My deskjet All-in-one F300 will NOT print copy docs, or from My Docs or attachments

This printer will only print e-mails or direct from HP essentials screen but nothing else. Ink cartridges are ok.

Are you printing it directly from a website? what is your computer's OS?

HP Deskjet all-in-one F4440 will not print

My HP Deskjet all-in-one- F4440 will not print. I have put in a new color and a new black cartridge. It clanks loudly when it moves back and forth. Finally it stops and then pulls plain paper through as though printing on it - does this two or three times. then it pulls plain paper halfway through and stops. I have to tug and carefully pull halfway paper back out towards front to remove.

HP Deskjet All in ONe L7650 will not print black only --

Started doing this with previously working black cartridge, updated software--prints, but blank page comes out when set to black ink only; prints other colors.
Changed black print cartridge and still will not print black. Diagnostic page prints other colors.
Printhead health shows good for all colors.

What brand of printer cartridges (not printhead) did you use the last time you changed them? I don't know if it was because one or both of my printer cartrdiges went dry, but I put new cartridges in (not printhead) and it improved somewhat--I kept trying to clean the printheads but it seemed to never get resolved.
I refuse to have to buy new printheads. I tried several cycles of "align printheads" "clean printheads" and never got a decent print out, but I did get to the point of all the colors printing although magenta printhead makes printing errors and so I never know what I am going to get with color anymore.
It seems to be at its worst when printing in "draft" but in normal or best (with more ink coming through) it seems better--the higher ink volume seems to cover some of the problems with the printheads.
So, I am justing using it "as is" and not replacing the printheads--because it is a waste and yes, could almost get a new printer for this cost.
I wish I had never gotten this All in One and just stuck with the old 970 csi and the old UMAX scanner, which was a better scanner, but thought I would "save some space" by getting this since it scans legal, which I needed.
Just keep trying to reseat the printheads (also trying to reclean them, which seems to make it worse) and keep printing out those "tools" alignment and cleaning procedures.
But no help from HP.

6110 All-in-one sometimes will not print multiple copies

I have had this problem for sometime now. I searched the forum and found the Mopier solution for laserjets, but the 6110 does not have this setting. The same question regarding the 6110 went unanswered in the only post I found for it.
I am using the 6110 on WinXP Pro and connected by USB
Often times when I try to print multiple copies of a document (MS Word or MS Works as examples) I check 2 copies in the selection box but the printer only prints one copy. I then have to click Print again. What is strange is, sometimes it performs fine and others it will not print more than one copy at a time. Sometimes it SEEMS that if I change the "collate" checkmark it works, but proper functioning does not seem to be able to be recreated every time.
I do not get any error messages, the darn thing just acts like I have 1 copy selected rahter than two. I notice that when this happens and I go to print a second copy, the dialogue box has reverted back to 1 copy, but in those few times when it DOES print 2 copies, if I go back and select Print, it still shows 2 for the number of copies.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Hp all in one F2400 will not print!!

my printer will not print, all it will do is feed multiple pieces of paper through and print nothing and eventually getting jammed also the printer cartlidge goes back and forth making loud noise. i have no idea what could be wrong, it worked fine a few days ago. any suggestions would be appreciated.

I would try running the HP Print Diagnostic Utility. Go to http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareDownloadIndex?softwareitem=mp-91788-1&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&...= and see what part fails.
The PDU checks the connectivity, spooler condition, online status, device manager, print queue, ports, driver, conflicts, and default printer.

My HP Photosmart all in one C4480 will not print from PC

I can't get my printer to print from my computer. Everything shows it's hooked up fine and ready to go. Yet when I try to print, nothing happens! Driving me crazy. Not sure if this is simply a bad printer or what. I've tried everything from unplugging, unhooking, rebooting, reinstalling, updating drivers and everything else. I've run out of ideas. Any new ideas would be appreciated.

After installing McAfee encryption on my XP laptop, my OfficeJet All-in-One 7410 will not print.

I have unstalled the software and now I can not reinstall the software. The diagnostic tool can see the printer, but the install software can not, even when I enter the IP address. I've turned off the firewall. I've connected the printer directly to the router. The only way to use the printer is through the USB which is not acceptable.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

HP all-in-one c301 will not save scanned doc in Mavericks upgrade

I have recently installed the free OS X Mavericks upgrade to my Macbook Pro. My HP all-in-one c301 will scan, but the scans do not save. The saved pdf looks like a bunch of gray lines when I reopen the saved file. Has anyone already found a work around? Unless I missed a webpage, HP does not have drivers or apps for Mavericks at this time.
It seems that nearly everything related to any imaging has stopped working with the new OS. (This situation is not good for someone who uses their system for photography related work only.)

Since maybe 1 in 10,000 are having such experiences, we have to guess that there is something wrong/corrupted in your Mac's Mavericks install. This happens (just slightly) more often, now that everything is downloaded from the internet.
Try some generic repair steps:
1) Restart in Recovery mode and use Disk Utility to repair the hard drive and permissions.
OS X: About OS X Recovery
(Just read the first paragraph about how to get into Recovery)
2) Download and install the 10.9.4 COMBO update (this isn't from Software Update - it replaces all the files from all the updates)

3) Reset the Printing System, and re-add the printers (& scanners)

You should experiment and see if things improve after each step.

One document will not print in color - all other docs are printing fine

I just purchased an All Ine One Officejet Pro 8630. It will not print my proposal forms in color - although invoices and every other document that requires color seems to print just fine. The proposal form is formatted in in old Microsoft Access file. Not sure that this would make a difference because I have had no problems with printing it in the past with color. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you.

So when you do print, does it come out in a grey scale with various shades of grey instead of the color or in just solid Black and White format? Also, on the PDF front, you can install either software I mentioned and that will allow you to "Print to a PDF File" and then you can at least view the PDF to see if your printing system from Access is outputing in color or not. Just a troubleshotting idea.

Hp deskjet 3510 is online but will not PRINT

my hp deskjet 3510 is connected to wireless. printed "wireless network test results" says no probems found, but under network says "no other networks detected matching my SSID". But WILL NOT PRINT NOTHING. HELP PLEASE ASAP

HP photosmart all-in-one C4580 will only print test page

this C4580 has been installed wirelessly on my Toshiba notebook and my Hp desktop and my husband's Toshiba notebook for over a year. We move the printer across the room to a different electrical outlet (no extension cord...directly into wall plug). It will print beautifully from HP desktop and husband's notebook. Will not print from my notebook. Tried uninstalling printer on my notebook and reinstalling (I have done this 3 times so far). After re-installation, the test page prints perfectly but any further attempt to print a page or a document goes nowhere. The devices and printers display shows the printer as ready and with no documents in queue. Anyone know what I should do next? POI: the 2 notebooks are windows 7 and the desktop is XPPRO

HP All-in-One 7400 Will not Power On

Hello -
We have an Officejet 7410 that, when plugged in, will not power on. The "HP invent" screen and a scrolling white bar that one sees before the power button is pushedstays on, but the printer will not turn on when the power button is pushed.
I've restarted computer to which it's connected, tried different outlets and power strips, checked USB connections, all to no avail.
Has anyone ever had this issue?
Is it possibly in some sort of 'sleep' mode?

HP Pavilion 23 All-in-One PC will not turn on

Was away this weekend, before leaving on Friday I updated my computer and then shut it down. When I returned today it will not turn on. I have disconnected it and reconnected everything and still no luck. It was plugged into a sugre protector but no significant weather that would have caused issues. Electricity did not go off over the weekend. I have no idea what could be wrong. I just bought this computer in March of this year. Any suggestions or ideas?

I just bought HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One-C311A and it will not connect to my router which is a DLink WBR-2310. The diagnostic results are as follows:
Wireless On: PASS
Wireless Working: PASS
Connected: Not Run
Disconnect count total: 0
Disconnect count (last hour): 0
Disconnect count (last 24 hours): 0
Network Name (SSID) Found: PASS

I have checked to make sure MAC addres is not enabled. I have tried turning off computer, router and printer. Please help. I have Windows 7.

This is how I installed my printer last week (also a 7510).: Using USB cable to connect it to a computer on your network and setup from there. It will ask you to use similar setup for your computer, just accept this The setup was no longer than 5 mins.
