Re-replicate data source in QAS system doesn't work

I've transported extract. structures from DEV ECC to QAS ECC and done data source replications on BI side.
After that I done some changes (added several fields) on extraction structure CUSTOMER_ATTR on ECC side in dev env. and transported it to QAS ECC. Then I replicate CUSTOMER_ATTR on BI QAS nothing happens. It remains with the same field list.
My QAS system is read-only. How can I re-replicate this CUSTOMER_ATTR to get new added fields?

Datasource, extract structure and append structure(if any) not transported properly.
Try to collect again and retransport and replicate.
Check at RSA3 in QA system, now fields are visible or not.

RSA1 Data source has old system entry even after BDLS

Hi Experts,
Our BW system is on SAP_BW 701. Recently Our ECC system got replaced by a new upgraded system. So I ran BDLS from old system to new system. It went successfully and data sources were active.
Later we found there is one data source that had two entires. One with old logical system and one with new logical system.Could anyone please advise how I can find why old logical system name entry still appears there even after BDLS.

We checked that BDLS run has been fine and there were no errors or warnings. Also all the data sources ahve a soirce system as the new logical system name. But for many data sources; old logical system name's entry is still there. Old system is now not active but we are not getting how we got the old logical system names entries as well alon with new ones. When we try to manually delete those data source entries by right clicking on that; it gives an 'X Fatal error' and does not delete. Looks like its not getting deleted because the old logical system name is not active now. Please advise how can we get rid of these data source entries along with old logical system name and we do not want to re run BDLS.

HP updated my BIOS and now the sound system doesn't work on Dv76012Tx.

HP Care / Support Assistant requested to update my BIOS, which I did. Computer restarted a couple of times then I found my sound system doesn't work. My computer is Dv7-6012Tx and it is just a week old. I now get no sound, and it had been working beautifully.
Please reset my BIOS back to how it was.

Had the same problem as of about 30 minutes ago. New BIOS update, sound doesn't work. Drivers all read as up-to-date. What the hell?

Help system doesn't work !

I am trying the Circuit Design Suite 13.0 and the help system doesn't work at all.
No help from
The main menu Help -> Multisim help F1
In all the dialogs with a Help button. Nothing happen if I click the Help button ?
I use Windows XP SP3 FRENCH and all the installtion went without any problems everything else is working perfectly.
I checked in the install program if I need to install the help system separately and didn't see anything.
Any ideas of what's goint on ?

Are you able to manually open the help file? Go to C:\Porgram files\National Instruments\Circuit Design Suite 13, the Multisim.chm file is the help file, double click on it and see if it will launch. If you the file opens and nothing is displayed, google 'unable to open .chm" file, there are lots of instructions how to fix it, here is an example:

Error while Replicating the Data Source in Quality System....

Dear Expert,
I have created a generic data source in R/3 Dev system and I replicated the data source to BW DEV system. Everything is fine in DEV system.
I have transported the Data Source to R/3 Quality System. And transported the related objects in BW DEV system to BW QUALITY system.
Now I am getting the error as follows :
BW QUA System --> RSA1 --> Source System --> Data source Overview --> Sales & Distribution --> _REPLICATE_
*DATASOURCE*.( clicked )
Its moving to another screen (R/3 QUALITY) , but it is coming as a LOGIN screen. Its askong for the USER name and Password. And when I click on BACK button , its givin following pop-up
RFC connection to source system LOGSYS is damaged ==> no Metadata upload
What could be the issue ?? Please suggest.

Delta in source system doesn't work

I've created delta-enabled generic datasource. The delta field is timestamp field. I've done Initial Delta run, posted couple new records with appropriate timestamps, tried to run delta but it doesn't work. Even on test delta run RSA3 in source system.

Hi
If you have enhanced the datasource by adding a field then you need to replicate the datasource.
But if you have only changed the exit program you need not do that
data will be populated automaically.

Since your are using process order, I would like to know whether you are using process management function or not.
(Especially your are following GMP scenario ? This guide line is basically used pharmaceutical industry.
If you work with GMP scenario, before your are archiving your process order, you need to create electronic batch creation and archiving.
Then you can archive your process order and delete it completely from your system.
You can check whether your are using GMP scenario or not in your process order type.
(T-CD COR4).
If you are not. All you need to do is set deletion flag and deletion indicator to your process order and then archive your process order (you can use program PRARCHP1) by using archiving object PR_ORDER (you can call this object from t-cd sara or COAC).

Creating Data Source from MSsql system

I have created a connection between mssql server and my bi system, connection check is ok, when i create a data source and enter a table name in the db, from application server, system does not provide "proposal data" for given table.
When itry to add the column names in db, system deletes the names in the table.
Anything i am missing? Thanks

also when i try to F4 on table field on extraction tab, it gives me error message RSDS_ACCESS034 that is table names ar invalid in db, however it is not.

The name of the table or view either
contains invalid character(s) or
its length is invalid or
it contains lowercase character(s).
System Response
Invalid names of tables and views are automatically removed from the selection.
Procedure
Table/view names that contain invalid characters such as @ # $ % are not supported. Furthermore, a maximum of 30 characters is allowed in table names. Lowercase characters are not supported.
If the name of the table/view you selected is not supported, create a new valid name for the table/view.

SSRS Active Directory Data Source LastLogonTimeStamp returns "System._ComObject"

I am working in Report Builder and I have created a Data Source Connection to my Active Directory. I want to get LastLogonTimeStamp from my AD computer objects but when i run the query i get "System._ComObject" instead of a date. All the other
fields return data.
here is my code:
SELECT ADsPath, cn ,objectCategory,name, lastLogonTimestamp
FROM 'LDAP://DC=domain,DC=org'
where objectCategory = 'Computer'
Eventually i would like a query that returns a count of Computer objects where LastLogonTimeStamp is older than 30 days.
I have researched this and found that the LastLogonTimeStamp is a IADsLargeInteger
Value and not an actual date. How can i display this as a date is SSRS Report Builder

The lastLogon and lastLogonTimestamp LDAP timestamps attributes are returned in int64 format (also called Windows NT time format) and the timestamp is the number of 100-nanoseconds intervals (1 nanosecond = one billionth of a second) since Jan 1, 1601 UTC.
So, we cannot tell the exact date and time directly. To convert the Windows NT time format value to human readable date value, you can use the following query:
SELECT ADsPath, cn ,objectCategory,name, DATEADD(Minute,(lastLogonTimeStamp/ 600000000) + DATEDIFF(Minute,GetUTCDate(),GetDate()),CAST('1/1/1601' AS DATETIME2))

Migration of Business Partner data, from a legacy system, does not work

We use a non-SAP application where our customers sign a loyalty program. The database created is replicated to CRM 7.0. However, when we create the Target Group in the Web Client UI, the number of Business Partner in CRM is different from the number of BP registered in the legacy system.

Transport to Consolidation system doesn't work

First of all, sorry if this is a silly question but I have to admin I am a little missed with NWDI. Every step we did we have a new error
In this case, we have trying to move a iView using NWDI and process to transport from
Development Environment to Consolidation doesn't work.
We have done all steps to deploy changes in Development and iview
has been updated correctly. But then, when we release the DC in NWDS
and go to Transport View - Consolidation tab and we do the import
althougth we have a successfully message with "Import Finished", the
iview has not been updated in Consolidation system .
We have doublechecked server, port and SDM password in Runtine System
tab for this server and everything is OK.
I have analyzed all logs generated during Import process in Transport
Studio and no error is showed.
I have find in CBS Consolidation builspace and we don't have any activities pending, and additionally the DC doesn't appear in this buildspace. However in Development buildspace it is.
Could somebody help us putting some ligth on it? Where can I to try to obtain log information about why this change is not moved to Consolidation?

I have sometimes a similar problem: we are developing WebDynpro applications. The activities are checked in and transported correctly, but on the destination system only the old release shows up.
My solution of this situation is not elegant, but effective (steamroller tactics or in german "Holzhammermethode"):
- Log on to the console of the machine where your destination system for your deployment is running. Start up the (really slow) standalone SDM application and select the components, which are not updated correctly, for undeployment and undeploy them manually.
- After successful undeployment reimport the component/activity in the JDI transport studio again.
As mentioned before, not elegant, but effective. It worked for all the situations now, when the deployment did not work, but there was no obvious reason available.

The iPad's hardware system doesn't work.

I have an iPad 2, which won in 2013 and today the hardware operating system this product is fail, as the screen freezes, it turns on and off alone, applications open and close alone. In 2014 and now the screen is just flashing with lime-green color, which does not allow display the menu or settings and neither Homepage and often shutting alone and can not reconnect the unit, by simply not ascend the operating system so effective.
I took the product back to the company OMNI Computer Apple Support Brazil in Curitiba -PR, and this gave the report that my warranty is quenched to receive a new product and that I receive a new iPad 2 I should pay the amount of R$ 990.00. However , the problem that clomplaint is not collateral or other , but that the Apple operating system does not work.
I contacted Apple support over the phone and was told that at the time he took to OMNI iPad, I still had 38 days of warranty.
Besides Apple and OMNI violate the Code of Consumer Protection , targeted to abuse my rights , ratify the information cited , I have had to date many annoyances, such as stress, mornings and weekends lost without resolutions .
Have I contacted the phone to Apple support again and many records there own links, ordered procedures to remedy this situation , the items were scored for solution : take the iPad for Assistance and restore it .
I performed the two steps, but nothing concrete had company OMNI and Apple, nor a constructive feedfack and that could solve everything without the need for other means of resolving facts .

Please just ask a question, we don't need a story about the history of the device. Explain the symptoms and maybe someone can help.
Based upon what I can understand from your post, try the standard troubleshooting...
1. Remove apps from the Recently Used (multi-tasking) list...
- From any Home Screen, double tap the home button to bring up the Recents List
- Swipe up on the app preview card to remove it from the list
- Press the home button when done.
2. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the slider. Slide to power off. Restart by pressing the sleep/lock button until you see the Apple logo.
3. Reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
4. Restore with your backup.
5. Restore as new, i.e. without your backup. See how it runs with nothing synced to it. You may need to try DFU mode (Google for it).
6. If still a problem, it's likely a hardware issue.

Hello,
I can confirm, such long slicer values can cause issues. E.g. you can not select such an value with a simple mouse click, but if I remove the filter then I can use key "Ctrl" + mouse click combination to select/deselect such value.
The best way is to short such values.

BC System doesn't work

Hi,
In the last 3-4 weeks I had a lots of problems when working on BC websites. Most of them are from Australia Data Center. The system loads very slow and some times it freezes showing the loading icon. This happens when I try to create/update pages,catalogs, menu items, forms... Some times I have the feeling that it block in some kind of loop - for example I try to create a catalog, I'm 100% sure that the url is unique, there is no other page with that url in the system and I get the error: "URL must be unique within the site..." . Then I go to view all Catalogs and this catalog for which I got the error it's there, it has been created.It looks that it tries to create the catalog again and again and again... I also get a System Message - Error occured, code 0...
I don't know what is wrong, is it just me having these problems? I am very frustrated because I can't work, I can't do my job... it takes me a lot of time to do simple updates.

Agreeded!! I am seeing lots of issues cropping up in the last 2 or 3 weeks that have never been an issue before. And yes painfully slow in many areas.
