Purchasing student membership error

I am trying to purchase student membership for adobe creative cloud, yet after filling in details about school, then accepting terms for billing all I get is an error:
Page Not Found
Sorry, we couldn't find that page.
edit: At some point I had to switch creative cloud requested languege to english(which is prefered by me anyway), from czech as default.. which possibly was a little not standard way through application

We do not currently have educational pricing for the Czech Republic.

  • I've already purchased creative cloud student membership. Where do I send verification?

    I received an e-mail saying that I need to submit proof of student status within 7 days to verify my eligibility for creative cloud student membership, otherwise my membership will be cancelled. I purchased creative cloud at the beginning of October and have been using it since then. I believe that I showed proof of eligibility via my student e-mail address back when I purchased it. There is no information in the e-mail regarding where or how I submit this information. All it tells me is what is acceptable for verification (including student e-mail address). Basically all I need to know is where I submit this information so that I can keep my membership.

    The Student membership is an annual plan so you'll pay the same price each month for 12 months regardless of when you graduate during that year.

  • Can I purchase the Student Membership of CC with an accepted unconditional University offer?

    I am studying photography next year at uni and therefore need to have photoshop etc. With the current deal going on with the Student Membership of Creative Cloud, I was hoping that I could purchase it now. However I dont know if I currently would be considered a student, even though I will be at the start of the new academic year.
    Is there anyone that could help me with this and shed some light?!

    I'm pretty sure you need a student ID to qualify for the Student edition.

    I don't think so. You need to get  Creative Cloud in Mexico.

  • I just finished the 30 day trial and bought the monthly student membership but my programs are not updating and it still wont let me use them. How do I fix this?

    This week I purchased the single app membership. I then saw you are offering the student membership with more apps for the same price. Can I switch memberships?

    We can cancel the single app membership and then you can sign up for the student membership if you qualify for this.

    sorry it`s in German, but I`m using the German version of your site.
    It means the price is 19,99 Euro per month, but it can change anytime which means if next month the price will be suddenly 100 Euro per month I have to pay it. In the first sentence it says, the price is valid for the first 12 months. so which one is it? I mean it doesn`t make any sense to sign in, if I`m not sure how much I have to pay every month for the next year... and if the price would change, do I have a chance to quit the membership without paying that 50%?

    Welcome to the Community!
    We do not expect the price to change a great deal and yes you will have a chance to quit before the next year membership renews automatically.
    You will receive an e-mail regarding the price and renewal date, if you would not want to continue then simply cancel the membership.

    Can any body help me out to resolve the issue.
    After inserting in the PO interface tables (PO_HEADERS_INTERFACE , PO_LINES_INTERFACE, PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_INTERFACE ) when I run request ( Import Standard Purchase Orders) following error occured. And no error is inserted in PO_INTERFACE_ERRORS also.

    --> To get the log message for PDOI, please use the following id to query against FND_LOG_Messages Table: AUDSID = 8621728
    --> Concurrent request completed successfully.
    But No data found in the table "fnd_log_messages"
    And Neither data deleted from PO_Header_interface table nor inserted in PO_Headers_All and other detail tables.
    Can you please provide me the script for PO_Headers_Interface, Lines and Distribution.

  • I purchased CC membership, can't get my site to launch.

    I purchased an Adobe CC membership on the one year plan, specifying Muse as my application. When I click 'Manage' from inside of Muse, and select 'Launch Site', I am faced with this message:
    I have used the same email accounts for both the paid CC and Muse. Here is the email confirming they have received my payment.
    When I click 'go to creative cloud', I am signed into the account I've purchased although it gives me options to purchase a membership.
    How can I launch my site??

    To be able to use one of the free slots that you get with the CC subscription, for your web site hosted on business catalyst, you need to make sure that -->
    1. The site is on the webBasics/webHostings plan
    2. Site was created/published using the same email which was used to buy the subscription
    3. You are logged in to the site's admin panel using the same email which was used to buy the subscription

    I was in the middle of download and got an error. (I didn't write down that error) I restarted Itunes and then got this error. I then upgraded to the latest patch (from 7.1 to 7.1.1) and the error above is what I get. Any Help?? Thanks

    I closed and reopened Itunes again and it worked. So I'm not too sure why it's working, but it is. woo hoo

    I have checked that it is enabled, stock enabled, purchasing enabled. Are there other fields I should check as well?
