Regarding Scheduled Delivery quantity

Hi Friends,
Can someone tell me how to create a test data in ME21N (Creating a purchase order) so that the schedule line items should be delivered partially.
So, that the purchase order which I created should be able to see in the table VETVG.
For example : For purchase order XYZ , Let say I have created scheduled quantity (EKET-MENGE) as 100 . I want to deliver this quantity partially 70 . So, the remaining 30 should appear in VETVG table.
Now the requirement is by using BAPI_PO_CHANGE, I want to process this 30 and to make VETVG table empty.
Can some one please explain the functionality involved for my question ?
I am unable to find where this 30 is being saved in the transaction/table.
Thanks

Hari,
U need to compare the fields MENGE and WEMNG..Basically if MENGE is Greater than WEMNG it would appear in the delivery due index.
MENGE - Schedule line quantity
WEMNG - Delivered quantity against the particular schedule line.
So in the below case
EBELN EBELP ETENR MENGE AMENG WEMNG WAMNG
00000123 11 1 500.000 0.000 500.000 0.000
00000124 12 1 25.000 0.000 0.000 0.000
The document 00000124 12 1 would appear in VETVG table, while the first one should not.

  • Delivery quantity is greater than schedule line confirmation quantity (sales order)

I am creating a sales order with 30 Mt. I confirmed 10 Mt (partial confirmation and based credit block) in schedule line Now I am going to create the delivery system automatic taking 10 Mt but when I am going to change the delivery means when I increase the delivery quantity (20 Mt) then system allowing to do the further process.
As per my understanding system should not allow to increase the delivery quantity m     ore the sales confirm quantity.
Please suggest how I can restrict.

Thanks for your reply,  As you suggest "B" is there. But its not working.  For ref. screen shot is attached.
For reference I am providing some more details:
=> We are using "Make to order" process. After creation of sales order we assign the stock to sales order using T-code MB1B , Movement type 412E,
    => Auto credit check applicable
=> Confirmed quantity in schedule line based on credit limit.(Auto credit check at Sales order level)
=> Avail. Check is 02 and check. rule is "AE" .

  • Intercompany STO's delivery quantity schedule line quantity

    Folks,
    I have the following issue:
    STO / PO for 01.01.2010 for 2 PCE's
    1 schedule line for 1 PCE for 01.01.2010 -> delivered and receipted;
1 schedule line for 1 PCE for 01.02.2010 -> cannot yet be delivered.
Total of schedule lines = 2, so schedule line quantity equals PO quantity.
Stock comes in and VL10g runs in background and generates 2 deliveries for 1 PCE each, whereas there was an open quantity for only 1 PCE!
So in fact total delivery quantity is 3 whereas the PO quantity is 2.
    Anyone seen this?

    Hi
Hi can you check the following
    1. In  delivery item category  t code  OVLP availability check should be on
    2. use the t code to generate the delivery for the purchase order  t code VL10d  (In this system will show the open quantity how much is going to deliver)
Delivery is happening more than STO quantity

  • Proposed delivery quantity in inbound delivery vs purchase schedule line

    Hello all
I have got a doubt when creating inbound delivery for an item of purchase schedule line. I want to know how to get the proposed delivery quantity equal to the quantity of all schedule lines until today.
For example I have got 4 schedule lines for a material and today is 28.10.2011
    20.10.2011 11ud
    28.10.2011 13ud
    03.11.2011 17ud
    05.11.2011 15ud
    when I execute VL31N with date = 28.10.2011, I want to proposed delivery quantity = 11+13 = 24ud.
However, what I got is always the total quantity of all pending schedule lines = 111317+15=56ud.
Do you know how can I achieve my propose?
    thank you in advance

    Hi Alan
    Thank you for your reply.
In some cases (depending on vendor) we are using vendor ASN by EDI. In other cases (when there is no EDI conection with vendor) we use manually VL31N. So in these cases we need a proposed quantity by system in order to know if the quantity that we receive is coherent. Maybe we will try to implement the inbound delivery user exit.
    Thanks again!

  • Schedule Delivery Date in Sale Order

    Dear All,
I have an order on 03.11.2009 (today) and its last delivery date is 15.11.2009. It means that I have to deliver the complete order on or before 15.11.2009.
So where can I put this date in Sales Order?
    Regards,
    Vishal

    Hi Vishal,
Your Last Delivery Date can be entered in the "Requested Delivery Date" field in the sales order.
By doing so, the system will give us a confirmation that whether the delivery can be made possible on the Requested Delivery Date or NOT (The status can be seen by going in to the Schedule Line Level of your line item).
The system also gives us the NEXT POSSIBLE DELIVERY DATE with the confirmed  Quantity as a Second Line item in the Schedule line level.
The System considers mainly the Material Available Date to come to a conclusion on the Delivery Date of the goods. Also, there are other activities (Loading Time, Transporation Planning Time etc) for which some time will take and that also need to be considered (The same can be seen by going in to the Schedule Line Level of your line item and then click the Shipping button).
Your Scenario: In your case, the delivery can happen ON OR BEFORE the Last Delivery Date.
So for that follow the steps:
Step 1: Put the Last Deliv Date in to the "Requested Deliv Date" field in Sales Order.
Step 2: After enetering the other necessary details in the sales order then Save it. Now go the Schedule Line level of your line item and look for the Confirmation of the Delivery Quantity on the Requested Delivery Date.
If Yes: Then its your wish that you can Prepond the Delivery Date by giving the required Delivery date during your delivery document creation.
    If No:
Then you have look for the Next Possible date. OR Make sure that you can manage all your other activities like Loading, Transporation Planning etc. in 10 - 12 days time and make your material Availabilty today and do the delivery.

  • How to restrict the delivery quantity not more than target quantity?

    Dear Gurus,
How to restrict the delivery quantity not more than target quantity in a scheduling agreement? I think there are 2 methods.
    1. I found that setting 0 in Overdelivery Tolerance Limit in Info Record is not effective. Why?
    2. I want to set E for the message but can't find the place. The message is generated when entering and saving quantity as delivery quantity that is larger than target quantity. How can I set E to a message (067, as I remember)
Any other effective method? Please advice. Thanks.
    Regards,
    David

    Dear all,
It is not OK after checking everywhere you mentioned. I tested in 2 clients. In the development enviroment client, it works whatever E or W. In test enviroment, it does not work (meassge is W).
I think there must be somewhere besides of those you menetioned.
I notes that SAP help for the overdelivery tollerance setting of scheduling agreement:
    Overdelivery Tolerance Limit
Percentage (based on the order quantity) up to which an overdelivery of this item will be accepted.
    Dependencies
If you have set the indicator in the Partial delivery/Item field to 'D' (partial delivery allowed), this takes priority. It makes no sense to define a tolerance limit for overdelivery in such case.
Where can I see: 'the indicator in the Partial delivery/Item field to 'D' (partial delivery allowed)'? I want to check it.
    Pls help! Thanks.

  • Schedule delivery qty issue in source inspection process

    Hi,
Issue : System is blocking GR if any one of the schedule delivery qty is rejected against same PO.
System been used : Source inspection process.
    Issue in details:
We create PO for 3000 kg with delivery schedule as 1000kg on 12th sept, 1000 kg on 13th sept and 1000 kg on 14th sept and save it.
Then we go to QI07 and create three inspection lots against this PO. So during user decision if we reject any one of the inspection lot then whole PO get block for GR, system should allow to do GR of 2000kg but it is not allowing, it say material is blocked for quality.
    Kindly resolve my issue
    Regards,

    Hello,
I doubt whether you can do this using source inspection. Now let me give you another option which will be manual in nature.
    1. Checking should happen before GR. - Make use of manual inspection(89 type)
    2.  System should restrict the GR if the material is rejected. - Do not release the quantity in quality info record if the material is rejected.
3.System should allow GR for partial approved material and restrict GR for partial rejected material against same PO - Release the required quantity in quality info record so that the GR can be done only for those quantities. A normal 01 inspection type lot will be created.
    4. Rejected quantity material PO should get open to take GR for replacement of rejcted material of same PO - You can make use of 122 movement type in the lot so that GR can be done for the rejected quantity as well.

  • Delivery quantity copy

We are maintaining a forecast schedule on SD scheduling agreement. When transaction VL10a is run it shows the delivery schedule for delivery creation. When the delivery is created in from the transaction slecting a perticulat line, the delivery quantity is copied from scheduling agreement line item and not from forecast delivery schedules.
e.g the line item on SD scheduling agreement have quantity 50. and the forecast schedule on the agreement is as follows
    4/15/2010  qty. 3
    4/20/2010 qty   5
4/25/2010 qty. 3 and so on
When the transaction VL10a is run for dates till 4/15/2010, the item with qty. 3 is shown for delivery creation. when the item is slected and delivery is created, the quantity on delivery is 50 ( the entire item quantiry).
Let me know what settings needs to be done so that the quantity is same as on forecast delivery schedule line.
    Thank you

  • Delivery quantity less than PO quantity

    Hi
I have created an inter-company Purchase Order (NB type PO) which has a delivery quantity of 100 (example). Now I am creating an Outbound Delivery through VL10B. The delivery (NLCC type delivery) but the issue I am facing is that the delivery quanity is less than the PO quantity 70 (example). Why did this happen?
I checked MD04 and I can see that there is sufficient available stock on the delivery date againt that particular delivery.
    Please advise.
    Thanks
    Suro

I am assuming that by "confirmed qty in PO Delivery schedule tab" you mean the "Delivered" column. I think this gets populated ONLY once the delivery is created which is for the reduced qty, The HELP on this field shows "The Quantity delivered field shows you the quantity delivered against this schedule line via an outbound delivery (or possibly several such deliveries). This enables you to check whether the supplying plant will deliver the desired quantity of the material as scheduled.". Thus I do not think this get populated on PO creation autmatically and as such I could not see and confirmed qty field on the delivery schedule tab.
By the way we also have a Inbound delivery as part of CONFIRMATION key where we have confirmed full qty on the inbound delivery.
Regarding MD04, yes I am looking at that closely as well since that gives oen deliveries and I am trying to figure out available stock on that delivery date and the open delivery quantity for all the deliveries.......
    Any other inputs are welcome...
    thanks

  • VL32N Change inbound delivery quantity after a partial goods receipt

    Dear.
I have created an inbound delivery using VL31N from a purchase scheduling agreement.
I have executed a partial goods receipts using MIGO for the inbound delivery.
I need to reduce the delivery quantity for the inbound delivery using VL32N but the system donu2019t allow to change the delivery after a goods receipt.
    How can I proceed ?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
When a (partial) goods receipt has been posted to an inbound delivery item, the possibilities to change this item are restricted.
If the delivery quantity is the same as the goods receipt quantity, then the item is fully posted goods receipt. No change of quantity is possible.
If the delivery quantity is still higher than the goods receipt quantity, you can create one or several new TO's for the rest and
    confirm, if needed, with differences.
You have also the chance to adjust the delivery quantity to the picked (and already posted) quantity with VL32N and menu:
Edit => Copy Putaway Quantities as Delivery Quantities
Please also have a look at note 796053.
    Hope this can help
    Regards

  • WIP or CoS if scheduled delivery date not fulfilled

    Hello,
    SD-order.
The checkbox "Fixed date and quantity" within the Schedule lines table has following effect on costs:
    - if the checkbox is marked and there is no confirmed quantity to the delivery date, all costs are settled from WIP to the CO-PA - I have heard that this has background in law, because if the delivery date is not fulfilled the customer is not obliged to accept the delivery.
Please, confirm if this is true.
What would happen if the mentioned checkbox is marked, the quantity is confirmed, but the SCHEDULE DELIVERY DATE IS PAST AND NOT RE-SCHEDULED?
I would expect similar behaviour like in the first case, but I have tested it and the costs are still in WIP.
    Thanks
    Regards

    Dear Comes,
Kindly check whether the factory calender maintained for your plant and shipping point is maintained for your Sales organisation and i think you can also assign it for storage location. So make sure all the factory calender are same.
