Material Issue against multiple reservation in one step

Hello everybody,
I want to issue materials against multiple reservation (originating from Service order or PM order) in one step because the number of reservations is quite large (say thousands of reservation in a day). If i go one by one through MB1A it will take a lots of time. Please suggest some solution for the same.

Hi,
You could write a program (new dialog transaction), in which you can select the reservations for which you want to issue, show the summarized list of materials and quantities to be issued, then you decide which materials you actually want to process, and then call BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE to post the individual reservations in the background.
This is just a general idea, but you can use it to develop the real thing, which will probably turn out to be quite more complex.

I want to restrict a material issue against reservations.
System shall allow issue of material in the sequence of reservations created.
If reservation R1 is created 1st for a material than res R2 then system shall nor allow the issue of material against R2 unless all the items have been issued against R1.

Report for Material Issued against Service Orders But not Billed.

Hi Experts,
For CRM Service Orders Based on the Reservation number generated in CRM we will make the Goods issue document in ECC.
My Question In CRM Do we have any standard report to see Material issued against CRM Service orders but not billed. i.e. Work in progress.

What I wanted to say that you won't get information from VAV about billing since as far as I know it doesn't contain any relevant table.
You should try create a query using LIKP-LIPS-(joint type: left outer)-VBRK. This will connect deliveries to billing document, you can also get SO number. Please try this.
(Sorrowully I don't know which logical database would be good for you)

We have 2 different scenarios where you can post a goods issue to Subcontract Venodrs.
Scenarios 1: You can post the goods issue against a subcontrac vendor with out referencing the Subcon PO from ME2O, at this stage we will be knowing what is the stock at subcontract vendor but we will not be knowing the issues against which and how much Quantities are posted.
So when we are post goods receipt, then we will come to know the consuption quantities.
Scenario: 2, If we use the delivery concept then we can track the goods issues against the subcon POs.
If you really keen to track the material issued to Subcon vendor against a PO so better use with delivery.

Excess material issue against RSQ

Hi Gurus,
We are using repetitive manufacturing in our organization (Automotive Industry), the material staging is done based on the plan order with pull list as per the BOM, but in case excess components are required how can we stage this excess material?
Scenario-In BOM we are having steel washers as 4units (staged against pull list printout) and during operation 2 units got scrapped, how can we stage this additional requirements of 2units at production supply area?Against which document this additional requirement can be staged in REM?

Yes I agree it can be done with component scrap during MFBF transaction,requirement here is the printout of required excess material issue,against which the store guy will stage the material.
The store department want to record against which plan order this excess material has been issued.

Material issue against PR

hello friends.
i have a small querry.
i have stock of raw material in storage location.
my scenario is make to order.
i have generated a sales order and then i have done planning of the final material.
as the planning process is carried out hence all materials from top to bottom are planned.
but as there is already raw material in stock, the pr that is generated should issue raw material from the stock.
i do not want to purchase raw materail.
is it possible to issue stock material against PR.

Material cant be issued against PR. You can issue material against reservation and close the PR. It seems you are not using MRP.

Download multiple files in one step

Hi,
my first try with acrobat.com with uploading some pictures which I like to share with friends led me to the question, how they can download my 18 pictures in one step. I put them in a workspace and gave them access. You can mark all files, but there is no menu point which offers you to download all files in one step.
Is there a way to do this in one step?

Attaching Multiple Attachments in One Step to a Complaint

Hi,
Standard SAP CRM does not allow multiple attachments to be attached to a complaint in one step. Is there a work around to accomplish this? If so any tips/tricks?

Import multiple folders in one step

I'm new to PSE and have just installed version 10: is there a way to import multiple folders from my hard disk into Organizer in one step? Selecting each folder and then selecting all the pictures in it is tedious (I have about 50 folders to import into PSE).

You can import photos from multiple folders.
Just click File >> Get Photos and Videos >> From Files and Folders
Now select the folders you want to import photos from (they should be at same level in the directory, say all folders in My Pictures) using Ctrl+Click, tick the checkbox for 'Get Photos from subfolders' if not already checked and then click 'Get Media'.

Transitions to multiple clips in one step

I have about 100 hundreds still images and I have to apply same transitions about them. Is there a way to do it in one step? I tried to select them all and apply, i.e., cross-dissolve, but FCE put it only one at the point where I click..

In that screenshot of the patch panel, the video patch is set to track V1 (this is indicated by the v1 to the left of V1). To set the patch to another track, click next to the patch panel in that track. If I wanted to set the patch to track V2, I would click next to the V2 patch panel so that v1 moves to V2.
I hope this makes sense, I can see how it might get a little confusing.

If you are using JSF then you can use an ADF Faces multi row edit table.

Text issues merging multiple pdfs into one pdf

Hello, when I merge multiple pdfs into one pdf document my text is missing or garbled. I spent hours yesterday trying to figure this out, from insuring the text was embedded and print setting were correct. Please help!!

Acrobat Pro is the application you use for working with PDFs, making minor edits, combining multiple PDFs into a single file, extracting or replacing pages, doing fancier form work than ID has the ability to produce, and even creating PDF from a number of other file formats. I'm not sure your question about maintaining the quality of your photos is really applicable -- it would depend on how youare getting from the photo to PDF to begin with. The use of Acrobat in and of itself won't be the determiner.
That said, I couldn't live without Acrobat Pro in my workflow. Since you are on CS5.5 you have a couple of options. You could purchase a subscription to Creative Cloud (at a discount for the first year), which would give you access not only to Acrobat, but all of the other programs and tools included in the suite, but you pay a monthly or yearly fee, or you can buy a standalone perpetual license to either Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard (I didn't realize Standard was still an option, and you might not need all the features of Pro -- you can compare at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/buying-guide.html).

Alternate material issue against production order if stock is zero

I have one requirement we have 3 material codes
X, Y and Z. Material X is present in the Bom of ABC material Y and Z are not in any BOM but both those codes are use for procurement of material and can be use insted of X but due to some requirement as material of different make we dont want to combine the stock of all.
Now as per BOM when material for ABC is issue as per BOM the 'X' will get issue but in case the X stock is zero system should check stock of Y and if it is avalibale then it should issue from Y insted of X and if Y stock is zero system should check for Z if stock is there system should issue from Z.
can this map in system.

While maintaining BOM for FG, maintain all materials X, Y & Z with same qty.
For material line items Y & Z, maintain "AltItemGroup" at Item Detail level.
Here enter any key for e.g. "AL" and Press enter then it will ask for following;
Priority
Strategy - (1 - Manual maintenance/by usage probability OR 2 - 100% check)
Usage prob.
After maintaining all these just check the effect in transaction production order, reservation, confirmation.

Issue syncing multiple iPhones on one computer.

I don't get any errors or anything like that.
My issue is that iTunes keeps putting the wrong contact and email information on the wrong phone. Well, it keeps trying to put ALL contacts and email accounts on both phones.
I have one phone set up to only sync with Outlook Express and the Windows Address Book. That phone also is only set to sync the one and only email account in Outlook Express.
The other phone is set to sync with Outlook and the Outlook Calendar and contacts. It is also set to only sync with the two email accounts for Outlook.
I have verified that the settings show correctly for both phones in iTunes, yet when I sync a phone it puts all contacts and all email accounts onto that phone. This is rather annoying as I don't want or need the info from my wife's phone and she doesn't want or need the info from mine...lol.
The phones are 3 days old now, and I installed the latest version of iTunes the day I bought the phones. All available updates were applied to both phones before any information was set up in iTunes as far as syncing goes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
