Sales orders missing

Iam having 10 sales orders in the report but when iam executing the query its showing me only 8 sales ordes at the drill down i want to know what the reason may be for those missing 2 sales orders

Hi,
1.        What are the selections in your selection screen?
2.        Check if there is some personalization done on the selection screen
3.        Check Query Properties for 'Repeated Rows turned off' - turn it on
4.         Are these 10 uniques sales orders - maybe records are relevant to same sales orders and so are not showing up

I have an issue with MD04.
Purchase requisitions which created during Sales Order missing in MD04 are not appearing in MD04, but these are showing in ME5A. After MRP Run only PRu2019s are showing in MD04.
Requirement type used 511 during creation of Sales Order.
Please advise me if any config/ Master data is missing OR If required any enhancement.

Sales orders missing in MD04

Hi,
We have a specific issue where some of the sales order which are already confirmed but are missing in MD04.
We have not able to identify the reasons. For correction we are using the program SDRQCR21 which again displays the missing SO in MD04.
My question - What does this program do which causes reapprearing of SO in MD04? Is it updating some table etc.
What is SO related table through which SO information is diaplayed in MD04.

It is very difficult to establish what causes incorrect requirements.
There are some notes that fix bugs relating to incorrect requirements. Do a note search for SDRQCR21 + your support Pack; some of the hits returned may be fixing a program error that relates to yuor issue,
However, It has been my experience that user exits are almost nearly always responsible, so you should review all relevant user exits to see if they are having an effect.

Sales Order - Missing some values at Header

Hi all,
I have a sales order with item category TAQ. Two items go to one plant, and one item go to another plant. All pricing exist at line item level. However at header level, the net value only include net value of the one items in one plant. Net value of the sale order is missing the two items.
I don't understand how this happen. There are pricing calculations for all 3 items at the line level.
Would anyone have any suggestions ?

When you say pricing will be calculated at header level, do you mean at the finished goods level in sales order ?

If you are working on BOM scenario, then for TAQ the pricing will be calculated at header level only for Higher level item. for other items, item category must be different.

Sales order missing in table and document flow

Hi
This is my client sales process sales order-- delivery -- billing.
but when client check billing document flow ,found that some billing document don't have sales order no in document flow, checked in table as well but some sales order are missing but delivery and billing no's are there .
How to fetch missing sales order.

Dear Sanjit,
Though this is abnormal but possible.
You can check following scenario yourself in Ides or test system
Create one sales order using VA01
create delivery with reference to sales order before saving delete all items from delivery and enter same items again. and save the delivery.
Now go to VL02n and check the document flow of that delivery. you will find sales order reference missing.
It looks like delivery type LF is created without reference to sales order.
And if you check the document flow of sales order it show no reference delivery is created.
Actually once you delete items form delivery all the references also gets deleted and then you can enter not only same material but can enter any material, any quantity and you can do PGI and billing also, system will not stop you anywhere but you can not find the reference sales order.
The only possible solution i think is delete the delivery doc and create again.

mandatory check failed for order reason(reason for business transaction) of the business object sales transaction.
Any ideas on how to resolve the issue.

Did you make any settings for order reason in MSY -> Sales Transaction Settings -> Field Property Maintenance ?

Sale Order # - MRP element missing in MD04

Hi,
I created an SO with a material, for which planning was not done in MRP view. Later I changed the schedule line category from CN to CP in VA02. Then MRP run is carried out for that particular plant (1001) . IN MD04, i could able to get the details of that particular SO except the MRP element Data . SO # is missing.

Sale order no. is missing., say 3820. All the details of this SO is furnished properly in line, but the SO # column is blank. And to give you an extra detail, all other SO # for this particular material is displaying in its corresponding column.
In my observation, if some changes (like changing the schedule line category, order reason), doing such changes effects in displaying the SO # in MD04.
Pl do help me to display it and could anyone pl tell me what will be the reason for this blank column.

You will need to perform a rebuild of statistics with transactions OLI7, OLI8, OLI9.

Please check if note 380102 helps in this case. From the long text of the error message you can find out which charachteristic is responsible for the error message.

Error while processing sales order as factory calendar missing.

Let me introduce, I'm Daniel, and I saw your fantastic asnwer in
the topic "How to update Factory Calendar in SRM", and might I have the same
problem. It's with the "factory calendar".
In transaction va02 when I choose a Delivery Date, and I sent it to process, as
a result in the "shipping tab" it calculated to the first item one date, and to
the rest one date different. I don't know What it happen?
I debugged the program and I saw that to the first item use to calculate the
date is the function 'APO_SCHEDULING', and to the rest item use
'SD_SCHEDULING', and until here I come.
How can I do to what the dates calculated are the same? or What would be the
problem?
I need the dates calculated are equal.
I looked at it's using two "factory calendar" which are "J4" and "C2". Is this
correct?

Error:G/L account missing when saving Sales order

I will appreciate your input on this.
Whenever I try to save a Standard order for a particular material I get the error"G/L account missing. I have checked all the Account assigment settings and they are correct.
I faced this issue while creating an order for downpayments.This error occurs when we use the material of the kind "make to order".

First please check the customer account assignment group at your sales order header level and material account assignment group at your item level.
If they are ok then go to Environment->Analysis->Account determination
As you said the entries are ok in VKOA, so my guess is I think you have some condition type which is not getting the right G/L account.
Please check and revert with your findings.

G/L account no missing in sales order-issue

I am getting error: G/L account missing while saving the sales order.
It is available in incompletion log, when i choos that it is going to item conditions tab directly.
It seems related to VPRS condition type, because that sales order related to free goods sales order.
There is no pricing condition type, only VPRS condition type is thr.
Please help us to solve this issue. What would be the reason, is there any costing assignment required?

To analyse the cause of the error:
VA02 --> Key-in Sales Order No. and Hit "Enter" --> Double Click on to Sales Order Line-item --> Tab: Condition --> Sun-Tab: Analysis
on to next screen, For your Condition Type, check what condition records are missing.
This will help you to maintain Relevant Condition Record, to resolve error.
For Example:
In VKOA, G/L might not be maintained for Condition Type: KOFI/ KOFK.

Did u check your Quot. Determination has assigned to your salesorder transaction type
you have to assigned following quotation determination to ur sales order transaction type
     No Quotation Determination
E     Only at Item Level: Assign Immediately if Unique
F     Only at Item Level: Always With Selection Option
check Copying Control for Business Transactions

Variant price for one feature is missing -error in sales order

Hello Experts,
I am working on a SAP implementation project for a premier automobile company...
I have stuck on one point here in this project SAP is a back end system. So sales order will generated based on the interface feed from a legacy system.
We have Identified to have two different variant classes in SAP sales order. one will contained all vehicle specification, this will be used by PP for MRP and other variant class will have only optional features and all these features should have variant price in VA00 (maintained as pricing record) in pricing. if any of the feature don't have price then this sales sales order should through an error massage (we will customized this error message as per clients requirement)
Can any one suggest the relevant sales order user exit or any other method to do this check?

In standard procedure any component value of VA00 not picked by the sale order system doe's not show any kind of message.
Use exit MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK.take the help of ABAPer he will write the logic where the VA00
value missing in sale order system should through the error or warning and message which will illustrate the problem,according
to that user will check and maintain the price.

G/L Account is missing in item data in sales order with reference to quotation

Dear SAP Guru,
I have a problem in accordance with G/L Account missing sales order. Initially, please find the below lines.
1. If I do the sales order without reference to quotation there is no error in G/L Account missing.
2. If I do the sales order with reference to quotation there is an error that G/L account is missing in item data.
I have checked the VKOA, the settings are fine.
