How to fix wrong parameter usage when attempting to open torrent with Azureus (Vuze)?!

When attempting to open a torrent through Firefox with Vuze (formerly Azureus) it gives me an error message stating: Wrong parameter usage. I have always done things this way before so not sure what caused the new error. I am able to do it through IE but not sure why I can no longer do with w/ Firefox.

That occasionally happens to me, also, and I'm not sure why. When it does, then I click "save file" instead of "open with", then go to Vuze and click on "file", "open", "torrent files", "add files", and then my download. Works every time. Still have NO idea about why "wrong parameter usage", but this solution has always worked for me.

I receive a server error when attempting to sign in with an existing apple id to set up a new matchbook air

I have 2 apple ID's, one for an IPAD and the other for an IPHONE. I have just purchased a new macbook air and when setting it up, I receive a 'server error' meesage when attamepting to sign in with either of the 2 pre existing apple id's.
These pre exisiting ID's all work correctly with IPAD and IPHONE.
Everything I have looked up says that I should be able to use either of these apple ID's to set up my new macbook air. I shoud not have to create a new apple ID or change passwords.
I cannot progress with setting up the macbook air without signing in.
How do I fix this?

Rebooting - Failed
Logging in to iTunes - Failed
Logging into itunes Store - Failed
Logging into iTunes Genius - SUCCESS I woulnd't have thought it would make a difference but it does Then just log into the 'other' services with iTunes.

NEED HELP! G550 Serial Number rejected when attempting to obtain parts

I have a G550 that I need a speaker/headphone jack to replace the worn out one in the unit. My problem is that no matter how I enter the serial number and model type, I cannot access the parts lookup. Apparently when this model was made, the folks on the assembly line did not put the complete serial number on the bottom of the unit. Nor did they put the correct Model/Type there either. At least not entries that are on the invoice for when we purchased it, nor in the BIOS listing.
I need to obtain this part soon to put this machine back in place. Here is what I have:
Model/Type on bottom of laptop: 2958-PRC4
Model/Type on invoice/BIOS: 2958-9PU
Serial Number on bottom of laptop: CB********
Serial Number on invoice/BIOS: 1S295*****-BU27*****
I can see where the long version of the serial number is merely a congolmeration of the model/type and the serial number on the bottom of the laptop.
What is so frustrating is that I had connected with Lenovo on chat and that was a very displeasing experience with a less-than-splendid person on the Lenovo end. I contacted Lenovo phone support and apparently got a person who got out of bed on the same side as the chat person did and that was a much less-than-splendid experience. I am hoping there is someone on this forum or someone from Lenovo who reads this and can help me.!

Outlook 2010 - Office Setup box appears when attempting to send email with attachment.

An odd issue I've found on one of my client's PC's.
When a email is generated by right-clicking a file in Windows Explorer and selecting Send To Email Recipient, and then attempting to send the email, the Office Setup window opens as if it is trying to install office.
We've found that if we close the setup the email does infact get sent, but it is a rather annoying issue to have to deal with.
It only seems to affect emails with attachments.
The client's machine is on Windows 7 in a managed operating environment.
Troubleshooting taken so far:
Repair of Office.
Removal and re-installation of Office. (several times)
Opening of Outlook Safe Mode
Temporary files have been cleared
Added line to registry: reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1

Error message when attempting to publish page with flash content in cs6

Good day,
I have a number of websites that I have created with content from previous versions of flash that I have installed in my html pages. This year I have been repeatedly frustrated by the flash movies working on my computer then not working after I have uploaded them. It came to the point where I avoided working with the flash projects but it is something I have to work out and would greatly appreciate any help I could get.
After not working with the movies for a few months I came back and attempted to edit them again, this time receiving the attached error message which may be the resolution to my problem. The message says I cannot stream with the current settings. This may make sense as the movies work fine on my computer.
Any help would be a great kindness.

That alert is just to tell you that you have something in your movie's Library that is set to export for Actionscript. most likely in frame 1. This will cause your movie's download to wait until that object is downloaded to the user's computer. If there is more than one object with this setting, then all of those objects will need to download first before the movie can begin, or to stream.
The problem of your your movie now showing up is completely different. It's impossible to tell where the problem is from looking at the html pages that you provided. The problem may be simple, you may not have the .swf in the proper folder, or the name may not coincide with the swfobject function that you are using.

Missing points + error when attempting to report them with form

Heya, I made a substantial purchase (multiple appliances) on the website on June 15 and the points aren't showing up in any way (pending or other). When I try to fill in the form for missing points, I get this message "The information entered doesn't match our records. If the purchase was made in the past few hours, please try again later.". And, obviously, the purchase was made many weeks ago, so that's not the problem. Where do I go from here? Thanks.

Photosmart 7510 - error when attempting to sync efax with eprint address

I keep getting a message that i should syncro both addresses.
The e-mail address in my efax profile is my eprint address.
My eprint works just fine, tested it quite often.
when ever i key in my free efax number and PIN for the syncro, it does not work.

PS. I have to add that HP should think the efax thing carefully through as it was not easy to set up.

Although with the eFax free account you will need to sign up through the front panel of the printer, you can also view your free account at eFax.com by signing in with your phone number and pin number.
Under the Update Account, then Preferences section, your HP ePrint email address should be the only email address that is in Receive Email Addresses. Send Email Addresses will be blank if everything is correct.
If other emails are in the Receive Email Addresses field with the HP ePrint email, fax jobs will fail because ePrint jobs (which is what eFax relies on to print eFaxes) can only be sent to the HP ePrint address or ePrint jobs could fail.

IOS6 upgrade issue. error message "could not sign in could not communicate with server when attempting to log in with apple id and password. Any ideas?

To finish the upgrade setup, can't get past the screen where you need to log in with your apple id and password. Error message appears "could not sign in" "Could not communicate with the server." Tried a reboot, but that didn't work or get us anywhere either.

Go to Settings then down to Facebook then select account then delete account and select remove info and re enter your user name and password and then it will work again

If the TOR Browser Bundle is installed you would have two versions of Firefox: the original Mozilla Firefox and the customized TOR Firefox. You can try to start the Firefox that was installed by TOR. If you have security software (antivirus, firewall etc.) installed, you can try deleting all existing instances of TOR and TOR Firefox and its related processes/files in all the different configuration areas/modules of the security software like process monitoring, sub/spawned process control, virtualization etc. in addition to the main AV/Firewall module. Instead create new fully allowed/trusted rules for TOR and TOR Firefox + its related processes. What causes Run Time Error 10086 when attempting an external calibration with the Calibrate_E_Series funcition.

I am using Vb6(sp5), NT4, Component Works (latest), and Ni-Daq 6.9.1. The error occurs when using either a PXI-6052E or PXI-6070E. The Self Cal works fine but the external cal code generates this error during the call. The code used is taken directly from the programming example in the NI_DAQ programmers reference for the Calibrate_E_Series function.

I found a Knowledge Base about that error you can refer to. The KB, originally, talks about Labview, but, as Labview makes NI-DAQ function calls in the same way any other Software language, you can apply the same concepts when using VB. The link is:
