Non Besy Buy Purchase Points Not Being Attached Properly !!

Here's the terms. ...
My Best Buy MasterCard (((non-Best Buy))) purchases:
Get 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying dining and grocery purchases.
Get 1 point for every $2 spent on all other MasterCard purchases.
Since around fall of 2013, I've had to call a HOUND the phone lines just to get my non-Best Buy purchase points credited. ...
In the latest SAGA, thier response was 832 points for EIGHT months worth on non Best Buy purchases when I literaly ran THOUSANDS through the card in that time span. ...  Say WHAT ?  They are having me EMAIL pictures of my statements becuase evidenataly they can't download PDF files? In response, I converted PDF to JPG & put a picture of EACH month in a SEPARATE email & sent it back to them, but I've seen another fellow get his issue handled quite qucikly by using this forum.  I have to wait weeks, or days just to get a half hearted email response.

Can we help?  Well, that is a definite YES!  You should not have to spend your valuable time calling into us just to make sure that your points for non-Best Buy MasterCard purchases are added to your My Best Buy™ account, and it is my goal that you will not have to call into us in the future regarding your non-Best Buy MasterCard points, as they should post automatically.  Let me see what I can do to help. 
After using the email address you registered with the forum to review your My Best Buy™ account, I can see exactly why your non-Best Buy MasterCard points have not been automatically posting.  It looks like you had two accounts merged about this time last year and the merge was not processed correctly, which resulted in the link between your MasterCard and My Best Buy™ accounts to be broken.  We are going to want to make sure they are properly linked so that future points for non-Best Buy MasterCard purchases post automatically.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience you have experienced so far, and I will be sending you a private message so that I can go over your My Best Buy™ account with you to see what I can do to further assist.  We do not have the ability to view a member's MasterCard billing statements, so I will need to gather some additional information from you.  To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the little yellow envelope at the top of the page.

    This to let who it may concern know, that I will probably be cancelling my BestBuy Mastercard soon. I have not recieved points for my account since 9/10/2013 on all of my Non-Best buy purchases. I have called the "Elite Customer Service Line" about 4 times since this started and every time they have apparently added in notes and I would be contacted and this probably would be fixed within 1-2 weeks. Well I called today again and was told the same thing. Which I am sure nothing will be done about yet again. So this is just to let you know that I am missing thousands of points and should not have to call multiple times to fix a merge issue because you guys wanted to update the name of your rewards program and weren't trained to merge accounts correctly. This is pretty sorry customer service for a 10 billion dollar company. The worst part is to fix this problem probably takes about 6 clicks of a mouse... Thanks Best Buy.

    If you have a My Best Buy™ MasterCard, then you should earn 1 point for every $2 spent on qualifying purchases made outside of Best Buy.  Those point will generally post to a member's account the same time every month.  Please feel free to send me a private message if you have made purchases outside of Best Buy using your MasterCard, but have not received points.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button located within my signature.

  • Entity not being attached to current row

    I am using JDeveloper 10.1.2.1.0 (build 1913) with business components version 10.1.2.18.73.
    I have created an entity base view and a view row with two entities populated with an outer join, entity 0 is null and entity 1 exists. On update of the view row, entity 0 is created but not attached to the current row. My question is why is the entity 0 not being attached to the current row being updated.

    So you are using Azure Mobile Service in your mobile apps, here maybe Windows Universal app, there is a table naming
    Sighting in your mobile service Data tab, how about the Read permission setting?
    Do you mean you could not get the whole table data? Can you check if you could get data via following code?

    I have a lot of grief with this version of Windows Media Player.
    It is very buggy and frustrating to use.
    I have my Music library on a QNAP NAS, which is as reliable as they come.
    System notifications make it not save changes.  It also does not do a good job of interpreting albums and artists from folders.  Changes to track names are not saved, nor are tracks moved to other albums, renamed albums, changes to genre, artist
    or date.  It separates and merges albums/tracks without sense or reason.  Some changes I've made up to 4 times, then closed WMP and re-started my machine to check if it has/hasn't saved the changes.  Often it has not.
    This is the first time I've used WMP in this capacity, and I do not recommend it.
    New service pack please.

  • OHS - Protocol (Periodic) Next due dates are not being captured properly

    Protocol (Periodic) Next due dates are not being captured properly in the Planning Cockpit (EHSH_D_PCP) report nor the Protocol report (S_SH8_7200013).  The Planned date is not resetting itself for the medical service sometimes.
    Any idea what might be causing this issue?

  • InDesign CS3 5.0.4 Changes to documents not being registered properly

    My boss has been complaining about a lot of "mistakes" lately and changes not being made, which is odd because I don't generally make a lot of mistakes. So I started paying very close attention and this is what I have discovered:
    Sometimes changes that I make to a document will randomly revert. Sometimes changes don't get saved. The problem is random and not reproducible.
    For example: I made a change to an item, and then copied and pasted that item onto another page. The change "sticks" in the new location of the item, but the original somehow, at some random future point, reverts to the pre-change state.
    Another example: I moved an item on a page, then saved, then printed, then closed the document. In that order. The printout shows the change. When I opened the document again, the item I moved was back where it was before I moved it.
    I am not having this problem in any other application. Just InDesign. Can anyone help me? I don't know what to do, but if it keeps happening, it could get me fired.
    My computer is a Mac Pro 2.8GHz Quadcore. OS is 10.5.6.
    I have, of course, already tried repairing permissions. Thanks for your help.

    I just posted the exact problem to a new forum today ...changes revert... Have you had any problems since the preferences were trashed...? Do you think the Save As technique will work alone without the trashing of the preferences?
    Well, you do have some company in your misery...
    as if that is any consolation for being fired. . .
    We hope it hasn't grown to that extent.
    We do a quarterly magazine (Veritas) ... and this problem has plagues us since we've moved to CS3 years ago and just thought it was operator error. Until we started noticing much of the same proofreading errors version after version.
    Let me know how you're progressing, and we'll report back about how we move along as well.

  • HTML file is not being shown properly in the JEditorPane

    Hi,
    I am using JEditorPane to display an HTML file from the local disk. This HTML file contains the html tables. Now when this file is getting displayed in the JEditorPane, one top row grid is not being displayed in the editor pane. content of the row is there...but the column grid is missing. All other rows and columns are being shown but the first row-column grid which contains the heading for column.
    Also when I m printing the content of this JEditorPane using Java Print API then no grid is being printed on the paper. content is coming properly but no table grids. when i have taken the print out of the original html file from the browser then table grids are being printed out properly.
    Please do help me out in showing the HTML file in the JEditorPane properly and printing the same.

    Hi,
    JEditorPane renders HTML with many limitations.
    You can use JDIC for the same. refer: jdic.dev.java.net
    But JDIC does not work on windows 98.

  • Facet secondaryToolBar not being executed properly

    I used Goldin's pagination solution, but I am having some issues.

    I saw that this is an asynchronous call.
    The search button calls an action event at my Backing Bean that creates a PagedListDataModel.
    The creation does not start a call to the EJB until the af:table needs it.
    After executing the RENDER_RESPONSE (afterPhase), the ADF Table starts to render and call the PagedListDataModel to get the page and print the records (famous Extracting Data... message).
    My table is updated properly and also the total of records is being print in the statusbar facet of my panelCollection that is being used around the table.
    The problem is with secondaryToolBar facet that has two buttons for EXPORT function (EXCEL and PDF). These buttons are not being updated.
    Since it is an async call, I tried to put a partialTarget on the buttons after calling the EJB and getting the list of records without success.
    I also tried to put a partialTrigger on the buttons for both table and panelCollection without success.
    I created a generic (any phase) phase listener in order to check how the things are going and saw that (in this order):
    . All the faces are executed (from RESTORE till RENDER). In the invoke application phase it just call the backing bean method and creates the PagedListDataModel.
    . After all the phases have been executed, the listener takes place and after all needed have been returned, TWO phase (ONLY TWO) are being executed (RESTORE and RENDER).
    Could you please anyone here give me a hand? :-)

  • Equium A60: DVD-RAM not being recognised properly

    Hiya!
    I have a EA60 and my Mat****a DVD-RAM UJ-820S is being not being recognised by the Notebook properly. When I go into Device Drivers it says the driver has loaded but comes up error code 41. I've reloaded the Driver and the Device and this makes no difference.
    I also bought a new Pioneer DVD-RAM and this comes up with the same error code.
    Anyone out there can help me please?

    You could try this method, maybe it works:
    Start Registry Editor
    Locate the UpperFilters value under the following key in the registry:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    On the Edit menu, click Delete, and then click OK.
    Locate the LowerFilters value under the same key in the registry:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
    On the Edit menu, click Delete, and then click OK.
    Quit Registry Editor and restart your system. Now windows should recognize your ODD correctly.

  • Service Purchase Requisitions not being transferred

    Dear Experts,
    I'm not able to transfer the service purchase requisitions with service master but it is working fine for standard purchase requisitions with material master in SRM 7.0 using report bbp_exttransfer_req. Also how to address different purchasing organization and purchase groups with different company codes and plants, as the transferred PR is being defaulted by the channel values in the srm organizational structure. For Service purchase requisitions I'm receiving error as " Define Transaction type for local system" in the srm system and in ecc it is as ANOENTRY.
    Note : Apart from using BBP_DOC_CHANGE BADI looking for a standard way of meeting this requirment.

    Follwoing is what I can think in your scenario:
    1. Check if the service master is replcated from ECC to SRM, if at all you have service master in your ECC PR.
    2. Maintian all the Org. structre elements of ECC(PUR org, Pur grp and Co.Code) of ECC in SRM using transaction PPOCA_BBP. This will take care the same Pur. Group you have on PR of ECC will also moved into SRM documents(RFx or SC sent to SOCO).
    3. Since your syaing you are getting an error for define transaction type, check in the attribute "Define transaction"  has been mainiantiend.

  • Output Message for Purchase order not being created Automatically

    Hi all,
    I created a Condition type for Purchase order in MN04 with key combination "Doc.Type/Purch.Org/Vendor". The problem arises when i delete this condition record. After deletion when i create purchase order in me21n for that condition type, the system gives an error.
    Message no. 06261 - No message generated for output of purchasing document.
    Is there anyway the purchase order message is created automatically again when its condition type has been deleted from MN04.

    Before creating the entry in MN04 the message was being created automatically. I want the system to create the same output message as it was creating before the creation of the entry in MN04.

  • Graphics in Power Point not being converted to PDF

    Hi guys
    I'm trying to convert a Power Point 2010 document to a PDF using Acrobat XI Pro
    below is what happens before and after the conversion....
    ....the graphics disappear.
    In the Power Point document editing is enabled.
    In Power Point i can only select the text and not the orange graphic.
    When using "combined files" within Acrobat or the Acrobat tab within Power Point 2010 I get the same results.
    Does anyone know a fix?

    Make sure you have applied all updated to Acrobat XI (Help->check for updates). If you can still reproduce the problem, would it be possible for you to share a file that demonstrates the problem?

  • A window keeps appearing on my PC advising as follows "The iTunes library file cannot be saved.you do not have enough access privilages for this operation." resulting in recently purchased items not being saved to PC.

    I have my points set to bank until I hit 1000, but today it issued a $5 certificate at 250 points. Now I have to use that certificate before it expires even though I want to wait until I have $20. When is Best Buy ever going to fix their broken reward system? I have been a member for just about as long as it has existed and it has never worked correctly.

    Thank you for taking the time to sign up for the forum.
    Our members with Elite or Elite Plus status do have the option to BANK points, and the option to BANK your points would have been available to you the moment your status was upgraded, which looks to have been back in the middle of October.  If you just now changed your certificate preference to BANK, then any prior points you were awarded would have been automatically converted into certificates based on your certificate preference.  Unless a member changes their certificate preference, it will default to the $5 level.
    While looking over your My Best Buy account, I have confirmed that your certificate preference has officially been changed to BANK; however, there may be little we can do if points have already been converted into a certificate.  A certificate will expire 60 days after having been issued, and once a certificate officially expires, it cannot be reissued.  I can see that you have already sent me a private message, so I will respond to it so that we can go over your account in a bit more detail.  To check your private messages, you will want to login to the forum and click on the yellow envelope at the top of the page.
