PROBLEM WITH MS 7522 VER 3.1 MOTHER BOARD

hey guys,
need some help here. my setup is a MS-7522 ver 3.1 mother board.
6GB RAM
MSI GEFORCE N470 GTX
WINDOWS 7 PRO 64BIT
since i bought it from last year, its not stable and having an occasionally blue screen specially
when using it with heavy processing softwares such as 3dsmax and adobe cs4.
what i did the past 2 days ago is i reformatted and reinstall a fresh windows 7 pro OEM OS.
still, having some occassionally blue screen about memory management. i installed a whocrashed software
and diagnosed it resulting a driver problem and kernel stuffs.
another thing, when i update the win 7. it wont install almost around 70 important updates.
i also diagnose the RAM using the windows memory dump diagnostic but so far it succeeded the test.
i also tried to update the BIOS using a USB boot. im still having the same problem...
what can cause such problem? is it the motherboard, the ram, or the graphics card? driver issues maybe?
hoping i can find answers here and suggest what can i do to fix this.
thanks.

Run memtest instead of windows memory dump to check the RAM.
What types of heavy processing are you referring to?
I ran CS3 and CS5 on my systems including laptops which runs on Win 7 64bit as well. All of them have no problems rendering images which are in PSB Large Format for Adobe which can be about 6GB per image. Usually, such rendering takes hours to complete and loads the system's memory the most.
If after testing the RAMs with memtest individually for at least 12 hours each and all return with no error, the only driver problem I will suspect is with graphics card, try downloading the latest driver from MSI website for the GPU and see if it solves the problem.

  • Is there a problem with the latest ver 31.2.0 on install?

A pop up asked to be installed as has happened before. Except it seemed to stop and indicated something about a a primary ver waiting. I am trying to update using the update button, but all it does is a fast, very fast download and then starts applying the update, forever, lots of disc activity with no final results.
If I do a manual install will I lose anything?
    Thanks....

I just tested my camera out (also a C920) with this site: http://www.testmycam.com/ and the video worked fine.  I used Win7x64 and IE9 with Flash Player 11.6.602.180
Picture loaded up fine.  I tested the microphone out using this page: http://www.midomi.com/index.php?action=main.mic_check
Again, no problems recording.  Could you try updating your version of Flash Player and give these pages a try?
    Thanks,

  • Offline Activation problems with Photoshop CS6 - ver 13_LS16

I have a computer that cannot be connected to the internet.
Adobe advises in its support pages under Offline Activation a number of steps to activate the software.
    Step 1 is
    1. Follow the installation or product launch screens until you see a link that says "I cannot connect to the internet" or "Having trouble connecting to the internet". Click the link and follow the instructions on the subsequent screen to initiate offline activation. Instructions there will tell you how to generate a Request Code.
However, version 13_LS16 of Photoshop which I just downloaded does NOT offer such a link during either installation or launching - just a continuous loop of "Retry" a connection.
Two calls to the Support Center met with incorrect information. Neither person knew that CS6 can be activated offline. In the past I have used tjhe Call Center successfully to exchane REQUEST Codes and RESPONSE CODES to install earlier versions of Photoshop. Clearly, the Call Center staff need training.
How do I get to a screen on this offline computer which allows me to generate the REQUEST CODE which is used for Offline Activation???

Phil I don't see the Photoshop CS6 registered under your account.  I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care and verifying the serial number is valid and it is not an upgrade version.
If you continue to face difficulties you are welcome to private message me the serial number but it would be more expedient to contact our support team directly.
I would recommend having the serial number reviewed to ensure their will be no activation difficulties.  Please also be aware that the offline activation process does still require a computer with Internet access.  This can be a smartphone, tablet, a simple web browser capable of secure http connections.  The offline activation process is as follows:
    Launch the product.
At the Serial Number Validation screen, click Having Trouble Connecting To The Internet.
Click Offline Activation and click Generate a Response Code.
    Write down the Request Code.
Switch to an online computer and navigate to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated.
    Click Offline Activation.
Sign in with your Adobe ID.
Enter your Request code and click Generate.
    Write down the Response code.
Switch back to the offline computer.
Enter the Response Code and click Activate.

  • Zzxc: I am having problems with Firefox and a Google gadget score board on my Google home page. Every time I go to my Google homepage, a file called "scores.htm" downloads into my Firefox download. I can have at least 50 of those files downloaded over t

You have chosen to open “scores.htm”
What should Firefox do with this file?
-Open with: Firefox (default), or other
    -Save file?
Do this automatically for the files like this one.
I chose cancel and when I rebooted the Google page the same window came up.
I don’t want to open with or it will open with something every time I come back to Google.
The best option until this is resolved is to “Save File” and that continues to down load into the “Download Firefox” folder.

When I go to my Google page with the sport scores gadget on, Firefox download, in the downloads window a file "scores.htm" everytime. Consequently I have 10's if not 100's over time of scores(1), (2)(3).htm respectively. How do I stop it?

  • Problems with G5-Need Help Narrowing Down Issue

I have I PowerMac G5 dual 2.0 GHz from the June 2004 bracket and am having issues getting it to turn on. When I press the power button I will get one of three results. One: the light will come on when pressed, the fans will rev and I can hear the hear drive start to work, but the power light will go back out after a second or two while the fans still spin. Second: the power button is depressed and no light comes on but the fans, hard drive start up, etc. Third but least common is that the power button is depressed and it will come on as normal, boot up just fine and I'm able to use the computer-going as far as running apps and games with no problem. I've taken the steps mentioned in other threads such as resetting the PSU, swapping batteries, reseating video card/RAM but the results with start up are varied so much as to I can't tell what (if anything) is helping. I don't know if it's power supply issue (because the fans and other things seem to work fine) or a motherboard issue (but that wouldn't explain why it works fine when it wants to). I'm stuck. Any help is greatl appreciated.

    Hi fiveinchwrench-
Usually this problem is either a power supply or mother board. It sounds more like a power supply to me but there is no way to tell from here.
It may be worth taking it to an Authorized Apple Repair Center for a diagnosis. Both a power supply and a mother board will probably be in short supply, but the power supply will by far be the cheaper component.
    Luck-

  • I am having problems with my macbook pro

some documents on my macbook pro are frozen how so i get rid of them it still works but it wont let me log out or x out of the documents

I wanted to post an update on this problem for everyone's benefit.  The screen went black due to a combination of a failed video card/mother board.  As it turns out, the defective video card was a known problem, and Apple replaced the video card/mother board at no expense to me.  They replaced this hardware in my late 2007 MacBook Pro.  Please check with Apple; you might be eligible for this extended warranty.  After the video card/mother board was replaced, the problem with the dock persisted.  Turns out that I had a corrupted Dock file.  Once the Dock file was deleted and replaced, all was well.  Who said lightning never strikes twice in the same place...  Please check to see if you are eligible for the hardware replacement - these parts cost about $1200.00.

  • Problem with CCC (Carbon Copy Cloner).... Am I screwed?

Hello there, I've been using the Apple Discussion Boards since I bought my Quicksilver G4 to do any and all upgrades. I have not had a single problem with any advice careully taken from these boards until now.
    And it's a doosey.
I just made the queen mother of all computer no-no's. Following the footsteps of others on these boards, I downloaded CCC to make a copy of my os onto a new (Internal) drive. I had been getting "Your start-up disk is almost full" messages and decided to replace my drive. Well, the computer froze during the copy and now my boot disk is shown as "not mounted" (In disk utility) and renamed "disk0s9". And yep, you guessed it, I didn't back up my files.
The disk I was copying from was a partition, would that have anything to do with the failure? The disk was the 40GB factory drive split into 4 parts... don't ask why, It seemed like a good idea at the time. To put the icing on the cake, much of the data on the other partitions has vanished as well.
I'm (mostly) prepared to suck this up a loss and hard-learned lesson. Is there any hope of retrieving the data?
What can you guys tell me?
    '02 Quicksilver G4   Mac OS X (10.3.9)

As I mentioned, it is a partition of the old drive that has been "damaged", not the entire drive itself. And I had installed OSX onto one of the undamaged partitions (that's what I'm using now), but what I need is to get my user settings and data. So, Yes the old drive does work, but the partition that had my OS on it is "Not Mounted". Is there something I can do to make it readable without formatting/erasing it?
In disk utility the partition is named "disk0s9" in shadowed type. When you click on it, at the bottom the only specs are 1) the Mount Point which reads "Not mounted" and 2) Capacity, which reads "9.6GB" [and the bytes].
I had already gone through and deleted everything I didn't need in order to make space until I could buy a new drive (actually twice). I even moved many groups of files onto different partitions.
I cannot afford to purchase any software or pay a Mac consultant to Run DiskWarrior or Data Rescue on my drive. That would be nice.
I just tried to verify the disk in Disk utility and got this message:
    Verifying volume “disk0s9”
    Checking HFS Plus volume.
    Invalid B-tree node size
The volume needs to be repaired.
    Volume check failed.
Error: The underlying task reported failure on exit (-9972)
    1 volume checked
    0 HFS volumes verified
    1 volume failed verification
    That's jibberish to me....

  • Problems with Wechat on Q10

    Dear Experts,
I encounter problems with "We Chat ver. 3.0.1.1" on Q10 with OS 10.2.1.2234. It doesn't notify via hub when there's a new message although notification button has been turned on. Message only shows in BB Hub when you open Wechat/ leave it as active frame. (I purchased Q10 on version 10.2.0.424 and didn't have any problems as explain above- message always comes through via hub although Wechat is not open")
Please advise how I can resolve this problem.
    Thank you in advance

after the first time, maybe WeChat is not completely turned off (= headless app).
What you can simply do is open the device monitor (it is in the device settings, but I have put it directly in the Quick Settings drawer).
Once the device monitor is open, in the bottom row tap on the "Memory" button. The screen changes, and you can find the WeChat app in the list. Tap and hold on it, and a menu will appear to the right, the top button in that overflow menu is "Close".
If you tap on it it will really close the app, and you can then open it again.
That being said, I can open and close WeChat and reopen it without doing all that.
WeChat is a very nice app, even though it does not always show me people around me, sometimes people 4000km away.

  • MS6712 Video and LAN problems with Windows 98SE

Can anyone help please with a problem that’s been baffling me for weeks.I
The computer in question is a TIME Powerstation with AMD 2600+ processor with 1024MB RAM, Nvidia Geforce FX5200 and Windows XP Home.
Have set this computer to Dual Boot to Windows 98SE (Using Acronis OS Selector software).
My problem is that after many attempts, have so far been unable to successfully load drivers for the Nvidia GeForce FX5200 graphics card or to get the LAN function to work in Windows 98.
For the graphics card have tried a number of the more recent Nvidia Detonator Win98 drivers, all have either produced an error message (‘While initialising device IFSMGR: Windows Protection Error’) or a blank screen. Necessitating reverting back to the Standard VGA Driver with its maximum of 16 colours! The LAN function does not work at all in Windows 98SE, though it does in Windows XP – again suspect a driver problem.
The motherboard of this computer is a MSI Microstar MS6712. Have tried the ‘VIA Chipset 4 in 1 Driver’ to no avail.  Are any more/different drivers required for Windows 98SE?
Would appreciate any advice in what originally was envisaged as a simple task:  getting Nvidia Geforce FX 5200 graphics card and the motherboard’s built in LAN to run correctly on Windows 98.

    I have your board.
    1. Windows 98 won't recognize more then 512MB of RAM.
    2. I had problems with the FX 5200 Ultra on this board. Occasionally when I booted the system, I would get a black screen right after the post when the OS was about to load. I've been hearing a few people lately stating problems with the KT4V-L mobo and the FX 5200 Ultra. I promptly returned the card and got a Radeon 9700 Pro instead. I have never been more happy since I made that decision. I will never put another Nvidia card in this mobo again. I also had issues with the Geforce4 MX card I had. I've come to the conclusion that Nvidia sucks.
    3. Make sure your BIOS is updated to 1.9, and al lyour VIA drivers are updated. That may help you too.
    That's all I can offer.

  • Problem with prod. ver. explosion to production order

    Hi
I have problem with production versions. I have FERT with 3 production versions. Additionaly we have Z-program (on Z-table) which control parameter sold to party (from sale order) with production version. So after MRP I see in planned order right production version for example 3 - field PLAF-VERID; in master data in planned order I see right alternative BOM and routing; but when I make a conversion to production order I see that system always explode 1st version; additionaly in planned order in components (button)  I see 1st pr.ver (1st alternative BOM) and in Bill of Material (it seems like to manually expolding BOM) I see right version??? But it couldn't be like this that to have right data I need to go to transaction MD12, explode BOM manully, save and after that make a prod. ord.
I would like to system explode BOM according to production version (field VERID) already in planned order; so after that it should be that when I will converted it to production order I should have right BOM and right routing from production version signed in planned order.
I know it sounds complicated Add. in configuration all parameters are set right to explode BOM etc. etc. system version: 4.7
    Thanks and regards. Joanna
Additional info: I cancel this question cause problem is in Z-program; becuase when according to Z-table system change input in field VERID for system it is only "digital" not parameter for which system should explode right BOM; sorry for disturbing, we need to change Z-programm; I do not know how but maybe any function module can help - we will think. Regards

  • Problem with dual screen (24" imac 2006 ver)

    hi
    i've got a 24" intel imac (2006 ver) and i've connected it using apple's mini-dvi => vga adapter to my 2nd 22" lcd monitor, a samsung 2232GW, which is set to 1680 x 1050.
however, the samsung lcd displays (when i'm using as dual screen) is quite blur and double imaged. quality is readable but very irritating. i'm also using the same monitor for my ps3 (uses the DVI side) and have no problem with any visual aspect. I've tried playing around with the settings like resolution and calibration and tuning but didn't help at all.
anyone might have any ideas and enlighten me on this issue?
    thanks

Did you get any resolution to your question? I have the Samsung monitor almost like yours, and I posted two seconds ago. I think I have a similar problem. I had been using my Samsung with my PC, and just switched to Mac. I loved my Samsung, but now ,for the first time using as a second. Hooked up to mini dvi to dvi, and reported a glow, or tinge coming around any window that I may place on the Samsung. Also, when Ilook at the background around the window I can see that the resolution is not perfect and is breaking up a little. Did you try VGA? and did it help? Curious to know

  • Apparently there's a problem with ver. 32.0 & XP, so perhaps I shouldn't be updating. The update has been downloaded; can I stop it now before restarting?

I'm now getting the message "The update will be loaded the next time Firefox starts". Is there any way to STOP the updating at this point, if there are going to be problems with ver. 32.0 under XP (which I am obviously still using)?

I am using Firefox 32.0 on Windows XP and have experienced no issues.
You cannot stop the update now that it have been installed. However, you can downgrade Firefox back to 31.0 once it restarts by downloading 31.0 from [https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/ here].
