S-User against Contact Person and installation no in table V_AINSN

Hi Guru
1.     We have assigned S-user which belongs to full authorization in SAP portal but when we maintained sap customer numbers in SPRO and choose activity generate sap customer numbers from support portal, the system automatically chose SAP-OSS as default value and when we submitted execute button and waited a minute, we have found that the system only getting SAP customer numbers in which belong to our sap customer number only and when we looked into table V_AINSNRS, we have found only 2  installation number which belong to our company without customer installation number that lead to the var system canu2019t automatically create customer business partner type organization and person when running the standard report.
Question: What should I do in this scenario ? Please advice
2.      When we have assigned s users for each message processors and assign to SAP customer no in t-code AISUSER
Question: Do the s users for each message processors have to create and maintain under our SAP customer number or actual SAP customer number from the customers? Please advice

while performing the activity  "generate sap customer numbers from support portal" in spro
have you set the "Generatee all " flag. If you do not set the flag, only the systems of the installations are included which you selected in the maintenance view V_AIINSNRS.
Please select the flag and try.
and for the 2nd query,
"If you manage several SAP customer numbers, and do not have overall (CCC) authorization for them, you must maintain the SAP customernumber for which each S user is authorized. The system can then get the S user for each SAP customer number. Activate the Business Add-In AI_SDK_SP_RFC_RP under the IMG node Several SAP Customer Numbers"
please check the the docuemt under SPRO ->Select refernece IMG->solution manager->Configuration->basic Settings->Wizard based initial Configuration of initial settings->Soluion Manager->General Configuration->Assign S-user for sap support portal functionality
read carefully and proceed.

    I am new to middleware and need some help with the relationship between ECC customers/contact persons and CRM business partners.
    We are transferring via bdoc this information from ECC to CRM.
    Which bdoc types are used when transferring customers/contact persons? I believe it is BUPA_MAIN but am not too sure. How is the relationship between customer its contact person transferred? Is this done through BUPA_REL? I looked at the segment fields in SBDM but am not too sure how to understand the relationship...

    Thanks! With the initial load, how do I check what fields are being passed in the bdocs?
    I tried to look for customer_main, customer_rel in SBDM  and couldn't find it. Instead I used BUPA_MAIN and found some segments but couldn't find all the data that was being transferred (e.g. customer name, address, etc...) Where do I find all the fields contained in the bdoc?
    I see them in SMW01 when I view the bdoc contents but can not find the actual structure (data fields) that are being brought in from ECC.

  • Contact Person and Business Address and Home address

    Could anyone explain me how Business and Home address are determined for Contact Person. Are this data stored with different person number for specific contact person? Is there any maintenance which tels which data should be copied to Business and Home address from Contact Person address data?

    Contact Person Info is maintained in the table KNVK.
    It is maintained through VAP2 transaction.
    When you assign a contact person to a Customer in XD02/01 the home and business addresses get copied from VAP1 (KNVK table).

  • All my contacts have suddenly disappeared!! I just changed my email exchange details as have changed my company and 5 mins  after that my contacts were all gone.!! am going through messages to understand the contact person and saving numbers.

  • How to assign contact person with user id to vendor via upload

    Dear All,
    We have successfully uploaded external business partner (Vendor) from ECC6 to SRM5.0  via BBPGETVD. So vendor is available in PPOMV_BBP.
    Now we would like to assign the contact person with user ID to this vendor so that he can logon to our system and update Bid.
    If we create contact person (employee) via "Manage Business Partner", system provides the option to create contact person and User ID under "Employee for Business Partner".
    But we can create contact person one by one, if our client have 600 vendors from ECC and already transferred to SRM.
    How to rapidly create and assign contact person to all vendors ?
    Who have any ideas for upload via text file or excel sheet please advice me.

    I have HR replicated org.struct.where central user creation was active
    I maintained Table T77SO for local user creation

    HRALX  HRAC      X
    Now i am able to integrate user thru users_gen in org.structure but system is not generation central person for the user
    I want to form the relation of this user as contact person of vendor , When i try to maintain it system is giving error user is not central person

    We are not using workflows
    My org.structure is HR Replicated and
    we want to use Bidding functionality
    So i need to create contact person for vendor to login to reply BID
    This contact person has to be locally created in EBP and should be integrated
    in Org.structure so by maintaining switches i could do so by using users_gen
    but since system is not generating central person CP when i am trying to create
    contact person for vendor through "Manage Business Partners" its stopping with
    error "Central Person is not created for Business Partner"
    How to resolve this,please help

  • Combined reports: activities and contact person related accounts

    Hello,
    I created a combined report that should show following things:
    Appointment data, all Related Users, all Related Contact Persons and the companies which are assigned to the Contact Persons (not the Appointment-related-Company!)
    I combined it by Activities and shared activities area. To get the account information I combined it also with contact person area.
    Now I have following problems:
    1. The accounts are not displayed in the same line as the rest of the informations. They are only under the Activity Informations and I don't know how to link these informations.
    2. One row is user and the second row is contact. If I have an activity with more contacts and more users, I get every contact shown for every user (some kind of douplicates). How can I solve this Problem?
    3. I need this report as a Pivot-Table, grouped by day. When I do this and put contact and user into the measures area I have no possibility to see more than one Contact/user per activity. Is there any way to measure text?

    Can anyone please help in solving this issue..

  • FM to read Sales Rep and contact person name

    Is there a function module that gets the corresponding name for the following:
    1. Sales Rep, obtained from VBPA-PERNR with PARVW = 'PE'.
    2. Sales Contact person, obtained from VBPA-PARNR with PARVW = 'CP'.
    If no function module exists, at least where to get the required text?

    Get the Name of the Contact person and the sales rep from the KNA1 or ADRC tables
    first get the Partner Number from the VBPA table with the respective Partner function and fetch name from KNA1
    or try/use the fun modules

  • Creating activity without referencing Account and Contact Person.

    Hello Experts,
    Our client has such a process, sales employee can perform unplanned visits and they record this visit just entering this prospectsu2019 telephone number and name surname.(without entering account ID as the customer data hasnu2019t been created yet in Sap CRM) They require this in SAP CRM as well.
    I have been looking for a way how can we manage this. When I create a visit the system asks for Account ID and Contact Person ID. My question is that is it possible to create a visit in SAP CRM without indicating contact person and account.

    Hi all,
    My requirement is to create a contact person for a given parnter. I found the FM  BBP_CREATE_CONTACT_PERSON,but not able to use it correctly. How to run this FM succesfully both in SUS and SRM systems? I am facing many issues with address and authorizations.I thought of enhancing the BAPI  'BAPI_IDOC_INPUTP'  to create contact persons and for that i thought of using the FM BBP_CREATE_CONTACT_PERSON. Please suggest me the solution.

    You can create the contact person in the log-in of admin user who has role
    SAP_BBP_STAL_ADMINISTRATOR
    FM BBP_CREATE_CONTACT_PERSON is correct. This is called by program BBP_VENDOR_CREATE_F01.

  • Error in person responsible when contact person is changed

    Hello PCUI fellows,
    we are using the PC-UI Opportunity and Activity Application in CRM 5.0 SP 8. We have set the option "roundtrip cs search" for the Fields Prospect(Opportunity)/Contact Partner (Activity), Contact Person and Person Responsible. This are the steps to reproduce the Problem:
    1. Create a new Activity
    2. Enter a customer name into Contact Partner and press enter
    3. get a list of companies matching
    4. choose one which also has contact persons.
    5. The field "Contact Partner is now filled.
    6. click on the F4 Help for the Field "Contact Person".
    7. The search is opened and "Search by relationship" is prefilled with the companies Account ID.
    8. Search and choose one of the contact persons
    9. The field "Contact person" is filled with the contact persons account id
    10. Press enter
    11. Now the Field "Person responsible" which was filled with the Users Name contains only "No address data".
    Does someone had a simmilar problem?

    Are you using the standard views or customized views?
    If you had maintained the customized Z views then try to maintain the F4 Help field assignment at fieldgroup level under CRMC_BLUEPRINT_C->Input Help -> Field Assignment for transferring values. Enter the field group name here.
    For ex : I have mainted the given entries for Leads Partner F4 Help.
    View  Field Name                            Result List Field                   Field in Hitlist

  • Activate Contact Person Functionallity in Vendor master

    Hi Colleagues,
    We have an issue with Contact Person functionality in Vendor master, specifically with his activation in order to use that funtion menu (Goto -> General Data -> Contact Person). Actually this command is missing in our  system.
    Customizing nodes about contact person (IMG -> Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Vendor Master -> Contact Persons) specify as mandatory requisite set the system as a Retail SAP System.
    We analized the information and executed report GETSYSDEF and the system showed message SYSTEMSWITCH016 "System is set as a manufacturing system"
    Our SAP system is a mySAP ERP 5.0 with component SAP_APPL level 0021.
    We have several doubts related above explanations:
    Is the system able to be customized as a Retail system without loose or damage some actual component (his functionality) as manufacturing system?
    Which is the procedure to follow in order to activate Retail SAP System?
    Is enough to make settings on IMG node "Activation Switch for SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set" flagging on application "EA-RET" or in other hand, there are other additional or different steps to make?
    I appreciate any help you can offer me. Thanks in advance.

    First thanks for your response.
    We don´t want to change manufacturing system for retail system, We try to find the way to add retail system to our actual manufacturing system only for get contact person functionality.
    We need to use that functionality on vendors at tx XK01 or tx XK02 / MK02, in order to link all vendor contacts making a validation of each one against a table Z containing prohibited values. If a contact person would exist in that table the system would show an error message.

  • SRM supplier user synchronization between SUS and productive client

    Dear Sirs, in our SRM environement the contact persons (and relative system users) created by suppliers in the auto-registration procedure, should be synchronized between SUS and productive client.
    (in our implementation client 150 and 330) .
    This sync mechanism should be valid also for lock-unlock status of the user and reset of the password,
    but in both cases it does not works (a locked user, manually unlocked from client 150 via SU01, is again locked in client 330, the same from 330 client).
    Could you suggest a solution or some checkpoints ?
    Could you provide some links for the configuration of this mechanism ? (we have seen only the SPRO node " Maintain Systems for Synchronization of User Data") ?
    I am not shure if XI is implicated or not.

    Maintain Systems for Synchronization of User Data
    In this IMG activity, you specify the RFC destinations to which user data from SUS User Management is replicated.
    In the Logical System field, you should enter the backend destination with which the user data should be synchronized when they are entered in SUS. On the basis of this information, the system determines the relevant RFC destination automatically.
    Specify the function modules for creating, changing, or deleting a user in the external system for each logical system:
    Function Module for Creating User: Function module that is called to create a user in the external system
    Function Module for Changing User: Function module that is called to change the user in the external system
    Function Module for Deleting User: Function module that is called to delete the user in the external system
    If this data exists, you can set the indicator Use Purchasing BP ID to use the business partner ID from the procurement system instead of the business partner ID from SUS.
    What are the settings maintained here ?

  • Qualifications Profile for Contact Person-PT

    I have assigned qualification to Contact Person -- Object Type "PT-Contact Person" but in transaction PPPD, I am unable to display Qualifications Profile for the Object "PT-Contact Person", while I am able to display Qualifications profile for other objects such as "Person"
    Message reads as follows:
    Unable to display a profile for object "PT" -- Message no. PQ213
    I am wondering if I am supposed to change any settings in order to be able to display Qualifications for Object TYpe "PT-Contact Person" or do I have to use a different transaction for this object type

    As per my knowledge qualification profile is displayed only for the object type "P" not for contact person or user even the same problem we faced but according sap help also for contact person you cannot display the profile.  please delete that contact person hire him for the same positon and again you can assign him as a contact person and do the qualification profile.  As per my knowledge these contact person and user is addition or you can see it is supporting to person so try with the person only.

    That is a nice option. You can achieve this requirement using Integration events also, but it require a huge web services development
    1.Create the integration event on create / Update SR
    2.Create a batch process to read that Integration event Queue,(Development)
    3.Use the outcome of Queue to get the changes and IDs (Development)
    4.Send the Automated mail by program (Development)
    5.Delete the Queue.
