Order status only shows 'PRE'

I ordered a 64GB space grey 6 plus on 9/18.  When I check the order status it only shows the word 'PRE'.  Can I get help with this?  My order number is (removed).

  • Over delivery of a sales order-status still shows "not delivered"

    Hi Friends
    I have a problem with sales order . Total quantity in order is 10, even then system allows me to make 2 or more deliveries of total with more than 10 quantity .
    Following option I have tested but all in vain.
    1. In copy control at item level ( item category is TAN) document flow box is checked and Pos./neg. quantity column has value "0". If I take here "" then system don't allow me to make partial deliveries i.e 2 deliveries of 5 quantity each. It says " there is no quantity available for delivery or the item is not relevant for delivery.  I can make only one delivery with 10 or less quantity with "" sign
    If I take "O" in Pos./neg. quantity field then it allows me make as many partial delvery with more than 10 quantity, which is wrong
    Order status always shows " No delivery" even if deliveries made and PGI done
    2. In item category checked complition rule field with "A", "B" and "c" option still no effect and document flow shows "being processed "

    Maintain value + (plus) in the field Pos/Neg quantity at item level in the copy control settings (t.code VTLA). After making the settings, create a new sales order and test.

    When I updated by iphone with IOS7, my calendar entries did not follow the icloud.  I am only showing pre set calendar entries for the year and lost all other calendar entrie and it will not take any new entries.  They show up in my outlook, but not on my iphone, which they did before I updated my software to the new i0s7

    Before syncing, select each calendar on your Mac and back it up by going to File>Export>Export.  If anything goes missing, you can use these to restore your calendars.
    Have you tried simply force closing the calendar app on your iPhone?  To do this, double-tap the home button, locate the calendar app, then swipe up on the image above the app icloud to close it and tap the home bottom.  Then test your calendar again.

  • Sales order status to show as Complete only after PGI

    I have one requirement. Now currently in sales order status of the order is showing complete once the item being delivered.
    But our requirement is that, the status of the order should be shown complete only when PGI is done not after delivery.
    I would like to know if any exit or any other program will help us in finding this solution

    Sales order status depend on Item Category completion rule, please check on VOV7 for your sales order item category. In standard SAP, below rule can we define with item category:
    Not relevant for completion
    A
    Item is completed with the first reference
    B
    Item is completed after full quantity has been referenced
    C
    Item is completed after the target qty is fully referenced
    D
    Item is referenced via contract release
    E
    Item is completed after full target value is referenced

    I have created one Sales Order and completed invoice. The accounting document is posted.
    Here the status of Sales Order,Invoice,accounting document is showing completed & cleared in the document flow.
    I have created Credit memo request with reference to above Invoice and released the document to accounting
    If you check the Document flow all the documents are in completed & Cleared status
    But when i  created the Credit memo request with reference to the above Sales Order and completed the invoice here when i check the document flow the Sales Order is status is  Open and rest all the documents status as Completed.
    I have checked the copy controls and also the document types but defaulted to get the status of Sales Order into Completed.
    Could any one suggest me where i can check such that the status of Sales Order becomes complete

    I checked the Item Category of Credit memo request and changes the completion rule from B to C vise versa, but still the status of the document is showing as Open.
    I am trying to check the document types, Item categories and copy controls.

    hello, friend.
    in addition to what the others have said, please check your customer master, particularly in the Sales Area Data > Shipping tab.  look at the partial deliveries.  there may have been settings that tell the system if a delivery has been created with reference to the sales order, the order will be completed even if the quantity is only partially delivered.  if the entry in the 'partial delivery per item' field is 'B', then this will explain your situation.
    this can also be manually set in the sales order, so you have to take a look at the order as well, at item level.

    Thank you for your answers. First point is that I hope completion rule is only for quotation and contracts but not for normal sales orders. Second point is that I am using TAO item category which tells order related billing with billing plan. This means there was no delivery, then why schedule line CP (MRP) was assigned to TAO in standard? This is the problem for me. As the schedule line is MRP the system is not completing the status of the sale order even I have completed total quantity and value also. Can anyone tell me why this was assigned like this in statandard?

    Hello, when i clicked on order status nothing shows up, i can't see any recent orders or pre orders, i'm currrently pre ordering an item and really scared because last time they cancled it with NO reason.     I ordered a configured ThinkPad W520 off Lenovo.com for USD1500 yesterday.  Later when I went back to check my order status, to my surprise some parts were either shown up incorrectly or simply missing.

  • VA05 - Status is showing wrongly- instead of 'C" it is showing as "A"

    Dear All,
    This is regarding with VA05 List of Sales Orders:
    In this report we have one field   "Status" where we got options such as
    A = Not yet processed
    B = Partially Processed
    c = Completly Processed.
    We got number of Sales Orders completed Invoiced
    When we run VA05,  all these Sales Orders Status must show as "C" as the Orders are completly processed but the status is showing as "A" thought the Orders are processed completly.
    Can anyone suggest me the reason?

    i upgraded my fios internet from 15/2 to 25/15 about a week ago.  My order status date shows 9/28 and 75% complete.  I'm wondering if it's possible to speed up this process or do i just wait untill 9/28 for the upgrade to take effect?  Thanks in advance

    Chances are that they are waiting for your billing cycle. End one month at one speed and start the next on the new speed. You could probably contact CS and see if they can change the date on the order, but I'd probably just wait and avoid any issues from contacting CS.

  • Iphone 6 plus order status

    I pre ordered my iPhone 6+ on the 12th at 2:01 central time..I received a pre order confirmation email saying it would be delivered by 9/19...yet when i look up my order status with my pre order confirmation number shipment date is unavailable? I called multiple times yesterday and recieved multiple answers...the status still says its processing...no charges have been put on my card either..is my order okay or did i just waste my time staying up till 2 in the morning for them to postpone my order even longer then the expected delivery date....annoyed.@

    I feel like we're continuing to run in circles.  I would like an answer to my question.  I didn't ask for a link to a dead end with no current information.  I am asking a very simple question.  When is my phone actually shipping to me?  My confirmation e-mail had one date.  The link you sent me said no information available at this time.  Now it's coming up with an entirely different shipping date than what I was originally sent.  I was sent a confirmation email stating the date i would receive my phone by.  Now the website is updated and saying it is shipping on that date as opposed to being delivered.  Will i be getting a refund of any sort or discount to be compensated.  I ordered within minutes of the pre order being available and am now being told something different.

  • Can't get order status on iPhone 6, pre-purchased in-store (showed stock for my particular model)

    I pre-purchased my iPhone 6, 64GB silver, in-store on 9/13.  I got an e-mail confirmation as well which says deliver by 9/16 (and when I bought it, there was stock left of that model).  When I check my order status at one spot, I get technical difficulties, and when I check it at another, it just gives me the ACE # and location #, which I already had, and it has a blank for expected ship date.   

    Thank you very much for the help!  I did reach out to the store, and they had no additional info. other than the preorder number, order number, and location number I had already been e-mailed by Verizon.
    However, I just got a shipping update with tracking numbers!  If you made this happen, thank you very much!  So far the tracking numbers do not give me any information except that the label was created 9/18 (this is tomorrow, oddly), so I assume it must have already shipped out or will ship tomorrow.  I hope this means my phone will arrive Friday, 9/19!  Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to confirm this via the UPS tracking numbers.  (It looks like it is shipping UPS, not FedEx.)

  • Order status no longer shows any items

    The order status area of my account no longer shows any items even going back 18 months.
    I've placed about 6 orders in that time frame including one last week. I followed the link to Pre-sign for the shipment but the order never appears, even after 5 days.

    I'm having the same problem. There was a page where one could go that had a complete listing of products purchased, including software downloads. I can't find it anywhere and it's really annoying. I own three Macs (two Macbooks and a MBP) and each time I need help I have to dig around for the serial number, etc. Plus the one machine that the Expert system shows as mine, a G4, I sold years ago. What's the big deal about maintaining customer profiles? Everyone else does it. Is there a new URL or something that no one thought to tell us customers of 30 years-standing about?
