Is there one way or an assembly attribute with which we can specify a method in an assembly so that the method would be automatically executed firstly while the assembly is loading. For instance: In an assembly project MyAssembly,add
the attribute code line in AssemblyInfo.cs as [assembly:XXXXAttribute("MyAssembly.Class1.MethodName")], then when this assembly is been loading, the method MyAssembly.Class1.MethodName will be automatically called and executed

I am truly sorry to hear that your are unable to receive calls on your device. Thank you tbo27 for providing great troubleshooting steps. Making sure call forwarding is not active by dial *73 is great. Have you already reset network settings also? http://vz.to/RTz70g Are you able to make calls fine? Because Apple can't get enought of them made to cover the demand, obviously. The iPad has been extremely popular and would probably be in short supply in any case, but the various disasters that have struck portions of the supply chain can't have made things any easier.

The problem is that you're probably using the system thread to load the resources. Since this is the thread that is also in charge of refreshing the display when necessary and you block it with the loading code, the display doesn't have a chance to refresh and show the "Loading, please wait...." screen. Try creating a separate thread to load all the resources.

This is an iPad user to user forum, so you are not addressing Apple. Depending on how many user helpers are on-line, it may take several hours, or longer, to get a response.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

when I'm home, it will be more cheap and it will get more bandwidth from wifi rather than the 3G data connections.

You might also consider consulting an optometrist or physical therapist. It's possible that you're squinting without realising it or otherwise tensing up your face and neck muscles, either of which could easily cause puffy eyes and quite possibly skin irritation. I strongly doubt that it's any radiation from the screen itself. There are no magnetic fields from an LCD screen, and no more infrared radiation than from your TV and far less than any sunlit window.

Is it possible that the neighborhood internet traffic is too big for the att lines to handle?

We live in a large neighborhood where most of the houses do not have Uverse abilities. Installation of the fiber wires have taken place with the newer houses and the front of the neighborhood, but the rest of us are very frustrated with very slow service that is constantly going down and not strong enough to be able to use on demand services. I am currently paying for Xtreme6, but do not believe I am able to get what I've been paying for. My internet usage is not shown on my account, so I'm not sure how much we are actually using. With the speed test it reported that I have 2.77 Mbps download and 0.21 upload. That was earlier today where as the internet slows down significantly in the evening hours when people are at home using the internet. According to the lady I spoke with today on the phone that unfortunately was not very helpful the lowest DSL service is only $10 cheaper than what I am paying for the top service. I'm just not sure what I need to do in order to only pay for what I'm getting.... Advice please

Are you using wireless? Have you tried a wired connection if possible?
When you ran the speedtest, was that the only thing running on the network (no streaming, background downloads, etc.)?

I am working on a macbook osx in final cut express with a JVC mini DV GR-D70U camcorder. I have set my easy setup to DV-NTSC but FCE is still not recognizing my camera. My camera is set on play back and connected with a USB. The last film I created was with a european camera, so maybe there is one more setting I need to change? Could it be possible that my camera isn't compatible with my operating system?

USB will work for downloading stills photos but not for video from the tape.
Get yourself a 4-6 pin firewire/iLink cable and use Log and Capture in FCE.
The FCE Easy Setup sounds right for NTSC footqge.

Seeing the news that Lion will only be an online download through the App store prompted me to test out both 10.6.7 combo and 10.6.8 combo on external HD. Based upon the problems reported here about issues with fonts in PDFs created great trepidation about putting either update on my MBP. But, it appears that I could find no problems with either update in terms of font problems, in those tested--courier, verdana--all seemed to be OK. Wireless seemed to work OK--why didn't I have any problems is what I'm wondering?? Seemed like a lot of people had issues with the font thing, was that in 10.6.6?
Frankly, I'd prefer to buy a DVD of Lion rather than spending the time to download 4GB over the net, no rush to buy Lion, just that the wave passes in time and then the "old" Sno Lep technology will become "un-supported." And, there is the concern of the App store tracking all my apps and reporting on me that raises some mild concern. If I don't set up the App store with my account info will it still send data about the computer to Father Steve? Just wondering if it will be possible to buy Lion direct from the Apple web site w/o using the App store? Don't know if I'd want to trash the App Store if I never use it, but who knows it might be the only avenue in the near future????

You can install it in other means.
Apple isn't placing draconian DRM or anything on Lion, just making the download through MAS. Which of course one as to register and pay for the download.
Don't know if I'd want to trash the App Store if I never use it, but who knows it might be the only avenue in the near future????

You could turn up the brightness of your display. It's also possible the backlighting has gone bad.
