I'm getting a shipping lock error on a genuine HP cartridge. (The other cartridges are not HP, and was getting the same error on a similar color previously). I read this post [HP Color LaserJet CP2025 remove shipping lock error] and I am not going to go to the lengths he took in swapping out ends of the cartridges! Currently I am installing the troubleshooter program and will see if it helps.

Hi , I see that you are getting a "shipping lock" error on a Genuine HP toner, the other toners are non- HP. I would be happy to help you.
Please try the following steps to see if it will help resolve this issue. Make sure that the shipping locks, which look like an orange ring attached to the toners are removed from all the cartridges. 1. Remove all the toners and replace them in the wrong slot. (in other words mix them up)
2. Close the drawer and let the unit initialize.
3. Reopen drawer and assemble the toners in there proper location.
4. Close the drawer again. The unit should remove the error and set up normally. I will send you another step to try in a private message.

Ship confirmation error.

While Ship confirming a sales order there is an error - The Action cannot be performed because the selected records are not eligible.
What is the reason for this?

We are not able to create the shipping cost(VI01) for the new service agent ,We are getting the error as "No Triff Zone could be determined for the combination of xxxx yyyyyy 01 IN 75506" and Pricing procedure for QQQQ TTTT 1234 not available message VY050"

Check your master data for new Vendor as this message shows that there is some master data missing. See which combination you have used in T_73 Tcode for pricing procedure determination and which values are wrong in your determination. Check Service agent procedure group in your Vendor master data.

Shipping point error while creating delivery for subcontracting order

I am trying to send Materials Provided to a Subcontractor via an SD Delivery using std SAP functionality using IDES preconfigured system.
In transaction ME2O, while creating delivery, i am facing following error:

The dignosis gives following details.
Diagnosis
Information necessary for this delivery is missing.

Shipping point error in sales order creation

Dear Friends,
I'm new into customizing in SD. I just crested a new plant, distribution channel, shipping point and have assigned the shipping point to the plant. while trying to create sales order i get this warning message "DOCUMENT /00010 HAS NO CHECKING GROUP (MATERIAL MASTER - PLANT DATA) MESSAGE N0 : W083.
Also, if i edit for incomplete log it is indicating the following as being missing- SHIPPING/RECEIVING POINT, NO LOADING DATE, NO MATERIAL AVAILABLE DATE, TRANSPORT PLANNING DATE, NO GOODS ISSUE DATE.
What else do i need to maintain in the customizing to make it work well

        It is showing because u have not maintained PLANT in MATERIAL MASTER DATA but no need to do so u can directly put into S.O. Iin each line item.
        It is just a warning nmessage just press enter and pass it.
        If still u want to do so then use TCODE ( MMO2) and select SALES ORG1 and under GENERAL DATA u will find PLANT FIELD
        where u can maintain PLANT for matarial but once u maintain data here MATERIAL is restricted to that PLANT so will not allow u to sell it from other PLANT thats why itb is always advisable to keep it blank if you are suppose to sell same MATERIAL from two or more PLANT.

Address ship to error

We have SRM 4.0
We have a problem with ship to address; this address was assigned to purchasers in attribute ADDR_SHIPT and the POu2019s were generated by this address correctly.
However one of them purchasers doesnu2019t take this address and display another that doesnu2019t exist in this configuration.
The configuration of addresses is not different between them.
I review trx BP, PPOMA_BBP, BBPADDRINTC and I canu2019t find the problem, please I need some tip?

Please find the address number from application monitoring. take that address and sc and find the diffenrence. i think some has created a new one and assinged to your attributges. and check is they are refereing any old carts or templets

Shipping Address Errors

I have several addresses that are being created in WebTools by customers and are not synching into SBO. I noticed a error on one of the addresses and hope someone could help me with these errors and what I can do to get address to br created in SBO when created in WebTools.
Error 1:
Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

The orders are synching over just fine it's addresses that are having a problem synching into the BP.
This has become a maintanence nightmare for customer service to have to add the address everytime a new address is created. Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

Shipping Charge Error

Hi,
Every now and again there seems to be a problem with our shipping charges, which results in the charge being set to zero and the customer gets away without paying for delivery. For example, we just had a customer purchase an item last week and for some reason the charge for express shipping was zero. She place an order for the same item again today and was charged the correct amount.
We are using the integrated Australia Post standard and express shipping options on www.bluebanyan.com.au.
Please help, as this is not the firts time it has happend!

Go to the shopping cart, if you got developer toolbar in firefox for example turn off javascript. YOu can then get to the payment form and turn script back on and find you got no shipping cost added.
This likely what is happening.
You can add an extra shipping paramater to the shipping tag (See tags quick reference in the knowledgebase) and you can try those options to get it working better.

Some deliveries selected for Ship Confirm have errors or warnings

Getting the ship confirm error.
we dont have the following at the item level
1) revision control
2) serial controlled
3) lot controlled
4) sub-inventory control and all other controls
and shipping parametres are correctly defined.
This is happening only in UAT, in all other environments the issue is not reproduced.
Kindly advise.

I tested in other environments it worked well.

Why is a pre-order phone no longer allowed to be shipped to my work address??

On Friday, April 4, I went into my local Verizon Store (Orlando MetroWest) to pre-order the new Samsung Galaxy S5. The order was placed and I was given a copy of the receipt which looked very accurate. The sales rep had read back to me the Bill To and Ship To address in the store, and it was correct, but didn't show up on the receipt given. When the confirmation e-mail came to me, I noticed that the Ship To info had my company name, and an address, but my name appeared nowhere on it. I called to question this when the store opened on April 7, and all of the answers were "I don't know. I'll have to research and get back to you." When there were no calls returned I checked again and received the same response. When I left my office for the day, I still had zero answers.
I drove to the same local store and re-hashed what I'd tried to accomplish during the morning. I was told there was no way to amend the shipping label once the order was input, despite the fact NO orders for this phone have yet to be fulfilled, since they are still in the warehouse. I work in a nine story building with every single office working for the same global company. There is no chance whatsoever that the FedEx delivery would ever make it to me without my name being on the label. I don't even think FedEx would try. It was just foolishness at the time the order was originally input (by the Verizon Store).
During the morning there was mention of possibly cancelling the entire order and starting from scratch, which I was totally OK with, as even that delay would be quicker than someone signing for the box and it sitting God Knows Where for days/weeks. When I said we should re-visit that option, I was now informed that it is a "Verizon Policy" to avoid fraud and NO pre-order phone could be delivered to any address except the account address of the phone owner. That was surprising to hear since it had been done (albeit incorrectly) just a couple of days earlier. The answer to that was, "Oh, she made a mistake in trying a work-around". Since I was recording our complete interaction (love that feature on my current phone), I asked manager Mike to verify a third time that he could not send a phone to my office address where I am during FedEx hours, and I could not adjust the existing order to come to the store for pickup. The answers were No and No.
My last two Verizon phones were shipped to my office, but I do understand that some company policies do change. I just think this is a doofus change. I also think it was pretty foolish for the original sales rep to miss putting a person's name on the shipping label. I have trouble believing that the computer order system would even allow her to make that mistake. But Verizon is in phone sales exclusively and not in the corporate shipping business. Perhaps this is some needed training.

Epilogue:
My problem has been solved, and I'm now happy to have my pre-order of the new Samsung Galaxy device completed in a way that totally satisfies me. But I am kicking myself for not going this route in the first place. I won't make that mistake again in the future FOR SURE.
After the manager in the local Verizon Store (Orlando MetroWest) said there was nothing he/they could do to overcome the error made earlier by their store sales representative, because it was a pre-order and nothing can be changed/corrected for the initial input. They had failed to put my name on the shipping label requested for FedEx delivery, meaning that the box containing my phone would probably NEVER reach my hands once if was delivered to a nine-story office building with many many employees.
I simply went to my local BestBuy store and mentioned I had a very few questions to be answered prior to attempting to place a pre-order of my new Samsung phone. I asked if the phone could be set for delivery to my office and the answer was a quick YES. I asked if the phone could be set for pickup at the BB store and, again, the answer was a quick YES. They were initially surprised to hear that any company would say otherwise. BestBuy requires a photo ID when they take a phone order, and a signature is required when FedEx makes its delivery, so they assured me the Verizon "Fraud Policy" quoted to me was not a standard retail answer AT ALL. Thirteen minutes after I walked to the mobile phone department, I was walking out with all my confirmation details for a new phone. The purchase was less out-of-pocket since BB doesn't do that VZW arrangement of paying $50 extra and then getting that back as a mail-in rebate later. Seems no other carrier except VZW is charging that extra fee for this new device. On top of that savings, BB gives you a $10 gift card just for doing the pre-order with them. Bonus!!
I may (or may not) receive my phone a few days later than those ordering at the Verizon Store, but in my situation I was assured to get mine late due to the shipping label error. No matter what, I'm going to be pleased with my purchase, and BestBuy just earned additional respect with the way they accurately handled my Verizon purchase. VZW it still a quality mobile phone provider, but (in my personal opinion) they are extremely weak in the guest service side of the business . . . which almost negates those other positive things.

Error while creating customer

While creating customer from AR responsibility, I am getting an error while clicking "details" tab for "Ship to"
error I am getting are

any idea why is it coming, I checked Operating unit profile option i.e MO: Op Unit and MO: Sec. , all are fine.

The error is occuring because Oracle is trying to validate/set a DFF.
Check the DFF attached to the customer entity, address entity or site use entity.
Especially look at the value sets attached to the DFF.
Look at the value set definition and the default value for the field.

I Have restore the database to new server and check with new log shipping but its give this same error again, If it is network issue i believe issue need to occur on every database in that server with log shipping configuration

can this happened due to data base or log file corruption, if so how can i check on that to verify the issue
Its not necessary if the issue is with network it would happen every day IMO it basically happens when load on network is high and you transfer log file which is big in size.
As per message database engine was not able to restore log backup and said that you must rebuild log because it did not find out log to be consistent. From here it seems log corruption.
Is it the same log file you restored ? if that is the case since log file was corrupt it would ofcourse give error on wehatever server you restore.
Can you try creating logshipping on new server by taking fresh full and log backup and see if you get issue there as well. I would also say you to raise case with Microsoft and let them tell what is root cause to this problem

Write Error. Exception - UTL_FILE.WRITE_ERRORWhen it could write into a dbms message,why can't it write into a utl_file?

Delivery output fax to shipping point

A delivery document needs to be faxed to the shipping point regardless of the partners. The output access sequence and output determination is updated, but the partner is causing a problem. The output should be generated as long as it is sent out of a shipping point which is assigned on output condition record. The fax number will be maintained at the shipping point in configuration.
Most of this works except that error is received because it doesn't find the fax on the ship to partner (which is not where I want it to be) or if I change the partner to 01 shipping point, error is that it can't find 01 as a partner (which it wouldn't).
Is this configuration or a user exit? What is the user exit?

Oss note is 81046: Shipping point as a partner in the delivery.
Need a output table that contains the shipping point.
Assign Output Determination procedures
Maintain Output types and reference the correct Access sequence
Maintain the access sequence to reference the table
Maintain the master data to support the new table
