Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! This is a common alert message when your Apple ID has not yet been configured for use with the iTunes Store. To configure it, you should have the option to “Review” - at which time you can add a payment method to your account. For more information, check out this resource:

I am trying to log on to iwork but it keeps saying that my password is incorrect. I have already reset it and entered my new password and it still is not working. what should i do?
I really can't comprehend the logic that leads to believe that password for old apple id will come to e-mail for new id. Buy may be I just misunderstood something. Contact Apple for assist with password retrieval. If you can verify yourself as account owner they may be able to help you.

When I click on the shortcut for the program it does not load. When I attempted to fix the problem, everything tells me that firefox is currently open when in fact (as far as I can tell) it is not.

I am trying to buy a song. I click "Buy" and it takes me to the page where I read the terms of agreement. I check the box that says I've read the terms. I then check "continue" but then I get an error message saying "Session Timeout...Your session has timed out. Please try this operation again from the beginning." And then I am unable to buy the song.
I have bought songs before. I last bought a song in May of 2010. Any suggestions?I tried again this morning to buy a song, and this time I met with success. I did exactly the same thing as before, but did not get any error messages. One thing I did notice for the first time, is that the terms of agreement deal with Ping and its rules. I am not familiar with Ping, nor am I aware of whether I've already opted into it or not (I'm thinking not). All I know is that I was able to click on the Continue box and purchase/download the song without any problem this morning.

I downloaded Mavericks but can't get past the install; it thinks my hard drive is reserved for Time Machine. I have an external hard drive but dis-connected that before download.
I have Time Machine turned off.Check to see if you have a file name Backups.backupdb on the disk drive.
If the installer sees such a file it assumes that the disk drive is being used by Time Machine.

Won't let me purchase Iphoto book, keeps saying approve billing info and i have!
i keep trying to order a photo book, but it says assembling and then tells me my billing info has changed and i need to approve it.
i've don't that so i don't understand what the problem is. it's a really important book and time sensitive and this has really messed things uptried that, but the "teacher" person was trying to have the info wiped clean and then when i go to buy book then change the account stuff from there...
i just don't understand step # 7 says there's a place saying "method of payment" all i can find in the account stuff is 'change billing or address info'
