Purchase Order Calculation Schema....

Hi All,
We want to make a service PO. In which service net value will be e.g. 100 Rs.
I want a condition to be defined in calculation procedure which should calculate 33% of net value,
and my service tax will be calculated on this amount e.g.33 Rs. Also a VAT condition should be applicable on net value.
How should i configure or define in calculation procedure for Purchase order ?
Please explain in details....

why dont you create a tax code where the tax rate is 33% of the actual tax rate?

  • Condition Types appearing two times in a Purchase Order

    Hi,
The condition types are same in supplementary schema (for Info Record) and Purchase Order Calculation Schema. When I put some value against a condition type under conditions in Info Record then that condition type appears 2 times in the purchase order. It seems the condition type appears 1st time (with value from Info Record) because it is picked from Info Record and 2nd time (with no value) from the Purchase Order Calculation Schema.
The requirement is condition type should appear only single time in PO (by default) with or without value in spite of having info record. In case some value is maintained in Info Record then the condition type should appear with value but in a single line in PO which can be edited if required. There should not be second line of same condition type by default in PO.
Can anyone provide some idea to resolve this?
    Thanks in advance

There is only 1 condition line (apart from PB00), which comes 2 times in PO by default, in MEK2 and also one condition line (one line was deleted and then saved) in last PO (from the Info Record). But the condition type still comes 2 times while creating a new PO.
Please provide some more answer to resolve this issue.
    Thanks in advance

  • MM Purchase Order IDOC NEU output type configuration

    Hi All,
after creation of Purchase Order in ME21N in ECC 6.0 server, i want an IDOC for Purchase order to be created...........
i saw there is a standard output type NEU and it has EDI and Distribution Model as medium..........
when i went to ME21N and specified in message button output type of NEU, then the PO which i created had a NEU in messages but on opening  a new session and running ME21N and creating a second PO, then in this PO there is no output type for NEU....
So i want to know in SPRO where is the exact location which specifies which output type will be triggered for IDOC creation on PO creation in ECC for message control...............
    plz help guys...........

    Hi,
If it configured for EDI and Distribution Model , now check condition record in T.code:MN06{ if you are geeting for one PO, you should get for other PO also)
Also check the following confi. details for Output of Purchase Order
    1. Condition Table
SPRO > Material Management> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Condition Tables->Define Condition Table for Purchase Order
    Select:
    Purchasing Doc. Type,
    Purch. Organization,
    Vendor

    6. Condition Record
    Navigation Path: SAP Menu-> Logistics -> Material Management -> Purchasing-> Master data->Messages-> Purchase Order-> MN04-> Create ,,,use medium '6'
Now you create PO (ME21N) and save it and then release.
Also check in NACE t.code for standard SAP environment (program 'SAPFM06P', FORM routine 'ENTRY_NEU' and form 'MEDRUCK') as the processing routines and for the output type for default values, a communication strategy needs to be maintained in the Customizing that supports . You can find the definition of the communication strategy in the Customizing via the following path: (SPRO -> IMG -> SAP Web Application Server -> Basic Services -> Message Control -> Define Communication Strategy).

  • Purchase order output determination thru User exit

    Hi,
We are trying to find a way to determine the output for PO while creation (me21n) or modification (me22n).
We do not want to maintain output condition records for each fax/print/email etc..cases.
Can we do below thru a user exit or any other method ?
While creating PO, an OA partner will be chosen, so instead of maintaining the output condition records,
    - user exit can access to OA's vendor master record and read Standard Comm.Method in Address section.
    - according to comm.method, the PO message should be determined..
i.e: if comm.method is Fax, then message should be sent to OA thru Fax.
can this be done thru an exit ?
    Thanks and Regards,

  • Purchase order printout option

    Dear sir
i am pharma industry. I am doing one purchase order.
This purchase order print option only through ME9F TCODE.
I want to restrict print priview and also print option in me22n and also me23n. Is it possible.
Any setting in customozing or any other setting possible.
    pls forward reply

    Hi
As already pointed out by other collegues
there is no customizing option available which can provide you with the desired scenario here.
Maybe you can have control in the following manner
The only thing which can be done is the following: if the customizing
settings are adjusted accordingly, the system can ensure that every
message is created with a transmission time spot '3' ('send with own
transaction / application') instead of '4' ('send immediately').
As a consequence, each message has to be released via transaction ME9F
then. And if the user does NOT have the permission to CHANGE that
PO, only for DISPLAYING it, then the result comes close to what you
    expect, I guess.
The transmission time spot '3' has to be entered in the referring
purchasing settings, following the link 'materials management ->
purchasing -> messages -> output control -> message determination
schemes -> define message scheme for purchase order -> assign scheme
to purchase order'. Then it will be '3' also in the PO when displayed
and NOT be processed immediately afterwards, but only when triggered
    via ME9F.

  • Liquidated Damages calculation in Purchase Order

How to capture the Liquidated Damages calculation in Purchase Order in SAP MM module?
I have seen many posting with the answer that this is not standard process.
But this is very important process in Purchasing and Liquidated Damages is very important process, if in SAP standard system it is not available then how we can cater this required.
    Regards

Lets assume delivery date is 1 May and the vendor delays the shipment by 10
days, the GR takes place on 11 May. So the vendor has to pay liquidated
damages for 10 days. We can agree in beginning with the vendor how much
liquidated damages will be charged per day.
So now we can create two new fields in PO. One with Liquidated damages
charges/day and one with total liquidated damages. In this field, it should
look for the days difference between the GR date and delivery date in our
case 10 days * Rs.1000/day = Rs.10,000. This formula needs to be inputted in
    the total liquidated damages.
Now we can directly get it posted to IR or if we want it to hit the
material cost, we need to add new condition type to calculation schema and
apply this cost to the condition type by ammending the PO.
    Hope I am helpfull.

  • Purchase Order Open quantity calculation.

    Hi All..
I would like your help in finding out the logic behind calculating the open quantity for a given line item of a purchase order.
Iam aware that i should go to the EKBE table to see purchase order history. Can someone tell me what are all the conditions i need to consider to calculate the Open quantity.
Iam able to give a value E to field BEWTP (Purchase Order History Category) in EKBE and for all the recieved records iam adding the quantity for movement type 101 and removing the quantity for movement type 102 that finally gives my total GR qty. Then iam doing Original PO qty - GR qty to get the Open qty.
Let me know if this logic is wrong or else is there any other conditions to consider.
Appreciate your help and will reward.
    THanks.

subtract the PO quantity EKPO-MENGE with the delivery quantity field EKET-GLMNG
    Thanks

  • Automatic Calculation of Input Tax in a Purchase Order

    Hi  SAP Gurus!
Good day! Please help with my problem. During my creation of a Purchase Order, I will have to indicate what Tax Code to use. In this case, I use "Input Tax 12%". On the Item Condition TAB, the calculation of the input tax is not reflected. How can I customize this, in order for us to see the breakdown of Taxes automatically?
    Thank you.
    Mik

    Hi Mik,
If you maintain the tax codes in the system for your company code then the tax codes will be picked automatically in PO through FTXP and the same is reflected in PO.In Invoice tab you have to give tax code, then in Condition tab, the values will be calculated as per the condition values maintained for the tax code.No need to maintain any thing in pricing procedure.
If your tax procedure in TAXINN, you have to maintain the condition records for the condition types ( JMOP, JEC1, JSEP etc..), then only the values can be shown in PO in Condition tab.In TAXINN, the tax code has to be assigned to the company code.
