    I do this all the time, I put my MBP to a 60 inch Sharp. If you have the video working do the simple thing first. Check to make sure your sound is on your TV and Mac. Then if that doesn't work go to System Prefrences and under sound go to a tab called Output and see if your TV is listed and if it is change it to that setting

    Ipod touch 4th gen needed a new screen and sleep/wake switch.  So, I replace them.  I was able to get to settings and do "erase all content and settings".  I am not able to totally shut this device off as it keeps restarting after a few seconds.  I have used itunes to restore and also recover.  Device will actually shut off and stay shut off if I leave it connected to the computer.  The moment I unplug (3 seconds) the apple logo appears, it boots, unlock screen appears, I can unlock and operate normally, unplugged or not.  Just cant get it to completely shut down unplugged.  Any thoughts?

    Try:
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try on another computer                            
      - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem. Maybe you installed a bad component or damaged something during the repair/replacement.
    Apple will not help since you worked on the iPod yourself.

  • Searching for a switch

    Hello,
    I'm searching for a switch and maybe some people know one that adheres to what I'm looking for.
    * I would like a switch with not too many ports  - 5 or so.
    * It has to be of good quality. I was thinking about 3com/smc?-switches ... ? They don't seem to have something that fullfills the requirements, which I'm writing down here.
    * It has to be a full gigabit-switch. I was thinking about rolling out a minimum of cat 6-cable. It seems that the shop that I look at from time to time doesn't sell cat 6, but cat 7, so I may choose that.
    * It has to support vlans (802.1q?) and priorization (802.1p).
    * It would be nice to have POE (803.3af)
    * Price around 100 €. If I start buying switches, I probably need more than 1.
    It would also be nice if it could report when there is a hardware-failure or so, but that isn't necessary. I think that the cat-6-connectors are gold-plated, not? Maybe that is a nice extra.
    I find my list of requirements reasonable ..., but maybe there is not a lot of interest in these items by people? Maybe I' missing some important things, so feel free to add them if you like (of course ).

    SAP PM is very niche Module, very in demand module, at the same time, being niche, getting into it and getting 1 implementation is also difficult.
    your decision of joining SAP authorized training is the best option, as a certified consultant, you have more chances to get a break as fresher and you can continue working on it, else it would waste of your intellectual energy.
    you just search sap.com training or email them or chat with them, they will give u the training center details,
    but very less training classes are available. Try you will get lucky soon

    Are you planning to release an up-to-date graphiccard, like the 8800 for "older" Mac Pros or not? When does it come? I urgently need a statement, because I can`t do my current projects on my existing card. At the moment I can use my MacPro only to check my mails and as I don`t need 4 cores for that purpose I have to cancel my leasing contract as soon as possible.     Hi,While creating Zone , Do we need to create two zones for Two HBA for a host connected with SAN ? Or a zone is enough for
    a host which having Two HBAs...We have two 9124s for our SAN fabric...
    As I found like one zone  below, I little bit confused that , if a host having two HBA connected with SAN, should I expect two zones for every Host?
    from the zone set, I gave the command show zoneset

    if u have two independent fabrics between hosts and storage, i think the below confs are recommended.
    Scenario 1:  2 HBAs single port each ( redundancy across HBA / Storage port )
    HBA1 - port 0 ---------> Fabric A ----------> Storage port ( FAx/CLx )
    HBA2 - port 0 ---------> Fabirc B ----------> Storage port ( FAy/CLy )
    Scenario 2: 2 HBAs of dual port each
    HBA1 - port 0 -------> Fabric A ---------> Storage port ( FAx/CLx )
    HBA2 - port0 ---------> Fabric A ---------> Storage port ( FAs/CLs )
    HBA1 - port 1 --------> Fabric A --------> Storage port ( FAy/CLy )
    HBA2 - port 1 ---------> Fabric B --------> Storage port ( FAt/CLt )
    the zone which is in your output is VSAN 1. if its a production VSAN, Cisco doesn't recomends to use VSAN 1 ( default vsan ) for production.
