Problem updating payment details CC for teams

Hi,
I have been trying for the last few weeks to update my payment details for my CC for teams subscription. Every time that I click the "Billing Information Edit" button I get the error message:
We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
I have tried contacting customer support by phone to resolve this but gave up after 45 minutes on hold.
Can somebody please look into this?

  • Creative Cloud won't recognise my updated payment details after 24 hours. DESPERATELY NEED HELP

    I try to open Premiere although it closes and opens the application manager instead, insisting me to update payment details to reactivate my expired plan. SO i did this , and have now done it four times. Every time it charges $1 to my credit card, although after 24 hours from each time it still does not work. Can anyone help me?

    You can try with below steps
    If you still face same issue , you need to contact Adobe Support and confirm whether the subscription is active or not .
    1) Right click on the Finder icon on dock and select "Go-To Folder" option.
    2) You will get a text box, type-in below mentioned command and then hit 'Return' key.
    /etc
    3) It will open the etc folder, please look for file named "hosts" and copy the same to Desktop screen.it
    4)Double click on Hosts file , it will open it with TextEdit, If present Delete Adobe entries present inside Hosts file like 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com.......etc
    5)Copy and paste the Hosts file back to "Etc" folder.
    When asked to Authenticate , enter your Mac Password.
    Make sure to select "Replace" option when prompted.
    Then launch Premiere pro cc and check.
    Note: If the hosts file does not have Adobe entries , you can try below steps:
    1) Right click on Finder icon and  select "Go-To" Folder option.
      2) You will get a text box, type-in below command and then hit 'Return' key.( Do not miss ~ symbol)
    ~/library
    3)Then navigate to Application Support>Adobe>OOBE. Open OOBE folder and delete opm.db file.
    Once you had deleted opm.db file , launch Creative Cloud desktop application and sign in with valid email ID.
    Then launch Premiere pro cc and check.

  • Can not update payment details

    I've been a CC subscriber since it began and last month funds were not in my account for the monthly subscription. Since then I have had an email to ask me to update my payment details. I know I probably shouldn't of done but I've waited until the last minute to do this. I have two days to make a payment so decided to update my details. I went to My Account - Plan Information - Update Payment info. I was asked for my password which I entered then proceeded to enter my payment details which are the same as previously. Then when you press save, nothing. Nothing happens. A message is at the top of page saying -
    We are still processing your payment.  Please check back in a few minutes or contact Customer Support.
    After I waited for an age, I checked back and the payment information hasn't changed. It has my card number checked out except the last 4 digits. My name isn't there and it says Amsterdam as my city which it isn't. I must of filled in the information 10 or more times and it doesn't change.
    I've tried Customer Services- chat and spoke to someone who said I will receive a call back. Still no call back after 3 hours when  I was told 10-15 mins.
    Any ideas what's going on? Is there any customer support I can contact directly?

  • Asking me to update payment details and also can't cancel?

    For the past month I have had a message pop up when I open Photoshop saying that I need to update my payment details - first of all I don't understand why because nothing has changed with my details and I have had enough money for you to bill the £8.99 a month I am being charged. I am now down to a three day warning so I figured that something wasn't quite right and decided I wanted out of this dodgy scheme because it doesn't quite add up - and yet I can't even cancel it without being sent in a (very frustrating) circle!!
    I want this membership cancelled now as nothing is working and this is not acceptable for a service that people pay for!!
    Anyone want to help here?

  • HT1918 Unable to purchase on ios device after updating payment details on computer

    I have done two things to my apple ID account on my mac:
    1. Updated the email address
    2. Changed payment details.
    After the above mentioned operations, I log out of my apple ID account on my ipod touch and re-logged in. But when I tried to purchase an app from app store, my ipod touch leads me to a page to update(verify) my new payment details. I have filled in all blanks, including changing the "****" information to real and correct numbers. But when I click "Done" on the upper right corner, it does not proceed to finish the purchase but remains this page requesting for verification of payment details. I have tried a few time. All failed in this way.
    Any help?

    But... if the Device has been Modified... this will Not necessarily work.

    I can't change my payment details, the Security Code is red and the error message states Security Code is missing.  I've tried 2 different cards but same problem.  Any suggestions ?

    There could also be a problem with the card issuer.  Verify that the code they have on file matches the one you are trying to use.

    My VISA Debit card payment used to be successful 3-4 months back. It's been failing ever since. I have upgraded my card and want to update my payment details. However, the one year membership on my account reads 'expired' even though it has been only 6 months since I purchased.

  • Validate payment details online for Apple TV

    I am trying to log into my account on Apple TV and repeatedly get an error message that says that I need to validate my payment details online. I use the Apple TV in another location with no troubles whatsoever.
    If I log into the iTunes store on my computer my details are all correct. If, however, I log into the Apple Online Store and go to my account, I have no payment details listed. I've tried to put my card details in but the country for the billing address in the Payment Information is stuck on 'United States' (it needs to be changed to the UK).
    I'd appreciate any help as I've looked online but can't find anything.

    When trying to correct payment details and your country on your iTunes Store account, the following Knowledge Base article offers some practical steps to make those changes:
    Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account - Apple Support
    Change your country on Mac or PC
    Click to open your account in iTunes (you might need to sign in with your Apple ID).
    Or, you can follow these steps to view your account:
    Open iTunes. Then click iTunes Store.
    Click Sign In. Enter your Apple ID.
    Once you've signed in, click your Apple ID. Then select Account.
    Click Change Country or Region.
    Select your country from the Select a country or region menu. Click Change.
    Click Continue on the Welcome to the iTunes Store page.
    Review the Terms and Conditions and Apple Privacy Policy.
    Select “I have read and agree to these terms and conditions” if you agree.
    Click Agree.
    Enter your payment method.
    Enter your billing address. Then click Continue.

  • Problem updating new firmware available for Z2 Tablet Wifi

    So finally my Xperia Z2 Tablet Wifi, notify me there is update for 17.1.1.A.0.402. But the catch is need to be connect to the computer to do the updates. I re-download PC Companion many times (http://www.sonymobile.com/ca-en/tools/pc-companion/) as mention every thread. And yet it still saying PC Companion must be updated. and it does not provide way to update it.
    My PC companion is version 2.1 as far I can tell. Is the website still running on software???

    I was fighting this issue with the addition of the Tablet not being recognised and looping between PC Companion telling me that it did not see the tablet, and then that it needed to update PC Companion... despite me updating it twice now. I called Sony Support who sent me directions to getting it updated. Unfortunately, it wiped my tablet to default. Lost everything in it, but it was not a surprise and it tells you that at every juncture. I pasted the directions in this message.   • Unable to update payment details. Having "PMT_000008" error.

    I got mail about they could not charge from my credit card today. I'll add/update credit card but I am unable to edit the payment info  for hours. I've tried with different browsers, different devices (mac,windows,linux also..) but i have received same message every time.

  • Updated payment details due to a new debit card

    I've recently changed debit cards and was told by my bank that all Direct debits wold be transferred over to this new card. However a payment was never taken from my new card and could not be taken from my old card and now I can't use any of my adobe software. Please can someone help I've been trying to contact customer care for the past few weeks but never get a reply and I'm now loosing work due to this.
    Please assist.

    Have you tried logging in to your account and on the subscriptions list, changing the form of payment information associated with your subscription?  I recently changed my bank accounts - to ease the transition, for the first month the bank would manually clear debits from the closed original account and cover them with withdrawals from the new account but it was up to me to update all the vendors with the new account information so that future debits would come directly from the new account, the bank doesn't do that part.

  • Problem Updating  partner details when the confirmation is created.

    I want to update the partner details when the confirmation is created
    In SRM (non -sus ), Confirmation is created using the function module : bbp_pd_conf_create .
    While creating confirmation, only item wise confirmation details are updated.
    But the partner details of that confirmation is not updated.
    bbp_pd_po_Getdetail is used to get the purchaser order details .
    the same partner details are used in the confirmation create function module .
    the following are the fm  used for the above purpose ,
    BBP_pd_conf_create
    bbp_pd_conf_update
    bbp_pd_conf_save
    What are the details i should change in partner details to get updated. like guid information..

    In BBP_PD messages
    i can see the header , item  and Stats details .
    What ever value i retreive from PO getdetail fm , i pass it to the partner details while creating confirmation. only item details get updated but not partner details ,
    I think its missing with  the p_guid details. i dont know how to pass value consistently the p_guid value in hte partner when the item details are confirmed.

    When we copy a material to a new one and we would like to update the basic data text we can do this directly except for some reason for Japanese.
    For japanese we first must press the Editor Icon, we than get the editor were we can change the text and from that moment on everyting is ok.
    But we would like to update the text like we do for the other languages without first pressing the editor icon.
    We are running 4.7 and the sapgui is 7.1 patch 18.

    I own an iPod touch 32GB, 3rd generation. I have version 4.3.5 at the moment. When I plug my iPod into my computer and try to update it to 5.0.1 (iOS 5) a message comes up that says "Updating to iOS 5.0.1 will delete all of the media, including iTunes store purchases, on your iPod Touch. To preserve your content, apply this update on the computer where you sync music, videos and photos."  I have never used another computer for my iPod. When iOS 5 first came out I was able to update my iPone 4 perfectly with out any problems. Is anyone else having/had this problem or getting/got this message?

    If you had been using this computer for syncing, the music should still be present in iTunes:
    Connect your iPod to the computer either via cable or wireless and check the iTunes settings.  Finally, do a sync.
