Payment won't process

I tried to add a payment for a prepaid plan on 7/18/14 by phone.  The system indicated the payment couldn't be processed and sent me to customer service.  They also tried but go the same message that the payment couldn't process.  She suggested paying through the website.  This didn't work either.
Now three payments for the same amount show up as "pending" on my credit card account.  Apparently each payment attempt did result in a pending payment.  The pending status apparently means the charge was approved by the credit card company but hasn't been posted by Verizon.  I attempted to call customer service but couldn't reach them (there seems to be some problem with Verizon Wireless customer service).
Is anyone else experiencing this problem recently or have any suggestion how to fix this or to actually contact someone at customer service who might be able to address this?
Thanks

My Apple ID won't process because my bank information isn't matching what to do I'm new to Apple and can't download anything?

You've checked the name and address on your iTunes account and it's in exactly the same format (including spacing and layout) as the credit card that you are trying to use is registered to ? And the card was issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are ?
    From http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
Or do you have a different card that you could try, or do you get the 'none' option on your account ? Unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.

  • Won't Process Album Artwork!

I entered the correct artists and album name, but it still won't process the artwork. The album is "Across the Universe (Music from the Motion Picture)" with the artists being "Various Artists"... It says artwork could not be found every time I try to get the artwork. Anyone know what's wrong?

+even though they are present in the iTunes store and correctly tagged in my library the same as in the store.+
That might not be a correct statement. If the itunes store has a blank space after the album name, you would not be able to see it. And from my past experience, that is enough for itunes not to fetch the artwork.
Also their underlying database can be wrong, even if it displays OK. A few years back, they had Led Zeppelin that would not fetch artwork until someone figured out to misspell it to Lead Zeppelin (they have since fixed that particular problem).
You can fiddle around seeing what they have done wrong, email them to report a problem, or just find artwork on the web and paste it in. The last option is certainly the quickest!

  • Stuck on "Your payment is being processed."

I'm trying to purchase Adobe Photoshop CC paying on a month by month basis, I'm a student and have filled out all the forms correctly and have provided my Visa debit card information and it is stuck on "Your payment is being processed." - I started this nearly 20 minutes ago and it still says the same message :
    Your payment is being processed.
This may take a few minutes. Please do not click back or reload this page to avoid duplicating your purchase.
I closed the page because it was taking too long.
I want to purchase Photoshop CC but how can I ?

Have you tried changing the browser, there can be internet issues too.
I hope by now the payment has gone through, if you have still not purchased CC, please contact Adobe support for purchase http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6

  • Stuck on the 'payment is being processed' page for the creative Cloud

I have a similar situation here in Finland as CatherineWJ: I've been stuck on the same 'payment is being processed' page with the rotating logo for. I have been waiting for 3 hours. What can I do?

    Hi Puksu
I thought I'd let you know that I eventually managed to speak to someone via the LiveChat service which I found here: http://www.adobe.com/support/download-install/supportinfo/ (be prepared for a bit of a wait before they actually get to you though). They were able to look into my account using the info I entered, and informed me that my payment had now processed and I should close the payment processing window. I did that and I have now downloaded the Creative Cloud and haven't had any issues yet.
Obviously I wouldn't advise closing the window without speaking to someone from Adobe first...!
    Good luck x

  • Stuck on the 'payment is being processed' page for Creative Cloud

I've been stuck on the same 'payment is being processed' page with the rotating logo for about 45 minutes while trying to start my Creative Cloud membership. I'm in the UK and being Sunday afternoon the customer support helpline is closed until tomorrow morning. I'm also waiting to speak to a LiveChat operator but the wait is ridiculous - 11 messages so far telling me how many people are in front of me. Anyway - is there some way to find out what has gone wrong, and how I can get out of the page or refresh this pruchase without duplicating my order?
    Thank you.

Im also in UK. Same thing happened to me. I have a tight deadline, but it seems I just simply cannot buy the subscription.

  • "Your payment is being processed"?

I cannot get beyond the "Your payment is being processed" on a student cloud order which sits for 50 minutes. I have no way of getting in touch with Adobe because I've not yet managed to upgrade; is the site just down?

I'm experiencing a similar problem. 157 others have viewed this question. Any answers?
How long do I have to wait? (Internet connection is good)
Did anyone wait for a similar amount of time and have success?

  • Adobe won't process my monthly CC payment, even though the $1 test works

Credit card data seems OK (after being fixed after being corrupted) but the Nov payment hasn't been processed - and I don't want my subscription to end.
The Adobe $1 Credit card check appears in my Card account, so that seems to be working, after I fixed the Card information.
What else do I need to do? I'm getting warnings that my subscriptiojn is about to end.
    Many thanks, Chris

OK, here's the final update on the situation:
Other than hearing „sorry for the situtation” the chat with the Adobe representative solved nothing for me.
Adobe kicked me out from Creative Cloud for no reason, while my credit card was ready to pay the monthly fee.
To be able to continue my work, I was forced to sign up for a new annual commitment, before I was able to finish my previous subscription arrangement with Adobe.
And Adobe is still blocking minimal sums on my credit card for all of my desperate credit card updates that solved nothing, but were my exact obligations as a Creative Cloud subscriber!
In situations like this saying „sorry” is not enough.
Once again - shame on you Adobe. I was so enthusiastic when Creative Cloud was introduced, now all the worst scenarios you could imagine are actually happening.

  • Payments not being processed by my bank

Hello, Recently I got a new chequing account at CIBC, and linked it to my PayPal. However, when I make a payment it shows up on PayPal but does not process through my bank account. Therefore, I have a negative account balance now. Regarding how I verified my bank account I used my debit card linked to it to verify it. I feel this is what may be causing the issue and I probably should of verified it with the two deposits instead. Furthermore, I cannot remove my bank account or cards due to my negative balance, but I have made a request to withdraw funds from my bank account to restore my negative balance to 0 which I feel won't work out in the end. Lastly, I contacted PayPal regarding this but they just have an automated system and no customer repsentatives to help me, so I'm really stumped now. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.. thanks.

When you add a bank account you get sent the 4 digit code to verify it, if you did not do that then you can't use your bank account. Adding a card does not verify your bank account so go and get the code from your statement and finish the process. As for your neg balance then >>> Ways to clear a negative balance.
    1. Transfer funds from your bank account via "add funds" if you choose the faster method it should be done quickly.
    2. Get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).
    3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

  • Need SAP not to clear off the payment in LockBox processing

    HI,
In the case of the lockbox processing, we want that the system doews not clear off the invoice in case there is payment difference.
We want to take dicision on those payments manually.
    Regards,
    MCA

    Hi,
You need to define the tolerances in OBA3 and OBXL.
Then the system will not clear off the invoices, instead it will post the ament on account, which you need to then post process.

  • Different schedule in terms of payment during sales process

    Dear experts,
One of our international customer is having one requirement for having "Various schedule in different terms of payment". Meaning, they want to collect the advance (Down payment) from customers in various schedules during sales process itself. If customer doesn't pay the advance amount then, system should not allow the further sales process like delivery creation, picking and packing.
Example, client wants to receive the advance amount from customer in following schedules
    1. During sales order creation - 30%
    2. During production order process - 25%
    3. then, during delivery creation stage - 25%
    4. And as regular after creation of invoice remaining amount 20% client wants to collect from customer.
Is it possible to set this setting with block of sales process. I need experts opinion.
    Thanks for your cooperation.
    Warm Regards,
    VEL

    OR ELSE
You can achieve it through payment terms
