profile, distributing in module view BD64 i have given Transfer IDoc Immediately.

Its throwing a error message status 51.(Application document not posted) IDoc not fully processed.

IDOC:inbound scenario for posting Message type ORDRSP

Hi All,
I am doing a inbound scenraio to post message type ORDRSP.
Acknowledgement gets created in Purchase order successfully but texts at header level and item level are not getting updated in the purchase order
I am using the segment E1EDKT1 and E1EDKT2 for header texts . For item texts I am using the segments E1EDPT1 and E1EDPT2.
Any pointers to this is appreciable.

Hi,
Depending on whether the Order is a third party order are not, the texts are picked up from either SO or PO.
Put a break point on line 842 in the Include LEINMF11 and debug, this should help you get to the root cause of the issue.

Create 2 outbound Idocs for 1 message type

Hi Experts,
We are sending an outbound Idoc of message type DESADV. We would like to trigger 2 Idocs per Shipping Notification.

Each output partner can have it's own output. Also for the same message type. Maybe the 2 DESADV IDOC's are sent to different partners or destinations. But even when not you still can define 2 different output partners for the message type. Then 2 outputs will be triggered for the same message type.

Inbound iDoc for POS message WPUUMS problem

Hello all,
I encountered a strange thing with the inbound idoc for POS with the message WPUUMS.
I've created a new segment with we30 as an extension to the WPUUMS01 like this.

The idocs (external xml files) enter correctly in SAP, when I view them with WE02 al the segments are correctly populated with the right data and they are ready for processing with status 64.
After processing (with the program RBDAPP01 or with WE19 etc. doesn't matter, both uses IDOC_INPUT_POS_SALES_ACCOUNT ) comes the problem:
The Material Document and Billing Document (Invoice) ARE GENERATED WITH ONLY THE FIRST ITEM. I mean that the iDoc has more items(materials) and should generate the material document and billing document with all the items, not just with the first one.
As a conclusion:
1. iDoc is loaded correctly in SAP with all the data in the segments, also in the new segment, and of course has more items.
2. the problem is that after after processing, the generated document material and billing document have only 1 position, the first item from the iDoc.
Any help in fixing this issue will be welcomed.

ALE - Status 52 Idocs for HRMD_A message type

HRMD_A Idocs in target system are not completely posted, turning into status '52'. Most of the times the infotype 1001 idoc with relations ship P->S arrives before the idoc which has the actual objects(P, S) causing 'Relationship imposible because the object does not exist". We use program RBDAPP01 for inbound processing of Idoc which should take care of Serialization based on the time stamp of idoc creation in source system.
Change pointors for Message type HRMD_A are processed using program RBDMIDOC in source system.
It is unlikely that relationship P->S is created without object P being created in the source system. So the change pointors should create the idocs in the same sequence. But it is not happening.
Any help on this appreciated.

First change the size of table T77S0 check out note 305688
Then process the IDOCS again - check out note 363187

IDOC Segment missing for MATMASS Message type

Through change pointer program for the message type YAUIHUBMATMAS IDOC is triggered.
1) Change pointers are defined in system for the message type T Code u2013 BD52.
2) If respective field is changed in material master , this data is stored in change pointers table BDCP.
3) Background jobs are scheduled every day, which searches for the changes pointer table and triggers the idoc.
In our case IDOC is getting generated but with one segment missing.
We have analysed the succesful and failed IDOC and found desrepency is field updation of BDCP table.
Succesful case contain material number in object value of ZZMDST field where as failed contain some other value.
Can anyone please help us to guide how the BDCP table is updated and the values are mapped in it or any other suggestion to find why the segment is missing in it.

Yes ,This is a Z -field.
Change pointer is triggering the idoc fo this Z-field but in some cases one segment is missing .
This is z-field in the basic data view of material master.
Yes , we have checked the change history in material master for this field it is getting updated there in BDCP table as well but in BDCP table if this field is flagged then object value is not contain material number instead it contain some other number .
But in case of succesful IDOC the object value is same as material number.

I need to perform the same task within our R3 environment using the FTP protocol in XI to send the file to the Bank to be processed.

Creation of Inbound Idoc for the Outbound Idoc in same client

Hi,
My requirement:
Whenver an PO is created an Outbound IDOC is generated in system ABC with client 100.I want to pass this IDOC data to create an Inbound Idoc for Sales Order(SO) in the same client.
It would be helpful if anyone can answer on how to Transfer the Outbound Idoc after it crosses the port.
I found there is a field for function module in WE21,can this be used to get the requirement done.

How to add custom infotype in ALE for HRMD_A message type

Pls help me for our req we are using HRMD_A Message Type for HR master data but now we need to add one custom infotype ( 9902 ) also in standard ALE filters for this message type how i can do that pls let me know ?

step 2) do i need to write some code in BADI also to update information for my custom infotype also if yes then where and which BADI pls let me know ? because already am working on one badi HRALE00INBOUND_IDOC for few validation for incoming data.
step 3 ) add this new custom infotype in my standard ALE filters.
Pls let me know if am mistaking some where or if i have to do some thing else ?

IDoc generation with Message Type HRMD_A with filter on Personnel Area

Hello All,
We are facing an issue in generating IDoc using the standard message type HRMD_A.
When we have no filters on the Distribution Model, the IDoc is generated through RBDMIDOC. When we use the filter on BUKRS, it generates the IDoc but gives an error status "Cross-system company code XXXX does not exist". I know to how resolve this issue. But, we tried to filter the changes with Personnel Area this time. So I have used the field PERS_AREA in BD59 with segment type E1PLOGI. When I run the standard report RBDMIDOC it gives the message "No data selected for distribution".
I have checked the field name PERS_AREA from table TBD10, and it is mapped to T500P-PERSA. Change pointers are triggered and stored in BDCP2. Request experts to suggest what could be wrong with this.

If you have added BUKRS in BD59 for the message type, you will see Company Code (not filter1) in your filter criterion in BD64.
Have you included the following code in FILTER_VALUES_SET method of the BADI implementation.

Please check the IDOC type : if that doesnt suffice, go with a custom IDOC.

BUS2054001 is a business object that has many BAPI's for processing the WBS data. Check the method and click on ABAP tab for the BAPI/FM names.

How to enable IDOC serialization at message type level

Hi,
I am trying to enable IDOC serialization at message type and i am unable to achieve the desired results.
SETTINGS DONE:
I have done the settings required under SALE trsanaction
ALE IMG (transaction SALE)
   Model and Implement Business Processes
      Configure Master Data Distribution
          Set-Up Data for Sending and Receiving Serialization
              Serialization by Message Type
I have done the settings in both the receiving system and the sending system.
PROBLEM:
I am trying to send the Material classification first and then followed by Material class and then try to send the material itself to the other system. Since the serialization is enabled in the system, i was expecting that there should not be any errors.
But since the material classification IDOC is posted first it throws an error saying the Material Class does not exists. Since the serialization is enabled in the system i was expecting that the system would ensure that it post the Matrial class first and then post the material classification. I mean it would post in the order in which i have defined in the serialization.
Settings at Partner Profile.
    - I have set the trigger in background for all the message types except the SERDAT message type which is set trigger immediately.
Any idea what i am missing? Any suggestions on what needs to be done to ensure that the idoc is posted in serialization?

Create a custom transaction for PO Print & make the necessary changes as per your requirement In the custom program which you attach to the custom transaction you can put a validation to display the price based on user ID or some other parameters.
