Payment was cancelled

Dear,
Yesterday I suddenly got the message that the Auto-recharge will not be enabled due to a problem with the payment.
After a long and very stressful search on your website I was able to check the payment history. There it said the payment was indeed cancelled.
It also mentioned I should check with my bank if there might have been problem on their side. They assured me the payment was not blocked and I did not go over the monthlly budget, so the problem has to be on your side.
I hope I can get some more clarification on why the payment is blocked and a solution on how to confirm the payment so I can continue using the service of SKYPE.

  • User had just run a payment run when it was cancelled

    We ran a payment run on F110,  but the job cancelled because the user was set to locked by accident.    No payments have processed,  but the payment run icon shows the payment run is complete  The log in F110 shows the payment run job was cancelled.  When we tried to create a new proposal the payments in the canceled payment run did not appear.  Please advise,  can we use reorganise the payment run to delete the run and then create a new proposal and payment run,  or is there any other option to process the run that has been cancelled.  Is there a programme that will rerun the cancelled job or rerun the payment run.

    Take a look at note 86587.
    The note states the followingu2026
    Payment Posting and Update Terminations.
    To check for, analyze and determine how to correct terminations, use the following menu path from F110:
          'Edit>Payments>Termination of Posting'
    You may drill down on the "ERR" (error) notifications to get details. Once corrections are made, processing can be restarted and followed to completion.
    The menu path 'Edit>Payments>After Termination>Draw up again' may be used to restart the entire payment run from the point where processing has stopped, if permitted according to the run status.

    Your post isn't quite clear.  If you mean you logged out of your icloud account and logged into someone else's account, then log out of theirs and back into yours.
    Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account.  Then log in using a different ID.
    If this is not what you mean, please describe you issue in more detail.

    My Paypal order was canceled due to verification issue and my Paypal account was not charged. However, the
    Paypal transaction has not yet been captured by Bestbuy and it remains "pending authorization"
    My payment sent to Bestbuy's Paypal account has not been declined/rejected, so it is still pending in Paypal. Paypal cannot refund me until Bestbuy declines the paypal payment. The customer service reps do not understand this process and constantly feed me canned response about automated refunds. This type of refund is instant, and even my canceled transaction a few hours prior to this one was also refunded promptly.
    I have been trying to resolve this issue all day and it keeps falling
    on deaf ears. Please refer this message to someone who is
    knowledgeable with Paypal refunds. I need to get the refund back today
    to buy the item from Bestbuy.

    Please check your account dashboard once more to ensure that the payment posted to your account.  Look for a "reactivate" link for your Skype Number.  If this is not helpful, please contact Skype Customer Service immediately for further assistance.

    Skype is aware of lingering problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents.     I apologize that your order was unsuccessful at this time. I currently see the charges from both products have been cancelled successfully. Depending on your financial institution it can take like 3 – 5 business days to see the refund reflect in your account. Sometimes orders can be cancelled due to insufficient funds or not being able to verify pieces of your billing or mailing information.

    Please check with your credit card issuer to see why payment is not being approved.  When this is resolved you should be able to place a new order.

    There is no limit on the report run time. The most probable reason why you are getting the 'Report cancelled upon user request' message is the users might have hit the "cancel Report" button which is displayed when it is running in 'SYNCHRONOUS MODE'. do not hit that button as it will terminate the report. to increase the speed of returning the results by the report, try improving the sql that you use in the report, or if you have DBA rights try adding in INDEXES on the columns of the tables used by the report.

    The project was ok yesterday but today when I try to open it I get

    (rb_3245) but still no luck. I can't even create a new project
    either or I get the same message. Anybody know what to

    The message is usually easily dealt with. I haven't checked
    the article as you didn't include a link but I'm guessing it
    involved deleting a couple of files and then using the HHP file to
    open the project.
    What is more worrying is that you cannot create a new
    project.
    Have you tried opening one of the supplied sample files?
    Are your projects stored locally and not on a network?
    Have IT given you a new profile to log on with?
    Has anything else changed in your environment?

    I checked an HTMLHelp project out of SourceOff Site (SOS),
    then attempted to open it locally with RoboHelp 5 when I got the
    error message: "Open project was cancelled or RoboHelp was unable
    to load database."
    I found the TechNote for this error message (rb_3245) which
    said to delete the .xpj and .cpd files, then right-click the HHP
    file and click Edit to open the project. This worked fine for
    opening the project, however the Primary Layout Source defaulted to
    WebHelp. I reset the Primary Layout Source to HTMLHelp which caused
    all of the graphics in the project to not display. I fixed this
    issue, compiled the Help, and all appeared to be fixed. I checked
    the project back into SOS to back it up. This morning, I checked it
    out of SOS and tried to open the project locally again, only to get
    the same error. I closed the project, undid the check-out, and
    asked another writer to check-out the project then open it locally
    to see if he got the same error. He did not get the error.
    I am not sure what could be wrong on my computer that is
    causing this error. I had no problems opening and using this
    project until yesterday and I made no file name or path changes to
    the project. Any ideas on what may be wrong?

    When I try to open any RoboHelp X5 projects, I receive the
    following error:
    Open project was cancelled or the application was unable to
    load database for "C:\Documents and
    Settings\jdoe\Desktop\Project_Name\Project_Name.cpd"
    The only change I've made recently that may have affected
    RoboHelp is that I installed SQL Server last month... maybe it
    messed up the database configuration.
    I've done the following and have run out of ideas:
    * Disabled SQL Server
    * Uninstalled SQL Server
    * Deleted the .cpd file for a project
    * Attempted to open a project using the .hhp file
    * Uninstalled and reinstalled RoboHelp
    I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions.

    I know some great bars! Far more fun than fixing this but I
    guess you have to.
    Was RH reinstalled with your logon (the one you are using
    now) and did that have admin rights attached. If it was installed
    by an IT person with their logon, start again.
    Try trashing the CPD and the XPJ.
    Try creating a new project, saving it and reopening it. If
    that works, also create a printed output from it.
    There are topics on my site about installing RH and opening
    corrupt projects.
    Let us know how that all goes.
