Paper billing

I am planning to upgrade from Bt Broadband, to Bt Infinity however only paper free billing is available, i did some research and found that by calling 0800 800 150 I can ask for paper billing.
Can someone guarantee that after I upgrade to Infinity(+ new 18 month contract) with its paper free billing, i will be able to call that number and switch back to paper billing? Or will they say something like "Sorry when you signed the contract it was only for Paper free bills, you cannot switch to paper bills again."
Sorry if this is a silly question, but due to my circumstances Paper Bills are my ONLY option and I just want to make sure.

    Your bill closing date and bill due date are the same every month. Log into your MyVerizon account to see if there is a setting for paper bills. Or you could call CS to request it.

  • New Customer From DD to Paper bill?

    Hi,
    Within the hour iv just signed up to BT. However I initially wanted to pay by DD, so i set that up. However, after confirming i realised Iv just set up a new Bank account, and still waiting for account details. However i think by the time my BT bill is ready to be taken, i will have my new account details and my wages will be paid into that. So please could someone tell me how to reset billing back up so Im receiving paper bills for the time being? I just don't want to incur any Bt/bank charges.

  • NO PAPER BILLS AGAIN !!!

    Even though this was soted out 2 months ago (or so i thought !) I still have not received any paper bills for 2 months again !
    I used to have the free paper bills and then it stopped with no warning . STILL NO PAPER BILLS !!!!

    Firstly no I haven't changed anything in regards Telstra products last was new mobile in May 2012.Can someone explain why since Dec.2013 Telstra now charges me the $2 fee.Tried 3 times by phone last time they said they would email copy letter supposedly sent in Sept 2013 informing of charge.You guessed it no email!!Went to Telstra shop they tried couldn't find letter they called someone else who did? find it and would email it to me.You guessed it again no email!!!!!!If Telstra twice can't send an email about charge how could I trust them to send me an email bill and actually get it !!!!!!

    steamer52, the Paper Bill and/or Non-Electronic Payment Fee of $2 has been introduced since 29th of March 2011 and applies to all plans below:
    This small fee ($2 including GST per bill cycle) are charged to customers on certain plans who don’t choose paperless bills and use electronic payment methods.
    Customers on those plans who do choose paperless bills and pay electronically won’t be charged the fee. You mentioned you've taken a new mobile service on May 2012 which means your mobile plan would be in one of the above plans where the fee applies. You would have the My Offer Summary sent out when you received your handset or when you've signed up for the mobile service. You can find copies of these summaries here. Thanks steamer 52.

  • I want my paper bill!

    I haven't received my paper bill in over three months.  I haven't moved.  Verizon just stopped sending it.  I just wanted to go on public record and state that Verizon customer service is unavailable to hear my request, and I can't send an email to support.   Verizon, I am dead serious, if I don't receive my paper bill next month, I'm cancelling my service.

    Your bill is due on the same day every month. That doesn't change. Verizon provides a free app already installed in on Android and readily available on iOS that allows you to manage your account from your device. VZW sends a text and an email when your bill is ready to view online. If you are the only line on the account you can't change it. If you have multiple numbers you can select multiple lines to receive the bill alert texts. You can also dial #BAL to find out your balance and #PMT to make a payment. It's terrible that you didn't receive a bill in the mail but you can't blame VZW solely. There are plenty of ways to know when your bill is due and how much it is.

  • Paper Bill Problems

    Last year, without my asking for it, Verizon stopped sending me paper bills in the mail and starting sending them by email.  I called and they started sending paper bills again.  Now I have not received a bill from Verizon since January but (unlike before) I am also not getting an email indicating the the bill is ready online.  Getting the paper bill in the mail is my trigger to pay it so last month's bill was missed and I was unaware until I get a phone call the other day threatening to cut off my phone service.  Of course, I sent in a check for the full amount due immediately minus the $5 late fee which I do not feel I owe them.
    Why is this such a problem with Verizon?  I have been a loyal customer for 15 years now and paid very single bill on time (with the exception of the last one) but I am seriously considering changing carriers if they cannot get their act together on billing.

    I could not fathom why you are not receiving any invoices now.
    I know that paperless invoices have been around a long time, but the account holder has to request it.
    A few years ago those who had paper also had call details etc. but they sent out a notice that it was not going to be olffered to new customers. I still get call details with paper billing even though I many times look at my bill on line which has all details listed the same way as my paper bill.
    you can print them out etc. but I like filing away the hard copies and yes I pay my bill on line.
    Are you sure there is no invoices on line? I receive an email each month telling me my bill is ready to view and pay but I still get paper billing. maybe your email was omitted from their system, maybe its spam block, look into that possibility.
    Go into a verizon wireless company store and have them enter your information for paper billing they will take care of it for you.

  • Why am I returning back to paper bills....

    I just discovered that Verizon is tacking on $1.00 fee for paying my bill online.  Sorry Verizon.  You made a bad decision with me.  I would rather pay the cost of a stamp over the cost of the fee to pay my bills.  Every little penny counts with me.  I am returning back to paper bills. As a result, you will now be paying the cost of paper and mailing out my bills to me.  Maybe, just maybe, if people would rise up against fees by going this route, you'll decide to omit fees for making payments online.  It is utterly ridiculous.

    I see no fee for paying my bill on line.
    In fact a year ago when Verizon was caught trying to do it, they had an uprising of customers which resulted in them not doing the fee.
    However your bank can charge a fee, most don't but they can.
    Is this dollar fee listed on your monthly invoice?
    Is this via auto pay? is this via you paying with a credit card or debit card at the payment portal? is this over the phone? (Over the phone may have a fee)
    Or is it Bill Payer service from your bank to Verizon Wireless?
    Many of these services from the bank can be or are incurring fees.

  • I just need a paper bill

    Just about at my wits end. Have called the call centre in India numerous times just to get a paper bill sent to my grandfather so that his phone bill can be paid (social services pay his bills and can only do so on receipt of a bill) and despite receiving an assurances and an email saying that they will now send paper bills none as yet arrived.
    It now seems like his phone will now be restricted (again) and this will mean that his lifeline pendant won't work (again) and given that he is prone to falls and has heart failure this could have dire consequences. Is there anywhere or anything I can do so that I can speak to someone in the UK and NOT India? Surely asking for a paper bill shouldn't be this difficult. *sighs and shakes head*

  • Add a customer to my account & paper billing

    Hi guys,
    Having just bought our first home, my partner and I don't have a lot of identification for our current address. Any post from BT will be in my name, I was wondering if we could add his name to the account as a joint bill payer, so that any bills are in both our names.
    Also, I don't remember opting for paperless billing but I guess I did, as that is what an email tells me. Again, wanting to have a paper trail proving we live in our property, it would be helpful to opt out of paperless billing.
    I have searched around the accounts pages and can find no options for either.

  • Can't get a paper bill

    Previous quarter after numerous problems viewing my online bill I asked to return to paper only billing. Unfortunately this wasn't actioned and I received an email stating my bill was ready to view. Both online help and customer services both promised to send me a paper copy. Customer Services also cancelled my DD and postponed follow up to give me a chance to view my bill.
    Unfortunately I still haven't received anything.
    Spoke again to customer services who agreed to request another paper copy for me. However when I asked what I should do if this one doesn't arrive, he said other than look at my online bill (which I have given up trying to do) all he could do was follow procedures and re-request it in the same way again. He seemed to think the problem must be with the Post Office, despite all other mail getting through including my BT Bus Bill, BT Vision and reminder letter for my original bill.
    He refused to accept there was anything else BT could do other than follow the same procedure he was doing and "nobody in BT" could do anything else. I understand he has a process to follow and there are limits to what he has access/ authority to do but he refused to accept there was any way anyone could manually manipulate the system or that anyone else could talk to me. (We went round in circles for several minutes before I finally gave up)
    I know I have a bill to pay and will be happy to do so as soon as I have had a chance to look at it. Maybe a copy of the bill will arrive next week, but if it doesn't there seems little point in trying the same process yet again. In such a case, there must be a way to get an issue through to invoice production to sort it?

  • I cannot ask for paper bills or cancel my direct d...

    Hi, I get told to call 0800800150. I get an email a bill is due, but it does not contain the content of the bill. It says Direct Debit did not work or similar. My bank is changed, account no longer exists. I get phone numbers to call, these are UK domestic at 14pence per minute all the time. Let alone being charged for BT, for Land Line rental (Oh Relish, hope you come to Birmingham, unlimited 4G home internet at £20 per month, no land line rental!!!), for internet, for other services you must have active with BT like telephone which I do not want. I pay online finally on receipt of a letter, when I arrive home and open my mail. By then, BT has cut the service so use my mobile. So on a Sunday I try to have service put back, with payment reference when made payment online. Impossible, their departments are closed. They appear to only be open when we who work would have to try to navigate their automated 14 pence per minute slow (with advertising "Did you know....."?) phone services. You cannot do this online. And what employer allows you to do this during a paid working day? Now I fly again Monday 6.30am overseas with work, so nothing can be done about sorting my service regardless the calls and attempts I made on Sunday. Shocking company. I am quoted £75 to end contract, is easier to do this than try to fix anything with their service, billing, account, other. Just waiting till Relish arrives in Birmingham. BT is outdated, poor speeds, difficult services, even their web page says I am in some wireless access when I am not (BT Fon or something like this?). Everything is portrayed incorrectly. They sold a service Vision to me, then charged for me to get out of this, when I tried so many times to watch but couldn't as the land line speed is too slow (their connection by the way). Online they promised me I did not have to keep it and would be no cost, then I receive a letter from somebody senior saying £250 to get out and they just went and charged my account, without me accepting this. I had no recourse on this. I had no way of asking why? Monolith treating people who cannot ask why with contempt and without care. Again, another example of shocking business practise with consumers, who really do not have a voice in BT's poor service world.

  • All I want is a Paper Bill

    Having so much difficulty knowing 'where' to send my bill.  So far I've seen three addresses in three different states.  I have not even received my bill and of course contacting customer service is by telephone is another fiasco.  The only time I have ever spoken to a 'human' was when I phoned to subscribe to FIOS services.  When I view my bill online it doesn't make sense either.  I do wish I had access to this forum prior to subscribing - very little, if any, positive customer feedback.  I still have questions about my TV as some features were not explained (or I was given incorrect info).  I've had to ask my neighbor for help several times.

    As you know, you're talking to other users here.  Your best bet for getting billing information is to call or chat with Verizon.  Here's the link from the bottom of these web pages to help you reach them: Contact Us.  When calling, you may need to press "0" to get a human.
    Note that most forums related to a company trend negative.  This is because satisfied customers don't often go looking to post messages about how happy they are.  It's the people with issues who find places like this, so that's why you see lots of negative posts.  Dissatisfied customers will often go out of their way to tell everyone they can to avoid the company in question.  This holds true on these forums.
    For the record, I've had FiOS for many years now and have been quite happy with the service.  I do recommend it to people who ask me about it but I don't go around telling everyone how much I like it.
    If you have questions about your service and think other customers can help you, post them here.  That's a big reason these forums exist.

    I just updated to os x v10.9.1 mavericks. Every document I print no matter what it is (PDF, Numbers, Word, Pages) has text shading.  When I open a document it looks fine but once I send to print it shows and prints with shadows...very strange. My pri
