Report to check cancelled orders

Hi,
I want to see all the cancelled sales orders in the system.
Is there a standard report that would allow me to do this?
And what are the standard reports in SAP, which shows the SD order status, except VA05.
Thanks in advance,
Kanishka

hello, friend.
VA05 is already your best report.  you just need to sort the report based on the rejection reason (cancellation).
you can do SQVI and generate a query report using tables VBAK, VBAP, etc.   but this would be more complicated than the simpler VA05.
regards.

  • COOIS Report to Check Planned Order

    Hi PP experts,
My question is : Why COOIS for planed order operation detail is blank and how to show it?
    Please refer to below screenshot.
Step 1: COOIS to get planned order.
Step 2: Running and get result, and we can see the operation view is blank.
Step 3: But if we check detail for planned order via T-code MD13 we can see the operation is in the detail.

    Hi Ganapathy,
    Thank you for your support.
I have checked this profile '00000000001X'.
The Order Categories of this profile is empty---Only Production/Process Orders.
There is one case, in COOIS, I choose check-box for planned order and profile '00000000001X'.
What is the logic of output for this case, the output display the Header, component.

  • Report for conformation cancelled process orders.

    Hi frnds,
I need a report for orders which have got cancelled of confirmation.
    plz suggest...
    Robert.

    Dear,
There is no standard report in SAP which shows Report for conformation cancelled.
But you can check in order it self in COR2 good movement details.
    Or  check document in MB03
Use CORS to reverse the phases.
After canceling if you want to view it again then use CORT (here there is one check box named 'Reversed' means that phase is reversed).
    Or Please use user exit
EXIT_SAPLCORF_404 Process order conf.: Customer specific input checks 2

  • Report to check open reservations for production orders where GI not posted

    Hi experts,
Can we get reservation details from any report/ table for production order where material has not been issued, report should also display the value of the reserved material.
I could not find desired details in RESB (it has price but not value) and MB25.
Thanks in advance, useful ansers will be rewarded.
    Thnx
    Anand

    Hello Anand,
there is no report but you may use the production order info system with list "components" and create a layout contaning the issued quantity and/or the final issue indicator. With a correct sorting, the list should show all orders with non-issued components at the top.

  • Self Updating Report of Open Sales Orders (Maybe Crystal )

I want a self updating report of Open Sales Order. I want it to refresh constantly. I know that it could be an alarm but it would be executed every # minutes and dont want to. Any ideas ? I dont know Crystal Reports enough but is it posible ?

    Hi ,
If I were you , I will not be crazy looking at my sales order in every 1 minutes ..I would train my users to check at least 15 minutes.
I understand what u are trying to do;you  want that customer will see the latest open SO created ..but 15 minutes is good enough time .
I think you have to check if database size grows up big time ..so far no report has come to me from my clients for this set up .
make sure you  are not saving an alert into database
If you are using multiple alerts , I will atleast monitor my database for a while to see i encounter performance issue ..
So far for one alert at every 15 minutes ..i think u should be fine ..
    Hope this helps

    Prasad

    Hi Krishna,
You could use Me2N with the dynamic selection coupled with normal selection screen.
In Dynamic selection(3rd icon in screen).....you can select for which company code, release indicator as released....and save it as default variant.
hope this should solve your query

  • Standard Report to check consumption values for multiple materials

    Hi,
Is there any standard report to check "consumption" values for multiple materials? The user needs to check the consumption values over a period of time for multiple materials (VERP, ROH) before deciding the re-order and safety stock values for them. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Swapnil

    Dear Swapnil,
Report MCRE is widely used for the material cosnumption than checking in COOIS.
Also these reports can help you.
    MCPF                 Material analysis: Dates
    MCPO                 Material analysis: Quantities
    MCPW                 Material analysis: Lead time

  • BB cancels order due to payment glitch - Customer Service refuses to honor

After 2+half hours on the phone this morning trying to get the cancelled order reinstated and payment method corrected, Customer Service says 'too bad, so sad, go away & have a nice day, we will not honor the order'.
If there's any kind of problem with your order, I highly recommend to call into a Rep if your order contains price-sensitve items.
DO NOT follow the directions on the website nor in the emails. You will be extremely disappointed by (lack of) Customer Service.
I was not trying to get something for nothing. I placed the order in good faith on Monday. Tuesday I see the email stating "a problem with payment". Following the directions, I re-enter my credit card information and resubmit (once). All appears well, until I check on the order this (Wed) morning. My order was cancelled. Surely, BB will correct this obvious error, considering a prior order on the same day went through just fine, I thought. After all, I'm trying to give them my business on a rather large Home Theater purchase.
It was challenging just from the logistics of the phone experience. Must've been a busy morning and BB was also having phone issues. I waited patiently for the 1st answer at 25 minutes (VRU said 10-12), after explaining, the Rep tried to transfer me to a Supervisor for another 30 minutes. I was disconnected when one picked up. Had to cold call back in and endure another 15 minute wait (VRU said 4-7), the Rep tried to pull up notes from 1st call and gave up after another 10 minutes. After explaining, she attempted to transfer to her Supervisor for 45 minutes. I was on the call with her for ~80 minutes. When I finally spoke to a Supervisor, I was accused of trying to 'cheat the process' and 'ask her to commit policy violation'. She had facts, logs and order details in front of her and I was still treated this way.
Ultimately, she told me there was nothing more she would try to do and would not 'deal with me any longer'.
This is the absolute worst Customer Service that I have ever had. No attempt by BB to make the situation right by honoring the order placed on Monday.
    Request to BB management;
    1. Make it Right! reinstate my order.
    2. Fix your payment issues and process/policy for cancelling orders. Contact customers proactively when your systems fail and orders fallout.
    3. Fix your CS policies and escalation process. The initial Rep should have been able to resolve the order issue.
    4. Fix your phone system and/or transfer process.
    5. Remind your CS Reps not to insult/accuse your paying Customers. Potential churn is cheaper to keep than acquire.
    6. Your ad campaign is laughable "No one claims they are the worst." Your CS dept confirmed that you are far from the Best.
p.s. Case# available if you want to research why I'm unlikely to shop BB in the future.
    Solved!

    Good afternoon drenken,
After placing an order for a significant home theater purchase on Cyber Monday, I’m sure you were ecstatic in your shopping experience and couldn’t wait to receive your devices! It is utterly disheartening to hear that this experience may have turned into a rather dreadful one so quickly.
I’m glad to hear that you were able to attempt updating your billing information on BestBuy.com. Generally this option alleviates some hassle for customers who would rather not contact us via phone to update such information, which can take some time given the high call volumes this time of year. It is regrettable to hear that it didn’t go as expected for you, due to the strange issues with the order.
I imagine your frustration only grew from when you received the cancelation email to when you had difficulties acquiring assistance over the phone afterward. I sincerely apologize for any dismay this entire experience may have caused you. It does not sound at all like this experience would have left you with an appropriate representation of our company.
Unfortunately, once an order is canceled, we are unable to reinstate it. The only option would be to replace the order. Typically if an order is canceled, we would not be able to honor the sale prices if they are no longer current. With that said, I was able to review your order and it would appear that the same card was successfully used on a subsequent order , leaving this to be quite the peculiar occurrence.
I am sending you a private message to you with further details in regards to this order and to see what other options we may have for you, as I can understand why this experience may be so displeasing. You may check your private messages once you have signed into the forum by clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.

  • Injustly canceled order

I consider my order was unjustly canceled by Apple in order to help alleviate the demand for the iPad 2. I used a Freight Forwarding company with a Miami address, as I read at Apple's Shipping instructions that people from PR, Guam, etc. could use friend, family or any US shipping address for shipment. This is on the Support page:
+Simply shop at the Apple Online Store U.S. with the payment method of your choice, and we’ll ship the order to any address within the 50 United States.+
I was, however, shipped the iPad cover and the Camera kit, so why did they ship these items and not the iPad?
My order was set to ship on the 18th, when a friend that also ordered before I did, called to say that her order was canceled, supposedly because apple does not ship more than two items to the same address. I then go to check my order status to receive the surprise that my order had been canceled too.
What is more inexplicable to me is that Apple asks for an email address and telephone and they did NOT notify me BEFORE canceling the order. If they would have notified me BEFORE canceling, I could have given my son's address which I had not used as to not interfere with his studies. He is studying and at finals at the Post Naval Academy in CA.
I had to reorder to my son's house and of course with a later shipment. They told me March 28 and when I receive the acknowledgement, it says April 11. I rather be told the truth, from the beginning.
I can't express how disappointed I am with Apple. I have switched form a PC to my first iMac and this incident really has disappointed me.
    Apple should:
-Call or email their clients before Canceling an Order
-CLEARLY state online that you are NOT going to send to Freight Forwarding companies, where you tell residents from Puerto Rico and other countries that they can use a family or friend or any address in the US.
I see that I am not alone and other people's orders have been canceled without prior warning.
    This is not right.

You should recall that this is an automated system, you placed an order to a computer. There are millions of orders. There are only so many actual human beings in this process. Until you called and spoke to a person, that person was probably the first human aware of your order. So there is no bad treatment or ill will occurring, just the cold touch of automation. Do not take it personally.
If you want humans to handle your order personally, then in a system like that you may get an iPad by next fall.
    BTW, here is what real Apple employees are doing in that part of the world. Makes our issues appear tiny in perspective;

In the meantime you can go ‘here’ to check on your subscription and login information. Take the following steps:
*Sign in the top right corner using your Adobe.com credentials

  • Shipping date changed from 10/28 to unkown?  Canceled order?

I ordered an iPhone 5s on 10/11.  Since then, it has shown a ship date of 10/28, until last night.  Now under the "expected ship date" it says "not available at this time".  What in the world does that mean?  Have these orders been pushed back, yet again?  I ordered a 16gb space grey one and I thought those were shipping sooner than the gold ones.  I am a brand new customer to Verizon wireless and I received an email last night saying my order was canceled.  I called and they assured me that it is still in the system (once they finally found my order) and that it looked like somehow another order was "accidentally" placed by the system and that order was canceled.  The weird thing is that the canceled order number is the same order number as the iPhone I ordered and not the Note 3's I ordered because I ordered them separately.
I've seen numerous posts about orders accidentally getting canceled.  I don't understand how their system can be THIS bad.  This isn't exactly appealing to someone who is a new customer of this company.  I had no choice but to switch to Verizon from another company due to us moving and not having service anymore with our prior cell company.  I'm a little frustrated.

While speaking to my "other" cell company getting my final bill in order, with the exception of that one line I am waiting to transfer, a rep there told me their grey and silver iPhones are shipping in 3-5 business days consistently.  She even double checked when I was on the phone, for argument's sake, and confirmed it.  I have ONE out of 3 lines left on my other provider due to the delayed shipping of the iPhone 5s.  I am really trying to avoid having to pay another month's service there and have until November 2nd to port that last number over because my new billing cycle starts on the 3rd.  If the shipping gets pushed back further, it's not going to be favorable for me and I'll end up paying 2 different companies for another month.  I also can't just delete the other line or my daughter will be left at school without a phone and in this day and age, I'm not willing to do that.

  • Report for open process orders

    Dear SAP experts,
As the period of the process order from open to close is not short, will take 1 or 2 months in our business case, so we want to find a report which can get the information just like the output of KSPP(for planned orders) .
I tried to analysis the logic of program KSPP, and it seems the function modules based on the planned orders only.
Is there any way to get the similar report for open process orders?
    Many Thanks,
    Lisa Yao

    Is there any clues?
