Premium subscription to call bangladesh

I was using unlimited premium subscription to call Bangladesh for last 3 months.I paid it through paypal for security reasons.When I purchased my last premium subscription at 12th of this month, i found that I been considered as a new subscriber.I purchase just after 5 minutes of subscription expires that is 12.05 am on next day.Now, skype offers me refund but denied to consider as an old subscriber.I dont know that they are going to cancell the subscription, its really frustrating. I am really upset with their customer service...

1. Please note that Bangladesh is no longer a detination on the Premium list of countries. To call Bangladesh you need either a specific Bangladesh Subscription of Skype Credit.
2. Electronic systems work in fractious of a second so 5 minutes is an electronic lifetime.

Did you pick a specific country for your unlimited calling to landlines? If so, which country? And what number are you trying to reach (omit the last 4 digits - we don't need to see the full number).
The problems may be related to the number you are trying to reach. If the number is a mobile number, it would not be covered by Skype Premium. You'd have to either have Skype Credit on your account, or purchase an additional subscription to cover calls to mobile phones in a particular country (if a subscription is available for that country). The other issue may be that many countries have special classes of numbers that are not considered "landlines" in the context of any Skype subscription. These numbers are usually referred to as "special service" or "shared cost" numbers. They may be landline phones, but with different rate structures. Examples of these include 0845 and 0870 numbers in the UK and 13 and 1300 numbers in Australia. These special numbers are only reachable using Skype Credit. You can usually see what some of these numbers are when you look at the "pay as you go" link at the bottom of this page, and select specific countries.

My premium subscription can't be renewed and about...

Hi All,
I have tried to reach out to the support but could not find any way out.
My problem is my current premium subscription is about to expire. I have tried to renew it but in the payment option it only allows me to buy Skype Credit ($16 or $40). There is no way to pay in other way e.g. paypal which i did first time. In the destination country list it is showing Bangladesh.
Now if I do a fresh/new premium account subscription not to renew the current one it is not mentioning Bangladesh as a destination country. So I am afraid I wouldn't be able to make call there.
My request is to get advised from some one what should I do now. I don't want to loose that unlimited premium subscription which allowed be to call bangladesh before.

Unable to Cancel Premium Subscription (Group video...

I'm Unable to Cancel my Skype Premium Subscription (Group video calling), I was automatically billed via PayPal second time and want to stop it to do it next month. Unfortunately the link Change Skype Premium settings goes to a blank page! I tried it several times for the last some days. How to unsubscribe?

I just noticed that I am being charged by the minute for my calls to the US even though I have a premium subscription. Anyone else seen this? Any suggestions?

Changes to your Premium subscription

I received and email from skype advising me that group calling was now free and becuase I'm already a premium subscriber they are giving me calling to countries around the world at no extra cost.
So I thought I would give it a try and tried calling a relative in Slovenia and I got prompted to purchase credits or a subscription.
Can someone from skype respond to this? I was trying to find a direct way to communicate but this message board is all I found.

I Called Skype Live Help, and have spent 45 minutes to get the following information (I changed my real name to "My Name" and xxxx in the following). The logic is circular, and I am still unsure if we are waiting for another email with a voucher, or whether each one of us has to contact live chat to activate the Unlimited World Calling. Not sure about the comment about suspended account at the end. You decide. (Did a Microsoft Rep really tell me that if the voucher doesn't work to try several times?)

I just bought a number and premium subscription, but cant call anyone. it just pops up that I have no subscription, yet when I go to order history it shows I done bought and paid for them and have an account. I am starting to get vary upset over this.

Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription does not require a serial for Activation. Please use your Adobe Id under which you have purchased the subscription to activate the product.

The subscription shows as active on my account, and I have not exceeded the fair-use policy.

Premium Subscription, 12-month plan, why is it pro...

I have just purchased a 12-month Premium Subscription, including free calls to Canada and the US. Why is it prompting me to purchase credits. I have been trying to make calls to mobiles... but it won't allow me to.
(And yes, I AM logged in under the name I purchased the subscription plan on.)

It seems Skype Customer Service has already resolved this issue for you.

I recently bought a premium subscription and I can see that it is listed when I am on my laptop. However, when I try to place a call to the US through Skype on my iphone, I receive a notice saying that I don't have enought skype credit to place a call. I thought the whole point was that I wouldn't need to buy skype credit if I had a subscription. Please help!

Skype phone adapters, such as the FreeTalk Connect Me, will support the audio, calling services that are assigned to that Skype name. Minus call transfer, and there is no call waiting as well.
