Hi Gurus ,
i have i added new keyfigure in to query & its showing in the report also
But problem is the value of the keyfigure showing empty ,where as in the cube all values are 0.00
i want the keyfigures values should be 0.00
could any one help me out

thanks for u r reply , i was doing in Development, if i made this chages as peer your direction surpress Zero,
If it is transported to Production if the valus are like 5845 (example ), is it diplays 5845 are Zero

With in the Sales Order in the line item level in the billing tab we have the fixed value date (VBKD - VALDT) were entered.
But when we try to execute the report VA05 were the fixed value date column shows empty (i.e without the date it shows the blank). Can you any one help me with regard.

Ok.
Goto t-code SQVI,SAP Quickviewer.
Give a name to your query and enter description ,etc.
Next enter the table from which you want to fetch data,ie,VBKD .
Select "Layout mode" for displaying data on the SAP screen or "Basis mode " if you want to extract the data to a word doc,excelsheet or a flat file.
Next you can select the fields you want to display into your report,their position and ascending/descending order,Here make sure u select
the field u need to display ie. the fixed value date ( VALDT) .
also select the fields u wish to have in the selection criteria.
Enter these required information and u would get a report on the SAP screen or in your desired format.
Hope it will suffice you.

Hi Gaurav,
The netvalue in this report comes from the invoice, which in turn determined by your pricing procedure. If you want only the basic price to be your net value, you have to adjust the same in your pricing procedure. But this is not advisable, as there are other price components also in your pricing procedure, rather you can develop a new report with the required details for your requirement.

Show Empty Data

I hope there is anybody how could help me:
I create a Bex Query on EA Data (Account with same Key Figures) the Query is its based on a BPC Cube. In rows a only the account and in the columns are the key figures. Now not on all Account are values in the cube. I say in Bex Query that they should show Master Data. In Analyzer there are all accounts also the account without values in the cube.
In crystal I only see account with values. I use CR SP3 and integration Kit SP3. I set u201CShowEmptyDatau201D to True but nothing happened.
As second solution I create a formula in Bex with the value 1, take it in the columns but nothing happened in crystal I only see accounts with values in the cube.
I donu2019t know what I could do.
Second I had problems with the general connection of Bex and Crystal.
In the normal way I create a new report with the Sap Integration Kit Menue. What is the different between this way and the way with the crystal function new report and use a new MDX Connection. In booth ways with the same SAP System I get different connection parameters. Which way is the right way.
In addion if i set Show Empty Data to True, i get ask for the query variables and after it show empty data is set to false automaticly

But in release notes of SAP Integration KIT XI 3.1 SP3 SAP shows it as one of the big new features. I couldn't believe that this is a fake?? Thats was the basement why we use it.
Is it in BO 4.0 possible to use only Crystal Reports Designer (which Version?) and a BW System with the Integration KIT?? Like in XI3.1??
We only use Crystal Reports Designer with Integration KIT and the Integration KIT in the BW System. Is there an Integration KIT of BO 4.0 with transports for the BW System?
I couldn't believe that it is not possible in XI 3.1. I stay in contact with the SAP and then im really angry because in the documnentation there is the option listed.

BI publisher report is not showing all the data

I have created a report using BI Publisher in R12. The report is not showing all the records.
I have checked the result XML it is also not having all the data. My query returns 846 rows but my report only has 662 rows.
what might be the issue.please give me some idea to resolve this issue.

Inventory cube - non cumulativekey fig values are showing -ve values

Hi Guru's,
For Improving the performance of inventory cube *0IC_C03
The following steps i did:
1) Created History cube by taking a copy of actual cube (0IC_C03).
2) Transferred all the four years of data (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010) to history cube(4 yr data) as a back up to do clustering and for cube remodelling.
3) After doing all these, loaded the current 3 years (2008, 2009, 2010)data back to the actual cube and kept one year data in the history cube (2007) (i.e maintained only recent 3yrs data in actual cube).
5) Created a multiprovider includes actual and history cubes and populated the existing report on top of the multiprovider.
6) After purging one year data from the actual cube, stock values in the reports are showing negative values
7) To clear that issue i loaded the 2007 year data back to the actual cube (now the cube has all years data as it was before) to avoid the negative stock value, but again stock values are showing negative values.
How to solve this issues in inventory cube..
how too eliminate the negative value in reports which was working prperly before data purging( removing the first year data from the actual cube)

Hi prayog.. 10q for answering... Yeah i went 2 the data targets. And the forumlae is already wrriten like this IF( Debit/Credit = 'H', Qty in OUn, ( 1- * Qty in OUn ) ) for Actual Consum. K.F and IF( Debit/Credit = 'H', Amt. in local curr., ( 1- * Amt. in local curr. ) ) for Amount.....
So i already said that from one of the infosource the data is flowing through ODS and then 2 CUBE. So i checked out the data in ODS with the movement type and posting date as per in the Report.. I selected the 'Debit/Credit' = H and Movement type and Posting date... But in ODS o/p the keyfig's are not displayed..... This is the problem...

I am trying to solve a problem where report parameter value that is set at Management Console is wiped out after calling replaceConnection.
databaseController.replaceConnection(oldConnectionInfo, newConnectionInfo,
null,DBOptions._doNotVerifyDB);
We have to support changing database connection from a java utility
class. But once replaceConnection is called all existing static parameter values are lost. To fix this issue we thought of getting parameters and values before calling replaceConnection and setting it after replaceConnection.
Version is CS2008 SP3 - version 12.3.0.601
If there is any other option of fixing the original wipe out issue?
ParameterValues.getValues() didn't return value. I will try ParameterValues.getCurrentCalues() but the document says ParameterValues.getValues() is equivalent to the IParameterField.getCurrentValues() method unless it is empty, in which case it is equivalent to the IParameterField.getDefaultValues() method.
So getCurrentValues() may not work.

BCWP values not showing in CNE5

Hi,
After executing CNE5 report it not showing BCWP value in particular project only.I have checked all the necessary data like actual dates are maintained.
What could be the reason.

BCWP is not showing only for 4 projects & in other project it is giving correct BCWP value.
When we generate MIS through BW Module I am getting BCWP graph for the same project whose BCWP not showing in CNE5.

COPA report value wrong

Hi Gurus,
I have write a copa report , i have assigned in KE4I sd condition type to value filed, so +/- are assigned in PR00 and VPRS condition typs ..still i am getting wrong value ..ie Reversal document value also add to the report ex billing document Rs 2500 and reversal document Rs 2400/- but in COPA report value is Rs 4900/- why and where my config or report was wrong

Presently in costing sheet there are two continuous processes, both are considered as SFG (semi finished goods). The SFG 1 material in first process is the BOM part of the second process SFG 3 material. Both process has different cost centres, overheads and cost elements.
Now the second process of SFG material takes more than 9 months. So want to show this WIP under maturation stock, as separate stock under new SFG 2 material, with some value addition (considered as activity). This new process related SFG 2 material BOM will contains the first process SFG 1 material. And this new SFG 2 material code will be the part of BOM of the last process SFG 3 material.
Now there are 1 issues we are facing.
1st query:
In quality server after transporting the request from Development, Price difference account is generated while production of the 3rd Process SFG 3 material.
Production made for 1000 AL Qty (Base Qty of BOM 1000 AL and Costing lot size 1000 AL ) and in the entry we are getting the Price difference entry as shown below.
Dr. Inventory SFG3 - 105,897.43
Cr. Incr/Decr/Cons SFG 3 - 105,900.00
Cr. Price difference - 2.57
Cr. Inventory SFG2 - 94,550.00
Dr. Incr/Decr/Cons SFG2 - 94,550.00
Standard cost of SFG 3 for 1000 AL is 105,897.43 and Standard cost of SFG 2 for 1000 AL is 94,550.00
May i know why the price difference account is picked up while doing the production of existing material SFG 3, when there is no such difference in development server. And no Price difference account in Quality server before introducing the new process?

MS Project 2013 - How to create a report filter to show Tasks Completed Last Week

I am attempting to create a report that can show all tasks that have been completed in the past week. When I create the filter I can find no inherent way for this to be done and I see no basis for the logic necessary to complete this in the other predefined
filters. Essentially I understand the filter tool enough to be able to display all completed tasks, what i am lacking is the syntax necessary to limit the results in the "value(s)" section of the Filter Definitions screen to only present the
previous weeks results.
Something like this would be ideal, but it does not seem to work "Start of the week is:"? -7d
Any assistance with this question would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Rod I am going to give this a try. I have a related question with regard to the Values that you can filter against. I attempted to attach a screenshot of the
filter definition for Tasks Due This week, but I am not verified so it will not allow for that. If you go to the view tab in Project 2013, select more filters in the data section, you can select the Tasks
Due This Week filter and select edit. In here you will see the values I am talking about. I am thinking that there has to be a way to change the value that is used
here ("Start of the week is:"?) to be that - 7 days. To that point I have not seen anywhere that these values (EXAMPLE: "Start
of the week is:"?) are defined, yet they are actionable in the application and are calculated values that the filter seems to understand. They
do not exist in the drop down for the values and I cannot find a list of all available values that MS Project will support.

Multi-select lists, their return values and showing their display value

I have a multi select list which is dynamic. The display and return values are pulled from a table where the return value is the Primary Key.
When people select a few options, the value is stored in session state as 11:12:13 (etc...). From here, I run these numbers through a process which takes a report ID and the multi-select string, and saves individual rows as Report_id, individual multi select value until there are no more multi select values.
This is great, they're tied in as a foreign key to the LOV lookup table, and they are easily search able.
I have trouble where I want to list a report's entire multi-select list. I have a function combine the numbers with a : in between them and RTRIM the last one, so I have an identical string to what a multi-select table uses. 11:12:13 (etc..)
When I assign it to display as an LOV in a report, it just shows the 11:12:13 instead of listing out the values.
Single number entries, where someone only selected one option in a multi select, display fine.
Am I doing this wrong?

Scott - you're right on the money. I did this initially because I thought assigning an LOV display value to a report column would yield the results I wanted.
I want to do this without referring to the original table... meaning I don't want a function to have to go out and get the names, I'd like my LOV assignment to do it. This saves headache of having to change something in 2 places if it ever changed.
Am I not going to be able to do this?
I created a test multi-LOV page, it doesn't work with original(not processed in my function) LOV assignments either, unless you only select one.

Bex report values are changing

Hi experts,
In the cube we are having a qty field value as 0.652, but in the bex report it is showing as 1. And if the value is 0.4152 it is showing as 0.
How to get the exact values those are 0.652 and 0.4152 to the bex reports.

The Values are getting rounded off for the key figure ... In the tab for key figures use display key figure decimal places upto three ...u may keep display as one digit keep the decimal part also then it wont be rounded... hope it helps

Crystal Report Images Not Showing - JSP inside /WEB-INF folder

Hi Experts,
I am using Crystal report for Eclipse and also using Struts2 and tiles framework combination.
The problem is when viewing the report all I've got is red X on all images and the graph image also not showing. This is when I use tiles and my jsp is inside the web-inf folder.
This is my struts link: href="s:url value='/report/reportOpen.action?report=1'
I've checked that the path to the viewer generated HTML is not correct. see code below.

But when I test to access a simple jsp viewer that resides on the web root folder, this works fine but of course this is not what I want to have. I need to have my banner and menus on top of the report page (using tiles)

After a few experimentation from your idea i was able to figure out the problem and now it is working.
I don't have to copy the folder to where my jsp resides but still maintains it in the root location: web/crystalreportviewers
The changes should always be in web.xml.
1st: change the crystal_image_uri value to ../crystalreportviewers
2nd: change crystal_image_use_relative value to "web"
Change to "web" instead of webapp because that is what I named my web root folder.
