Partially delivered Issue:

Dear all,
I'm a fresher sap sd , i made a delivery of material which is 5 quantity ,but in actual i was supposed to delivered 10 quantity,
but when i select to desired line item it shows partial delivered in schedule line.
So please help me to understand this issue and to resolved it.
Thank's & Regard's
Olet Malla..

hi,
this is to inform you that,
that means already 5 items are delivered that you can check in MMBE,how much stock is available for the same.
what system is saying is right because you have already created delivery for 5 items.
if you want to create delivery for remaining 5 items whcih is pending goto VL01N and create for it
hope this clears this issue.

  • "Delivery Status" in SO is "Partially delivered" though complete PGI hppnd.

    Dear Friends
An SO has been created  (single line item), delivered & invoiced completely.
The issue is at "Delivery status"  & "overall status"field in SO (both header & item level).
Though complete delivery & PGI has been completed & also invoiced., the 'Delivery status' in SO is showing "Partially delivered"
& 'overall status" as "Being processed".
But at S.Line cat level (CP)  of SO, the system is showing the correct delivered qty.
In delivery, the GI status is C (Completed). (both at header & item)
The  item is a batch split item. At So, item cat is TAN. In delivery, at batch split level, it is ZTAN
I've checked in all places, do NOT understand why this behavior at SO "delivery status" & 'overall status" field.

    Hello,
Check the status of the sales order both Header and item.
Go to the sales order (dont select any line item)  Environment --> Status overview, the system will show the header ans well as the list of line items. Check the individula line items, it will show order qty, Dly Qty, Delivered Qty and invoice Qty. Try to analyse from here...

  • Price updation for Partial delivered case

    Dear All,
I raised an invoice for 5 qty out of 10 nos from the sale order.
Now I want to sell the balance qty with updated price. I changed the price through VK12.
I changed the pricing date to current date in the sale order to effect the updated price in the sale order for the balance qty.
Since the item is partially delivered even though the pricing date is not getting updated for that item & the price remains same as older one.
Pls advise me on this issue.
    Rgds,
    Senni.B

    Hi Seeni,
Lakshmi's has correctly stated above that repricing will not happen in sales order, but the repricing can happen in billing.
Now for repricing to happen in billing you will have to change your pricing type to B in copy control. Also as stated by you the billing date is to be set to current date will solve. Thats not completely true, you will have to change the pricing date in the invoice to current date then only it will do the repricing for current date. The billing date is for accounting purposes for Invoice due dates.
So to set the pricing date to current date, you will have to ensure that the pricing date is not present in the copy control routines and also in the definition of billing type change the pricing date to current date.
    Hope this helps,
    Abhishek

  • Messages "Item completely/partially delivered on purchasing documents

    Dear,
We're testing the new layouts of the purchase documents for the upgrade to ECC 6.O and there is a problem with a specific message on item level.
If a purchase order is changed, a message "Item completely delivered" or "Item partially delivered" occurs on the document, that isn't the case in our PRD - system.
I already deleted messages P14 and P15 in SPRO => MM => Purchasing => Messages => Change Texts (Item completely/partially delivered) but the messages still appear when the document has been changed (when a goods receipt is done,...).
Does anyone knows where I can change the settings so this text won't occur anymore?
    Thanks in advance!
    Kind Regards,
    Lien Van de Velde

    Hi
Ae you using the same layout & print program that is in Productions, as these texts come only with the Standard Print program & form.
Please check the same in Define Message Types for Purchase Order
    Thanks & Regards

  • Query Partially Delivered Orders

Hi!, how can I query only the partially delivered orders?
    Thank you.

    You could try this query
    SELECT DISTINCT T0.DocNum FROM ORDR T0 INNER JOIN RDR1 T1 ON T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry WHERE T1.TrgetEntry IS NOT NULL and T1.LineStatus ='o' or T1.Quantity > T1.OpenQty and T0.DocStatus ='o' ORDER BY T0.DocNum

    Hi Vijay !
How do I modify the above query  to get " only real month's open orders " ?
I try this way but I think it's still not trusted.
    select convert(numeric(6),CARDCODE)cardcode,convert(numeric(6),T0.docnum) docnum,CONVERT(VARCHAR(10), T0.docdate, 112),itemcode,convert(varchar(30),T1.Dscription),T1.Quantity,T1.INMPrice
    from ORDR T0,
             RDR1 T1
    where  T0.DocEntry=T1.docentry
    and T0.docdate=T1.docdate
    and T0.docstatus='O'
    and T1.linestatus='O'
    and delivrdqty=0
    and paidtodate=0
    and    (Year(T0.DocDate)*100+Month(T0.DocDate) )

  • SAP FS-CD - VPVA Partial commit issue

When we are running VPVA with start current run, dunning will be escalated and the same will be viewed in VYM10 transaction for the dunning history. Also we can view the current dunning level in FPL9 transaction by choosing the below menu
    FPL9->SETTING->ADDITIONAL FIELD->SHOW->OK.
Here the issue is, after running VPVA with start current run we are able to view only in VYM10 but its not getting reflected in FPL9 addtional items. Still the dunning level shows as 00.
How to avoid this partial commit issue. FS-CD Experts please advise on this.

If FSCD items contain multiple business areas, then there is a possibility that the business area in FI might get populated with a blank space.
If this issue is occurring with all the posting to FI where the BSEG table ( where as in case of new GL, RBUSA in table FAGLFLEXT for total and FAGLFLEXA for item) is not getting populated with business area then there might be some reconciliation issues depending upon the GL (new or old) used. If you are using new GL, you might have to check if document splitting functionality is activated in new GL (mySAPERP which is ECC 6.00 and pack SAPKH6001 and above) and will have to maintain the Business Area as a splitting rule. Additionally refer to note 990612 & check FM FI_DOCUMENT_POST.

  • Partial Goods Issue against a Delivery Document

    Dear Xperts,
I am having a scenario regarding standard Stock Transport Process with Delivery(Material Movement 641).
My requirement is, when I will create a Stock Transport Order the Delivery document will automatically be created at the same time. This can be achieved thru customization.
But the problem is , the material quantity in the delivery document will be same as the order quantity in PO.My question is :
    1. Can the user change the quantity in delivery which is automatically got created at the time of PO creation.
    2. If yes, then for the remaining order quantities , shall the system will automatically create another delivery?
    3. If no, can we do partial goods issue against that delivery if total material is not available at sending plant? If yes , how to configure?
Means , In delivery my material qty is 10, can I do Post Goods Issue of leass than 10 qty & create a proforma invoice against that delivery and do the P.G.I. and Billing again against that delivery?
    Plz advice.
    Regards,
    Soumick

    Hi
As per your scenario you can do the PGI (post goods issue ) for partial quantity only if u required later for reaming quantity when ever stock is available that time you can do again PGI by using the same delivery no for reaming quantity but for this
In PO you have unchecked the Delivery  completed indicator with   this when ever complete goods are coming then only PO will
be close up to that PO will be in open Status

  • How can partially goods issue in delivery document?

    hi,
I created delivery document with 20 delivery quantity at first. after that I want to create partially goods issue. for example i want to have 10 quantity in pick quantity and at first 10 quantity goods issue and save and another time goods issue the remained quantity. but I can not configure the system to do this.
    thank you.

    Lida,
As per standard SAP, you cant do partially picking. If you want to do partial elivery of item, change the quantity of the delivery item in the delivery and pick the full qty. for example :
    Sales Order 10 Qty,
    Delivery 5 qty
    Picking 5Qty
    This will be partial delivery,
    Thanks,
    Raja

  • Want to close open/partial delivered order

I want to close all open/partial delivered sales order from the sytem without either changing their quantity or defining reason for rejection in the order.
Is there any other way than that pls suggest.
    reg
    Deepak

    Dear deepak rana,
If this is your requirement , then got delivery user exit and write your logic ( probably , you may use date ), means , order date less than the cut over date should not be processed , it can come out with an error message.
    User exit MV50AFZ1.

  • New pricing on sales order item after partial delivered and billed

    Hi
I want to change price of sales order item that already delivered partially and
billed, but I can't search standard function.
Can any one help me out  in changing the price of sales order item (VA02).....
    Thanks,
    Wizard.

    Hi DongWoo,
Under what scenario would you want to re-price after billing?  If you change the price how will your customer know?  You will need to contact your customer and let them know not to pay the last invoice, then delete that billing document in SAP and re-issue it.  When you create the billing document in SAP from a delivery or order you can specify how to re-price in copy control.  Whether or not you want to reprice all conditions, taxes or whatever is in the re-pricing type.
You need to make sure what we send the customer matches what is in SAP, which is why we generally can't re-price after billing.  Make sense?
If you want to change the price on the still open items you can reject what is open and enter a new line item.  That will pick up whatever new pricing conditions exist, but you may lose your ATP position & allocation status.

  • Help required - Sales order item is partially delivered but the item grayed

    I have a sales order 123 having say item10 with qty 1, item20 with qty 10 , item 30 qty 12
Item 1 confirmed qty 1 and delivered qty is 1
Item 2 confirmed qty 10 and delivered qty 10
Item 3 confirmed qty 1 and delivered qty is 1
Now the item3 still has open requirements of 11 to be delivered. But the item is GRAYED OUT already.
even if I do ATP the qty is not confirming for the remaining 11 pieces.
Why is that? How to make that item out from GRAY.
How to confirm the remaining 11 qty for that item.
Help required as early as possible.
    Appreciate ur help guys
    Radha

hi Radha, how are you ?
---the partial deliveries in master data must have not been mentioned.
---the deliveries should be upto target quantity.
---check order type, item category and schedule line category.
         ---check unrestricted stock availability.
    thank you
    regards

  • MD04 - Showing partial delivered sales order

    Hi,
We work with allocation run (AFS), and too many sales orders are not delivered with 100%, some itens are delivered with a partial quantity and others items are not delivered.
    Consider the example:
    Sales order 0000321654
    Item: 0010 - Ordered: 100 - Delivered: 98
    Item: 0020 - Ordered: 100 - Delivered: 100
    Item: 0030 - Ordered: 100 - Delivered: 0
    Then, in MD04:
    Item 0010 - Does not appear because the Partial Delivery field (VBAP-KZTLF) is set to 'A';
    Item 0020 - Does not appear because is fully delivered;
Item 0030 - Appears because was not delivered.
My problem is that this sales order must not to appear at MD04 because this situation is considered as complete, with invoice and etc.
Is there a way to not show the sales order in this situation ?
    Regards,
    Gustavo

    Hello Gustavo
BAdI MD_CHANGE_MRP_DATA can be uses to choose if a planning element will be displayed or not on MD04. It works on the standard MRP and I think that it should also work for IS-AFS.
