Mandator condition ZSTD missing in crm

Hi,
Whenever I create a new primary service contract,ZSTD condition type is not displayed. When I click the update button for the line item, I read mandatory condition ZSTD is missing message. I have not written any routine for ZSTD in the IPC. Could any one give me a clue as to what might be the cause of this isuse.
I have assigned routine 701 for ZSTD as conditionBase formula. However this does not trigger the routine in IPC.
I appreciate any clues as to what might be causing this issue.

Modify your server.bat file by adding following parameter:
-Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=5000,suspend=n
e.g. @"%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java" -Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=NONE -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,address=5000,suspend=n -Xms64m -Xmx512m -cp "%CLASSPATH%" com.sap.sxe.socket.server.JavaServer
save the batch file and run the IPC server from server.bat.
This means debug port is open at address 5000. Create a project in Eclipse or NDS and set the compilation path to lib folder (so that file compiles in lib/userexits).
Set remote debugging for the project on port 5000 and run debug. Set the breakpoints in your code and debug.
I hope you know how to make CRM use your local IPC.

check the access seq JST1 from the following route
SPRO > Financial Accounting >Financial Accounting Global Settings > Tax on Sales/Purchases > Basic Settings > Check Calculation Procedure > Access sequece
There might b the condition table missing, either enter valid conditon table or remove the ACNO(acess no) from the JST1 access sequene.

Hi Babu,
No. You cannot create condition records in CRM when back end is R/3.
Condition records should be created in R/3 and replicated to CRM.
You cannot extend condition records in CRM.

Pricing Condition Type R/3 - CRM (Exclusion Indicator)

Hi,
I am facing problem with the condition type in the CRM.
In R/3 in contion type in Control data 2 we have a Condition Exclusion field and Same Exclusion field is not availble in CRM.
The Value in the Exclusion field is set not to perform this Condition Based on the Criteria.
I need the same Condition to perform in CRM to exclude this Condition type in sales order processing.
Can any one suggest how to and where to set or maintained this Value in Condition type in CRM

You will have to first downlaod the Pricing condition from R/3 to CRM before downloading the condtion table,the download object is CRM_PRC_CNDTYP.

Hi Vamsee,
Looks like SD config made some changes to pricing conditions for sales order. If you are getting the error in development system, they would have deleted some pricing table which was there before and it is referred in some user exit. If you are getting the error in QA system/Prod, config changes are completely transported.
Please check condition table exists in the system, If not please inform the SD config contact.

Convert Pricing Error : Mandatory condition PR00 missing as a red error

HI GURUS,
May I know if I can make the error "Pricing error : Mandatory condition PR00 missing" as a no-go red error? We would not want to be able to save the sales order, then create the outbound delivery and only to reverse them after not being able to post the outbound delivery. Making it a no-go error will help us save time and effort if we commit mistakes in the sales order encoding.

1. Check have u entered plant or not? If yes then
2. Mintain PR00 condition thr. Tcode VK11 and do the update pricing.
This two are the possibilities please check and try.

why this thing happen ?

Check the schema group vendor for that vendor in vendor master
using that track the Pricing procedure to which it is assigned
then check the condition table for that access sequence z002

Some Condition types missing during extraction from 2LIS_11_VAKON

Hi,
I am extracting conditions data to BI from ECC through 2LIS_11_VAKON. This datasource uses the fields from table KOMV. The Field KSCHL (Condition type) is also being taken from KOMV structure.
My problem is some condition types are missing during extraction. Say, for example, for a Document condition i have 22 Condition types in KONV table but when i extract the data to BI, nearly 7 conditions are missing, i am getting only 15 condition types for the same document condition in BI.
Why is this happening? I dont have any filters set. Moreover, this is happening in the Datasource level itself.
Please advice. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

VPRS Condition is missing in invoice for bacth determine line item

Hi Gurus,
I have an Concern, My user has created Sales order with three line items.
He did delivery and Invoice individually for each line item.
For 2 line items he entered batch manually and did invoice there we didn't find any issue.
For third line item he did auto batch determination there for that item VPRS condition is missing in invoice.
I have checked the note ( 70038 ) and I have applied the note also, But still I am facing same problem.
Please provide me solution if any modification need to be done,

As VPRS condition type is coming for the first 2 line items and not for 3rd line item , so kindly check the Material Master Record->Accounting tab.What is the difference between the 3rd material and another 1st and 2nd materials.Also check in the Analysis what it is showing for the third line item billing document

Price download from ECC goes to which condition maintenance group in CRM?

When u download pricing conditions from ECC to CRM the Application is always CRM and u need to create Condition Maintenance Group in CRM in SPRO path:
Customer Relationship Management>Master Data>Conditions and Condition Technique>Condition Technique: Basics>Create Maintenance Group
here u can create and add the conditions and Condition table as required.

Product sales area data missing in crm

I'm currently having a problem with some of the products that are being replicated from R/3 to CRM.Product sales data initial synchronization is complete from ecc to r3,user create order is ok in crm.After a period of time,product sales area data missing in crm,we don't know when is lost,the problem is that we can't do an order for several products because there's no data in the sales and distribution tab(Sales Org., Distribution Channel) of the product master in CRM.

What you can do is,
Create a request for a material whose Sales Area data is missing in
CRM , and perform the request load in transaction:R3AR4.
And please check whether sales area data flows to CRM.
Put a filter in txn:R3AC1, to download single material or material
range.And before performing an initial load in txn:R3AS,please make
sure that sales area data is missing in CRM.Now, perform the initial
load in txn:R3AS.And please check whether sales area data flows to
CRM.
Check the filter settings in transaction R3AC1 for
object MATERIAL and please make sure that it would bring down all
the expected materials from R/3 along with the sales area data. I guess there is some
filter setting which is blocking it.
Please check the entries you have maintained in table MVKE - the entries
for the sales data maintained here must match with the ones maintained in the
filters.

Condition type missing

Hi all,
2 customized condition type ZR00, ZM00 on which the main pricing is executed in PP, can create condition records the pricing and everthing is working fine, but when i go to transcation V/LD and try to execute an pricing report, those 2 customized condition type missing, was wondering what could be the reason ?

Hello,
this is SAP standard behaviour and it makes sence.
If you customized a condition as manually, then you must be entered the condition type in the order and then you can maintain these condition in the order.
It is not possible to set a condition as manually and then the condition type is with a line in the order with value zero and then you can entered only the value in the order.

MWST mandatory condition is missing

Let me explain the scenario first,i have created a contract & saved it here every thing is ok,but when i ma trying to create billing with respect to contract.it is throwing a message "mwst mandatory condition is missing".i have checked the following.
I have gone to condition record and checked it is maintained anyhow if it was not maintained then it won't pick in contract.
checked the teax classification in material master & customer master (it is maintained),gone to pricing analysis and checked what i observed is for mwst condition it is showing "condition record missing" but when i checked in contract for mwst the conditon record is picked (here the record is maintained on country/mat tax classification/cust classification),where as in billing is not picking.may i know where i may went wrong.

i have checked the pricing analysis at billing level & found that "the MWST condition is not found for the condition record country/cus tax classification" but where as if i check it in contract it showing the MWST condition is found for country/cust tax clasification /material tax classification.here what i observed is the conditon material tax classifcation is picked.so where should i correct it.

pricing error mandatory condition MWST is missing
there are two possible reasons
1) In your pricing procedure you have maintained MWST has ticked mandatory .
2) you have not maintained VK11 for this MWST condition type after ticking mandatory in your pricing procedure.
maintain VK11 for your MWST condition type and then create sales order with sales doc type OR.
another option is in MWST condition type details go to manual enteries can be changed there you can see manual entries feild as D change it C. .so that the time creation of sales order also if you get the same error you can enter manually. in emergency case
