Hey Arthurjm, you never really stated that you have a problem, assuming your headphones / earbuds stopped working one or both sides not producing sound, if it is determined by Apple that the reason they stopped working is due to a defect in manufacturing and not from abusive usage-- miss handling, something you have done-- and you are within the 1 year from purchase date, then yes Apple will replace your Apple headphones / earbuds free of charge. Seeing as you are in Indonesia with no local Apple store and it is 4 May and your warranty runs out 11 May-- Good luck, because time it not on your side. Try Illaass' link or at least contact Apple online or by phone and get a repair ticket started you may be able to beat the cut off date on your warranty. If the headphones / earbuds have to be in Apples hands before the warranty runs out, you may be out of luck. Hope this helps. Good luck, Cheers.

We've an article that provides the following troubleshooting steps that may help stabilize your iPhone.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on), reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let it charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.

I had the same problem and took my iPhone 5 into the Apple store. What happened was a little embarrassing. The genius took out a "special tool" (a paper clip) and began digging out an unimaginable amount of lint from the lightning connector port. After that I was able to connect the cord and charge without any issues.
A few days after, I realized that my problems associated with the remote/mic not working on my ear pods might be due to the same issue. (The volume and action buttons on the ear pods sometimes were not responsive) I grabbed a paper clip and began digging. Again, a large wad of lint came out of the headphone port and my ear pods have worked perfectly since.

No. You must call and make an arrangement to return yours for a replacement. They will set up the return and send you a box and shipping label. Then you send your old charger, cable, etc. back. A new one will be returned to you.
Do not simply send something to Apple.

I have an iPhone still under warranty and while pulling the cable out of the wall charger a piece of the charger (inside the charger) broke off. I do not believe that I pulled the charger too hard but removing the cable from the charger was always difficult from the moment I got my phone. I know that all accesseries that come with the phone are under warranty, but would my charger still be considered under warranty if a piece actually broke off from the inside of the charger while removing the cable?

Your best option would be to visit and Apple store genius bar and have the iPhone and charger checked by the techs and replaced if faulty. You could also contact Apple customer support for service, http://www.apple.com/contact or click the Support button at the upper left part of this page and follow the links to iPhone service.
The best approach, though would be a visit to the Apple store if you can do that.

Very likely not. A bvroken screen is not covered by the warranty. It also shows abuse aht voaid the warranty for the entire iPod. Howecver, sometimes the Genius will exchange it at no cost. Otherwise yu will have to pay $99, $149 or $%199 depending upon the capacity,

It depends on how it was broken. Apple are very strict when it comes to enforcing warrantys so unless the damage was a result of a manufacturing error then you have little chance of having your device replaced or serviced without having to pay a fee.
The warranty states that Apple do not cover;
damage resulting from accident - ie. accidentally dropping it
liquid damage
disassembly
unauthorised service - ie. trying to fix the hardware yourself
unauthorised modifications - ie. "jailbreaking"
