Long delay between welcome message and agent picking up

Question

Hello, when I call to to the lync client I hear the welcome text and music , but only after 25-30 seconds the call reaches one of the agents ??
in the snooperlog I see a sip /2.0 200 OK message and it takes about 15 seconds before another event happens, which is the invite.
What can this be ??
I moved a lync server from a hyper-v to a physical server, is anything still hanging around maybe ?
I don't see anything of it in the snooper log though

First, if this is response group call, just for testing, unselect Edge server from your Lync pool and try again.
Second, you have to remove old servers. If they are here, they could create multiple problems. Try the following commands to find objects that belong to the old pools:
Get-CsUser -Filter {RegistrarPool -eq "lyncpool.domain.local"} | Select-Object Displayname
Get-CsCommonAreaPhone -Filter {RegistrarPool -eq "lyncpool.domain.local"} | Select-Object Displayname
Get-CsExUmContact -Filter {RegistrarPool -eq "lyncpool.domain.local"} | Select-Object Displayname
In additions, check your conferencing directories.
