Dear all,
I'm working for the first time with QM Orders an I have some issues with it:
1)When I assign a 261 movement to my QN01 type order for a certain material, where does that stock go? Can I use it for something else or it only dissapears?
2)I go to KKF2 or KKF3 to modify/display my order, but somewhere in the transaction a dump appears:
"Transaction KKF3 is deactivated (Catch Weight Management)
Message no. /CWM/CU002"
So is it not posible to work with QM Orders in CWM? Or does it exist a new transaction for QM Orders?

You are in luck. An SAP note has been released to remove this restriction:

You would each need to use your own user account on the Mac, you can do this at system preferences > users & groups.

Did you create a new account or did you update your existing account with a new email address ? You can tap on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Stpre and sign out of it and you can then sign with the new/updated account.
If you did create a new account then your existing content will remain tied to your old account, so only that old account will be able to redownload that content and/or download updates to its apps. If you can't remember the password for it then you can try getting it reset via this page : http://iforgot.apple.com

Order change management in Sales order(MTO Scenario)

Iam trying to map OCm functionality.How is 'Initial object' created based on changes to the direct assignment of change numbers by using direct assignment.What exactly is this?I have a sales order of 10 pc. against which a prod. order is also created for 10 pc. If there is a change in qty. of sales order from 10 pc. to 15 pc.Is it possible to refelect the same in existing Prod.Order using OCM or any other functionality.

It is no way to update the production order with changes made in sales order.

Microsoft Powerpoint - when entering presentation mode on a tv via vga - you enter a mode where you can see your slides order and manage this, whereas everyone else only see's the highlighted slides in fullscreen - mine is in reverse and i cant change?

Purchase order version management

Dear All.
             I have configured the purchase order version management.
but at the time of change ppurchase order i have changed the text field for that also new version is triggered. i want to control this if only qty and price and payment terms change only version management should trigger. is it possible through standard please tell me the config steps.

Help required in OCM-Order change management

Hi All,
I have to implement the Order change managment. I did few setting which are required and than i created ECR using release key. but using OCM it tells me to first make the changes in MATERIAL BOM than using transaction COCM i can make the changes in required production order.
But my requirement is i want to change the Production BOM or Production routing directly without touching Material BOM .
As sometime it happens only 1 or 2 Order BOM s are need to be changed only not the Material bom. So i want to track the Changes made in Order using OCM.
What is the solution that i can change the Production Bom OR Production Routing directly using OCM and also how can i make the changes in Sales Order.
Pls do the needful.

Using Order Change Management (change management for production orders), it is possible to include existing procurement elements (production orders, planned orders, purchase orders) that are also affected by a change, in the change process.
The change process in OCM is based on Initiating Objects. These initiating object records refer to changes in sales orders or in master data, which, in turn, necessitate changes to production orders.
Thus, it is not possible to change the order directly using OCM.

In a standard system it is not possible to track the changes made to a production order.
However, this can acheived in following ways.
1.We can develop a custom made report to track changes made to an order.Please check this with your ABAPer.
The overview of a report will be such that one can analyse the items added,deleted,new items inserted etc.
2.We will be able to achieve this by order change management.Refer the following link.

Order document management (ODM) is a collection of individual functions that can administer documents within logistics. These documents (for example, purchase order, sales order, delivery) are also used within logistics to document individual goods movements. Within order document management, the structure of a document is split up according to components. You can thus use the components for the different documents. You can customize ODM settings under SCM Basis component of customizing screen.

SNC - Order document management (ODM)

We have a requirement to implement a new solution in the SNC for the handling of returnable packaging account statements. So we need to create 2 new structures in the SNC to hold the data that will be sent from our ERP system across to the SNC.
We would like to implement these new structures in the ODM.
Firstly is this possible?
If this is possible, how would a person go about doing it?
I have worked out you need to go into SPRO->SCM Basis->Order Document Management but from there I dont really know how to proceed.
Is there any kind of tuturial that is a step by step guide on how to create a new ODM structure. We are trying to implement variants of the tables RLACSTHD and RLACSTIT

Hi,
It is possible to extend the ODM.
1)You need to identify at which level you need to extend ODM (I mean Z-field needs to be created) like header level or item level.
2) Once you identify the lsay header level then create manually Z-field in extendable component and then regenerate the ODM.
I am not sure whether any standard documentation is available for this but just follow the above mention steps.
When you have a custom field in ODM and you need to fill up the same:
So you can check the class
/SCMB/CL_ODM
In this class you have methods :
SET1 - Sets data at one level
SET2 - Sets data at two levels
SET3 - Sets data at three levels

Order Quote Management using Worklist application

Hi,
I am trying to assess the best option to implement a Order Quote Management Use Case.
Use Case:
1. User creates a list of items and create an order
2. User selects 3 (or more) Suppliers and submit the order for a quotation
3. In parallel the Suppliers receive a notification (by email) and access to the Supplier portal.
4. Each single Supplier can see the order and add the prices / mark items can not deliver.
5. Each Supplier re-submits the order to the original user.
6. User can check all the Suppliers' quotes and select the best one.
I was thinking to use the Worklist applications and Human Task BPEL to perform it.
This is what I was thinking:
a. Extend the Worklist application with a customize a webpage where the user can create a items list for quotation.
b. When the user submit the order for quotation the page will call a ASYNC BPEL (called OrderQuotation).
c. The BPEL OrderQuotation process will use Human Task BPEL to start a Human Task in parallel with the Suppliers (Supplier will receive a notification by mail using the notification function as well)
d. We will expose the Worklist application (using Oracle Portal) to the Supplier
e. Supplier will login in the Worklist application and claim the task
f. Supplier will modify the order for quotation with price information and will submit back to the supplier the order now quoted.
g. User will login in Worklist application and he will see a customized page where all the orders are quoted and compared for each supplier.
Please, let me know:
1. if this approach can be achieved using the standard functionalities of Worklist application / Human Task interaction in BPEL.
2. If yes, which Human Task interaction parametrization I should use
3. If no, let me know what I have to extend in the worklist to achieve it
4. Or alternative another possible way to achieve it.

I also face the issue to port Worklist in JSP or portal other than using adf.
I am using SOA 11.1.1.2 and using BPEL and Human workflow. I did a complete flow from JSP ->BPEL->Human worlist. Whenever i
submit a form values in JSP, it hits BPEL and i am
getting proper message list in Human worklist and wherein i can able to assign, escalate and delegate tasks.
Now i need to customize the worklist in Weblogic Portal 10g or to JSP. My requirement now is to port the Worlist default skins to jsp or Portal.
I also gone through SOA 11g developers guide and in worklist sections but no idea how to implement.
If any body knows please advise.

We have already implemented ECC 6.0 in a manufacturing project based industry. Now customer wants to track production order related changes. So we want to implement OCM.
Can anyboby please tell the detaild steps for implementing the OCM.
As per my knowledge i have already done necessary configurations. But when creating change master through CC01, in theentry screen, Function tab is not appearing. Can anybody tell the reason behind this.

First:-
In WorkScheduling View of Material Master (FERT/HALB or Any Defined for Production) you need to maintain "Overall Profile"
This Overall profile should be configured in SPRO > PRoduction>Shop Floor Control > Operations>Change Management for Production Orders-->Define Overall Change Profile.
Process of OCM follows this way:
Create a Change Number CC01 with Release Key
In Object Types select/tick "Actv", "object", "MgtRec",
You get the Change Number by Saving .
Use this Change Number to Change BOM or Routings
Then Release the Change Number useing Release Key till then you don't find the Change of BOM in Production Order.
Then go to Oder Change Process T Code :- COCM
Tick Change Number and Select the Change Number & Execute
Select the Production Order, click on Procurement element icon you get another screen select and execute again.
You get an Pop-Up screen. "Determine changes, Check changes, Change Original Order.
you see the changes in BOM for Production Order i.e. after COCM.
Then Confirm the Changes in Production Order then New changes will be Active in production Order.
