Palm repair status page / form broken?

Is it just me or is this not working? On the page + the "finish" button does not work, in multiple browsers. How long does it usually take to get the confirmation email once the order is placed, btw?

I have had this problem too... I'll add it to the Laundry List of Bugs with this forum software.
Just curious, but what browser are you using, and what version? I was using a backup computer last week with an old version of FireFox (1.5x) on it, and I was having a heck of a time typing!

Repair Depot Repair Status

I just sent my phone in and they receieved it Friday 10/18/2013. On my repair status page it says "new", what does that mean. Can anyone elaborate on what exactly that means?

probably means that it has just been received. please be patient and wait a few weeks then check the status of your repair again.

AC:U Bonus Code never emailed / Order status page broken

Since sometime late last night the order status page has been loading to a blank page. I have tried on different PC's and browsers so it's not an issue over here.
AC:U was delivered earlier today but the bonus code was never sent. In the case of Halo:MCC the bonus code was emailed immediately after picking it up from the store. Please advise.

"No trouble found" - repair status

My iPod nano (4 gb) had/has a problem. One half of the lcd-screen didn't work. I tried to fix the iPod myself with the five steps on the support-page (like resetting and reinstalling the software). Nothing worked, so I decided to send the iPod to Apple. Now, the repair-status tells me "no trouble found". Huhw? I did find a problem!
Did I do something wrong?

They allways write no trouble found. it was the same for me and they repair it. they put no trouble found because they dont want to describe all the problem. it's faster for them. They will repair it or change the part who was broken.

Don't understand how Apple's 'status' page works

There are literally thousands of users complaining about Facetime being broken over the last eight days.
Apple's only response seems to be "update your software".
However, many iOS 7 users are also complaining about broken Facetime, even AFTER updating.
So, the question is - what does Apple's status-page actually represent, since it lists Facetime as being green and regular.
Confused...

Well then, if that's the official statment - i.e. iOS 6 users who DON'T want to upgrade at this time to iOS 7, well, Facetime will no longer be available to you.
Their quote: "If you're using iOS 7.0.4 or later or iOS 6.1.6, this issue doesn't affect you."
I don't think iOS 6.1.6 was ever made available for iPad users, was it?
If I am interpreting that correctly, I imagine my spouse and I will begin to look for a comptetitors brand of tablet,
since we really don't like iOS 7 very much, mainly because with our iPad 2 and 3, the update really slows the ipad down significantly. Those with iPad 4's and up will be fine.
My iPad 3 is 16 months old. Paid nearly $700 for it. 16 months old, and I can't run the OS I purchased (if it came with iOS 7, I may not have actually bought it). $700 obsolete in 16 months.
Sad, but if that's the case, not much iOS 6 users can do.

Show workflow visualization on status page" not available

Hi, i'm trying to publish my sharepoint designer workflow to SharePoint, but it wont give me the option to select "show workflow visualization on status page", its just greyed out. If i use the beta version of SharePoint Designer (on a different server),
it works fine, but it wont let me select it in RTM version. Has anybody else seen this problem? If so did you manage to figure something out?

Is there a system status page anywhere?

Lately Verizon email has been FAR less than reliable. I can't seem to find any system status page anywhere. It would seem far smarter and more customer focused for VZ to post such issues rather than have tech support people swamped with angry people that they can't help - adding to the already ridiculously long wait times. Not sure what's going on here but it's not looking good for VZ. Unreliable email is what caused me to leave my former provider.

Way back when you could look at it - I would think that as a business - having an updated status page would eliminate thousands of support tickets. Like now - how we all came here to see why we havent been able to get our email all day.
When we click that support button at the top of the page - it should clearly list current problems. Hiding them just **bleep** people off...it doesnt make you look better.

Idea: make it easier to find the Creative Cloud status page.

I didn't know about http://status.creativecloud.com/ until I found it in a link here. I see no links on any of the pages. I'd bet you'd get a lot fewer questions about things like the fact that, according to the twitter feed (and can we get a link to that too) on the STatus page:
"All regions are not able to sync files using Creative Cloud Connection (desktop sync app).

So now we KNOW it's broken, but it would be nice for you guys to make the status page easier to find and less likely to drive us kind of mad screaming.

IMHO: It seems like a live feed / overview could be right with in the desktop Creative Cloud experience from a status standpoint with enough feedback to allow users to know what is going on at present status? Seems like a pretty obvious glaring omission, if it's not already present and an absolute necessity for users via a desktop status indication.

Multi Page Forms in Adobe Muse

Hi,
Im trying to create a multi page form in Muse. Now I understand about just changing the landing page after form has been sent (as below) HOWEVER how can you delete the email field?...I want to do this as if I have a multi page form, each time I put a form on a page im going to have an email field which I dont want - I only want this on the first page.

You can achieve this by changing the landing page in "After Sending " dropdown.

For example insert forms in pages , then change the landing page through "After sending" setting to another page , so that user from front end submits the form and then lands to another page which has the next step of the form. This way multi-step form can be created.
But each form will notify you separately on submissions.
If you are using Business Catalyst to publish then you can perform the same through BC by changing the action url of the form.

Status page in X3000 no longer showing any data.

Using the latest 1.0.05 firmware on X3000
Status page perpetually shows "Connecting" even though I'm connected.
It no longer shows data such as the Internet IP address, Gateway etc.
Only DNS IP addresses are shown.

Try to turn off your X3000 for around 60secs then check again. If it's doing the same issue after doing a powercycle, you may have to perform a hard reset then reconfigure your router.
If everyone needs to believe in something, I believe I'll have another beer..

Multiple page form to email with sessions doesn't send mail

I am creating a multiple page form where a user can apply for finance. I am trying to use session to keep the user input values and then the last page sent the application by email.
My problem is the last step where it doen't send the email. I'm not sure if it the session I'm using is wrong because a simple form without sessions works fine.

Is there something wrong with my sessions or just something in the code?

Standard Apple Mail. I'm running Yosemite 10.10.1, and I'm amazed to see that About Mail says it's Mail Version 8.1 (1993), copyright 1995-2014 Apple Inc.
Interesting thought, do you think that it doesn't like to work with itself? Actually, I'm fairly sure I've had the problem inside of other apps but I should document that. I'll keep notes to see where this happens.

How to Add barcodes at the end of a 3 page form to capture data

I am working on a multiple pages form that contain a paper form barcode I decide to put all paper form barcodes in the last page. How do I get the data fields to be assigned to different barcodes at the end of the page.
How do I remove the red x on the barcode.
I calculate that my form will have approx 2000-3000 chacracters how many barcodes will I need to put

With Designer 7.x you will have to wrap each of the data sets on each of the pages in a subform and then with each of your barcodes, select the subform that you would like to collect data from.
Your life would be made much easier if you upgraded to Designer 8.x as you could create "collections" and then associate those collections to each of your barcodes.
With 3,000 characters of data you would more than likely be looking at 3 separate barcodes. The capacity does depend on the type of data your capturing but you should be covered with 3.
