Process of replacement in case of vehicle returns

scenario:
the vehicle came returned;so now client wants to replace this to other;
how can v do it?
plz help regarding the above.

sameer...create a seperate process for these kind of replacements..where you are not giving the customer return but actually swapping one material with another...create a new movement type through OMJJ...where accounting entries should be suppressed...with this..while taking the return customer credit limit should not updated..and then you can sell/swap the old material with new with reference to the old.
I hope you got the flavour of the idea.

are different register and for different purpose.
EX< if you are returning row material to vendor then Rg23A will update as row material you know it very well.
now how you can use Rg23C balance fro row material ?
for Rg23C for asset and consumable 50% excise value put in Hold
yes if don't have any balance in Rg23A then you have to use PLA
still i have dought on that.
I know in utilization we can use PLA but for sale ( return nothing but indirect sale) can we used check with your legal person ?

EXCISE DUTY IN CASE OF SALES RETURNS

Hi,
When we create a RE document with reference to a billing document which is excise based, then all excise values also gets copied to the RE document and when we create the credit memo for this RE then excise values also gets posted to cenvat suspence account.
Now for returns how do we reverse excise or credit taken ?
Pls explain the process ?

In J1IH ... U had written Credit Entries and Debit Entries... i would request to know that debit entires means debit entries done or to be done ...
Like when we do sales:
Billing:
DR - Customer
CR - Cenvat Suspence Accc
Excise Invoice
Dr - Cenvat SSE
Dr - Payables
now when we do goods returns:
we need to get credit back to out input accounts .... so we would use which transaction in this case ?
In Returns
Cr - Customer
Dr - Cenvat Suspence Accnt
Now how give Cr to Cenvat SSE and Dr. input accounts ?

Charateristic variable with Processing type "replacement path"

Hi all
I am using BI 7.0;
I have a characteristic ZPL_CNT in one dimensions of a Cube;
now i want to use the value of the ZPL_CNT as column in Query.
So i created a formula and a formula variable with replacement path of processing type:
setting:
i created a new formula "Calculated MBZ"
the formula variables is "ZMBZ" and inserted the variables into "Calculated MBZ"
Reference characteristic: ZPL_CNT
Processing type : Replacement path
Replace variable with: Attribute value
Attribute: characteristic Reference (constant 1)
But i find the value in Query incorrect
Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Can you not drag and drop this characteristic directly in the columns...have I misunderstood something?
I think when you use replacement path in the formula variable , the fromula variable tries to find the reference characteristic value at each record level in the report and then replaces it with attribute value as defined and may be in your case as the characteristice is not defined in the row , it has problems to identify which value of the characteristic it has to replace.

Process for Replacement for rejected parts by vendor

Dear All,
We are facing a problem in mapping the process of Replacement for rejected parts by vendor.
Scenario:
In case of import vendors, material is received in stock and payment is made to vendor thru Invoice.
Now in case of defected parts vendor sends the replacement and the defected part is scrapped.
Is there a process to receive the replacement part with proper accountability ?

Excise duty reverse entry effect in case of vendor return

All SAP gurus,
At the time of vendor return of excisable material (with movement type 122).
When reversing is done Excise duty shows reverse in Part2 but also shows in J2IUN Report of Monthly excies duty Debit.
It require to debit be excise duty only one time (RG22-PART 2 OR J2IUN).
Is it possible?
Please guide regarding standard procedure / entry in utilization in case of vendor return.

CIN - Excise created in case of sales return

Hi all,
After reading lot of post about argument in object, I have undertand that, in case of sales return, to create excise invoice I have to do:
T.Code J1IH and do the following:-
Customer Credit
Choose the 'Additional Excise' input the original excise invoice reference, document year, company code, plant and excise group and execute. There input manually what value you need to give credit and save.
Cenvat Debit
Choose 'Other Adjustments' and here also, maintain the datas whatever you input as above and save.
Is correct, If I have a return referred to an invoice with BED, CESS and S&HCess, to use "Additional Excise" (RG23A) to insert BED and S&HCess and "Other Adjustments" (PLA) for CESS? this means 2 excise documents to rectify excise amounts in case of return.

"Additional Excise" subscreen is for differential excise posting, ie, in case you made any mistakake in ED Calculation or excise invoice. In order to correct that, we use that.

I bought it used and it came with those infamous stress cracks on the top and I'd really like to put this back into pristine condition. Does Apple still carry these cases as a replacement part? How about the mouse/keyboard/speakers? Anyone know of one of these NIB collecting dust on a shelf somewhere? Maybe, just maybe...

Condition value coming while taking vehicle return

When we are taking vehicle return one condition ZBLK is coming which was not in original billing document when the vehicle was sold. Kindly suggest what is wrong.

Please check you pricing procedure, this could be condition type which has been configured and enhanced to charge the return charges for the vehicle.
also if possible please put some more details, does this condition have any value ?, is it mandatory to put in the value, is it a statistical condition ?
if you scroll on the condition tab you will find the statistical check mark.

Question on compatibility for replacing top case

Hi, I'm replacing the top case on my mid-2007 MBP because the trackpad and keyboard have stopped working. I would just replace the cable, but the case has also suffered some serious cosmetic damage which now prevents the laptop from shutting properly, and just looks ugly. I don't have the cash to buy a new laptop anytime soon, and there's no way I'll make much selling an old laptop as damaged as this, so replace the cases it is!
Right so, I found some really good deals on used top cases on Powerbookmedic.com, with a year long warranty and everything. I can buy the one for the Santa Rosa (my model) for $99.95. However! They also have top cases for the previous Core 2 Duo model for $49.95.
Now I can't personally see any difference between the design of these two models, and no amount of research I've attempted has given me any answers either. So would I be able to purchase the top case off the older model and save myself 50 bucks? Or are these two models incompatible with each other in some way or another?
I asked this at Mac Rumors earlier, but I didn't really get any definite answers. Mostly people saying to play it safe and get the recommended model, but I'd just like to be certain.

Edit: PS - Buying a new laptop is not an option for me. I'm pretty broke so my price limit is about $300. I also have a fairly new and high-end iMac as my workhorse, so all I really need this for is having a portable internet machine.

Replacing bottom case & applecare

I'm looking into replacing the bottom case of my powerbook to get rid of some cosmetic scratches. If I do, the serial number in the battery bay (part of the bottom housing) will not match the serial number in Apple Profiler and for the rest of the computer. Will Apple void my applecare if they find this mismatched serial #?

Perhaps I can peel the sticker with the serial number off my original bottom case and stick it into the replacement bottom case? Anyone have any experience with this?

Does apple replace damaged cases?

Hello, I have an issue with my MacBook, which I have had since July of this year.
The issue is mainly on the keyboard/trackpad case, in which there is chipping, and discoloration.
I have AppleCare for another 3 years. Will Apple replace my case for free?

Is this chipping near the edge on the left and right sides of the trackpad?
This is an issue we see on the boards fairly often, and in most instances, the topcase is replaced.
As Templeton said, you'll have to head to a store and ask for yourself. Make sure you're polite!

Mophie Did Not Replace Broken Case!

Just wanted to let all of you Iphone users about Mohpie.
I received a Mophie Juice Pack for the Iphone 4G for xmas from my brother. It worked for about a month then stopped charging my phone.
Since I didn't have a receipt (let's not forget it was a gift), Mophie customer support did not replace the case.
I sent them the serial number, had a photo of the case and offered to send it back so they could see that the case didn't work. All they wanted was a receipt.
Funny thing is, they could do the right thing and replace my case, but instead they'll read all of my posts to the forums instead. Clearly, customer service has a lot of time on their hands since they aren't helping customers.
Seems as though this "posting to the forums" thing is the only way to get a company's attention these days. If they don't care, make them care...
