Payment proof.

PAyment was done on 2nd june, but still no funds received on account. 
Tried to make a payment proof, but this was so complicated, that i decided to write right here,
Does anyone knows how to send it? Or at least support email address.

    Dear Experts,
    We have a vendor created with payment method G but while making one payment we used payment method T. Now the vendor is chasing us saying he has not received the payment.
    Does use of payment method other than one maintained in the vendor master, cause such an issue??
    The bank has provided the copy of MT103 for this transaction.
    Please suggest if the payment will go through in this case or not.

    Payment method G is ACH payment method u2013 it is for local singapore vendor payments.

    Hard reset will bring the X back to the point of when it came out of the box from the factory. Everything you have done, downloaded etc will be erased, but according to different sources, the SD card will not be erased.
    On Mybackup site on My Verizion, there is a feature that will show you your pin number to make sure that you put it in correctly on the phone. Just wondering if you checked that or now.
    Also you can initiate a sync from My Backup. Have you tried doing that too?

  • This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID

    I have a second hand iphone 4. After I made an update, the phone asked me for the previous owner’s Apple ID and password.  Well, the previous owner didn’t know too much about tehnology and he also didn’t erase the phone from his trusted device list because the settings were made by a friend of him.   The owner couldn’t help me with the apple ID, he said he can’t contact his friend anymore.  I have all the accessories (including the box) and a payment proof  from the original owner. “This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID. Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to set up this iPhone.”  What can I do? Please, help me with this! Thank you

    Looks like you really need to return it back to the owner, who sold you device where settings were changed by someone else. I wonder if that is possible to steal phone, box and payment proof? The good part is if you do have payment proof from autorized reseller, you can contact apple and ask for unlock, but they will ask your payment proof, not someone else's. So if payment proof was "owner's" he is the one who needs to call Apple and somehow I am willing to bet he will not.

    The easiest way would be to grab a screen shot.
    Press the Home and power buttons at the same time for a moment and let them go. The screen should flash and a shutter noise should be heard.
    The Screen shot will the be visible in your Camera Roll in the Photos App.

  • Disputing a late payment reporting. What counts as "proof'?

    I am disputing a account that has a "Late payment" reporting.  I foolishy wrote down the confirmation in a notebook, and have lost track of it. I know it was paid, and the account shouldn't be reported as over 60 days late.  I am doing my best to find any proof. I know I called the creditor on a speific date before the payment was due, and was talking to them for a few minutes.  I pulled my telephone records, and it does show I called the creditor,and talked to them for 18 minutes, yet before I found this, the creditor said they couldn't see a call was made to them.  I also have a "payment allocation" paper they sent to me that says a transcation for "$100" dollars was made on 03/18/2015, and my phone records have the phone call taking place on 03/17/2015. I just found these documents a day ago.  I don't understand how a phone call wouldn't be recorded, but yet it shows on my phone bill that I talked to them for 18 minutes. I googled the number, and it was the creditors number.  They have said i never did talk to them ,but that was before I went through my phone bill. Do i have anything worth sending them to show that what they have told me isn't correct?

So while there are *some* protections for us, the deck IS stacked against us to a great degree. The only defense we really have is to learn how the system works, both for and against us, in order to play this game on as level a playing field as we can possibly make.

  • Proof of payment

    Hello, I have made a purchase on Ebay and at the checkout I have choose the option to pay via Credit card. Ebay processes this payment by "payments processed by payPal" so I didn't used my PayPal account to pay for it just my credit card. Now I need the proof of payment but I cannot find it anywhere.... it's not on my paypal account history, on my banck account I can see that the transaction has been made but that' not enough proof of payment.... Is there any way to have see and have the transaction ID? Where can I get it? Thanks!

I've even been on hold so long that I was hung-up on!  It's sad when even a human being in the customer service department cannot give you the correct email address for their company! Verizon needs to get their act together.

  • Pre-order movies - Why no invoices and proof of agreed payment?

    I pre ordered a movie to save some money..  (14.99 vs 19.99) then the day comes when it comes out and my invoice says its 19.99.
    Upon doing a little research, I realized, I never got an invoice of my pre-order showing the amount I actually pre-ordered for. Then, looking at my account page to check my pending pre-orders, they only show the movie and a cancel button.
    You really don't get a confirmation how much you agreed to pay until the movie is out and ready to be downloaded. (Day you are actually charged)
    This is the first time, I am not happy with Apple..
    In my opinion you SHOULD confirm via email the person's pre-order and the amount he or she agreed to pay at the time of ordering. If you go and change the prices on me, why should I bother to pre-order anything? Smartly you leave the customer with no records, unless he or she takes a screenshot. (Which I now did and I have a little database to reference) If I am wrong, please advise why we don't get an invoice etc.. I would love to be proven wrong here. Especially, since I am a HUGE apple fan and this is the first time, I am truly disappointed and have the feeling of being duped. (Something Apple never had to stoop to, since the products speak for themselves)

    No worries, I appreciate you taking the time to reply.
    I was more hoping for someone at Apple to reply and advise on this "invoicing system" .. as well as raise the issue to other customers.
    Amongst my remaining 4 pre orders, I have one, of "Interstellar". By the time I figured out that I am actually charged more than I recall paying for at the time of my pre order, the charge went up to 19.99. When I placed the pre order, I am fairly certain it was 14.99. No proof at this point and of course, I can go and cancel that pre-order. But I would also cancel the original price I purchased this at. If only there was some way to track it. (that somewhat the reason why i started the post) All other pre-orders, I went in, clicked the purchase button and took a screenshot of the popup that notifies me that I already purchased the item. Thus, proving the purchase as well as showing the price in the background. (while it is at 14.99).
    Anyways, I am probably making that sound more complicated than it needs to be.. still, the question remains.. how do I or other customers know what they paid for in a pre-sale? Once the item is out and the movie confirmed as purchased via invoice at the date of release, there is no going back.. no returns and at the same time, the customer can't proof a thing. (nor would I want to then get into a "he said, she said" situation with apple)
    If I don't get some sort of resolutions, pre-orders will simply not be worth it. I don't want to fight each measly charge via screenshot proofs etc..
    Sadly as I am moving to a complete digital movie library for all my purchases, this really is something I would love to get resolved. My library is far to big, to suddenly start moving to an amazon digital library.

  • Pay bill on the phone but it will not except payment?

    I have been paying my bill via phone since 2011 and now it won't accept my check.  The same one that they have in their system since 2011.  I have been past around and past around by customer services.  I have done everything they have said two times over.  The check keeps getting rejected as account not located.  I have been to my bank three time and they wrote a letter saying my account is fine and I faxed it to Verizon, but I keep getting told it's not there problem.  They had me call their check cashing company, Certigy, to see if the issue is with them.  Seems to me Verizon is going through this company Verizon should deal with them.   Certigy said there wasn't anything wrong with my checks.  Verizon still didn't believe me so Verizon put us on a conference call with Certigy so they could hear it themselves.  This has been going on since last Wednesday and I just don't know what to do anymore.  The Financial Service  manager was totally rude and all he wanted was another form of payment and in no way trying to fix the problem. I don't understand why the check was fine all the months before and now there system is saying it doesn't exists?  I don't understand why I'm being treated like I'm the bad guy when all I wanted to do is pay my bill from the same account I always do.  I'm told to get a debit card or charge card to make the payment and they pretty much told me it was my problem and would not investigate their end of the problem with there system rejecting payment on a good long standing account.  I had to have a friend make the payment and pay him by the same checking account that Verizon says doesn't exists.  How do I get someone to fix this????

    First I would like to thank you for responding to my post.  The message the get back is the can't locate the account.  This is the same checking account I have used on the phone with Verizon since 2011.  I have contact my bank three times and they say there is no issue.  The bank (TCF) even wrote me a leter so I could fax into Verizon as proof there is nothing wrong with my account.  I have paid by phone to my charge card company, gas company and car insurance with no problem.  Verizon just transfers me from person to person.  They all re-enter the acct numbers and get the same results.  I work in payroll amd I'm familiar with how EFT works.  I beleive someone triggered something in your system to make my checking a saving acct, which it isn't.  I dont know how to get Verizon to dig deeper into fixing this.   I don't know how to make a private message yet but I will try to figure it out and give the information reqested.  Thank you again.

  • How can Verizon bill me for a phone I return and have FedEx proof it was received

    Bought a new phone in Verizon store, camera didn't work.  Verizon sent new phone with prepaid shipping to return broken phone.  I sent phone in via FedEx, FedEx has a signed receipt from Verizon that it was received at their warehouse on July 18th.  Verizon is now trying to charge me for the phone.  At first they said they had no record of receiving the phone, then when I supplied them with the FedEx tracking info they admitted to receiving the phone but said THEY couldn't find it.  I have all of this on emails form Verizon.  Then they said they had to do an investigation to locate the phone and now they say that the box is empty.  They offered me a payment plan.  I emailed, I called the customer service center and a woman by the name of Samantha promised me a call by Tues. I have not heard back from her.  I called the customer service center back and was told they would get back to me.  My local store rep told me that there's nothing they can do and the manager from that store has yet to return my call.  I think I need a lawyer because this is truly extortion.  I have a very good long standing business relationship with Verizon, never late with my payments and this is how I am treated.  It's simply ridiculous.  Fed Ex told me that the package is insured by them so Verizon will get reimbursement from them, interesting right? So it seems as though Verizon wants to be paid twice for a broken phone. I am not responsible for them losing my phone.  I'm hitting Twitter next. Then the BBB. I have attached letter from Verizon to establish credibility.

    There are hundreds of posts on this particular subject. Had it happen to me except I had a little different proof that my phone was in the box. I sent it using my own label which forces FedEx to weigh the package once it is in their possession. Verizon first claimed my package was not returned, then after I provided proof they claimed the box was empty, then after I provided proof it was not they claimed it was the incorrect phone, after I proved them incorrect on that claim they said it was received too late. I was able to prove that one wrong as well but could not get Verizon to credit my account back until I files a complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Once they got the complaint they tried all of the other things first, then finally claimed the phone was entered manually and it had the incorrect date associated to it. It took 3 months to get them to credit the funds back to me and over 75 phone calls.

  • Acknowledgement of ACH Payments

    We are currently making non-tax ACH (CT) payments and are about to begin making tax payments via ACH (CCD+ TXP).  However, our Tax Dept. is hesitant because we can't provide them some kind of acknowledgement or proof that the payment was made and received by the taxing authority.  Apparently this is important in case of a  dispute because of penalties and interest imposed on late payments.  How have other companies approached this with ACH?  Alternatively, perhaps we should be making tax payments with a FEDwire which provides a tracking number (not sure if SAP can do these).  All thoughts are appreciated.  TIA.

    Normally the Bank would provide confirmation either electronically or by mail regarding the ACH payments made on the client behalf and alternatively you send payment advice to the vendor(tax authority)!!!
    These should be sufficient for documenting and communicating right??

    I;m having trouble with Verizon posting my payment to my account.  I paid them timely through the same online account I always use.  They cashed my check and deposited somewhere but not to my account.  I have spent hours on the phone, and on emails, but everytime I turn on my internet, I get a past due notice.  They keep apologizing, but do nothing.  I've sent two proof of payments, and spent hours on this.  Think about it before switching to Verizon.  This is after they kept "losing" my repair request after Hurricane Sandy, took them weeks after my electricitycame back on, and then acted as if they were doing me a favor when they didn't charge me for that time.   Oh, and three phone calls to get them to port the phone number that I wanted to keep that was on the original order. 

    Best to file a complaint with the FCC on-line.... They may refer you to your respective States Public Utilities Commission.Verizon does not, will not, respond effectively to resolve AR payment issues. You can literally spend days and weeks to no avail.
    Their employee churn is biblical, you will never be able to speak to the same person twice, if you can even get someone live that won't put you on hold for an hour then hang-up. You can literally loose your mind  trying to get your payment posted to your account. They will further exacerbate the issue by sending you to collection's.
    Verizon's #1 Goal is Shareholder profits. Customers & customer service complaince are not important factors for them.
    Overall customer service rating for residential, wireless and bsuiness is 1.5 on scale for 1-10.
