SC attachment not transferred

Hi
can someone tell me why the attachment in the shopping cart is not transferred to the backend system.
In PR there is no attachment. What can cause this problem ?

Are you using ESOA or BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER ?
BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER do not support attachments. If you are using this report to transefer documents in your Plan-Driven Procurement scenario, it will not be possible.
In order to store shopping cart attachments in the backend system, must first activate the transfer by creating an active method and by setting the indicator for parameter CV_ATTACH_TRANSFER_ACTIVE in BA
BAdI BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK (for purchase orders) or
BAdI BBP_CREATE_REQ_BACK (for purchase requisitions).
Parameters:
CS_CTRL_ATT-TRANSFER_ACTIVE = 'X'
CS_CTRL_ATT-BE_DOC_TYPE = 'SRM'
CS_CTRL_ATT-BE_STORAGE_CAT = 'DMS_C1_ST'
Customizing
Backend:
1.) Transaction: DC10
Configure the R/3 Document Management System (DMS)
Document type SRM:
Note that no flags are set in any of the colums Details: Double click on SRM document type
Use KPro indicator. Enter 1 in the Number assignment field. Enter an internal number range interval. Maintain the number exit (MCDOKZNR)
-> Go to the Dialog Structure and double-click on the entry Define object links
-> Define the new object links EKPO and EBAN.
-> Maintain object link descriptions for;
-> EKPO(Purchase order item; Scr.no. 248)
-> EBAN (Purchase req. item; Scr.no. 247)
Define data carrier type "server, front end" Typy 'PC' double click "Identify frontend computers" should be set the default computer
2.) Transaction DC20
Define data Carrier type "server,front end"
-> Here make sure that there exist an entry "PC" with the path "C:\temp".
3.) Transaction: DC30
The workstation application
If the attachment is .doc, maintain and entry in column Appl.
(Workstation Application) with DOC.
Should have a entry by Appl-'DOC' for word documents, with the Description Winword.
"Define workstation application in network"
Workstation application: 'DOC' with the following entries:
Data carr.type : PC
Application type : 1/2
Path with prog.name : %AUTO%

Scenario 1
1.Create shopping Cart in SRM system with One attachment,

From the above all its understood that last attachmen is not transfered to SAP . In Scenario 1 last attachement will Only one attachment.
Its Strange issue, can any one face this sort for issue before, kindly let me know what could be the casue,

I am using SRM 7.0 and while i create an attachment in shopping cart and try to send it in ECC, the attachment is not reflecting .
Since we are using the latest version of SRM, we have used BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW
(Method IF_EX_BBP_CREATE_BE_RQ_NEW~FILL_RQ_INTERFACE.).
I have also gone through the below link and tried the implementation :

Also, all ECC configuration are in place. However things are not come in place. Only the details are reflected but the attachment is not reflected in ECC.
If anyone can guide the correct way in SRM BADI along with ECC configuration (just to verify) will be a great help.

Issue found with enhancement made by us in Class(SRM System). Same has been fixed. now its working, Thanks to all.

Services not transferred to CO

Hi All,
I'm an FI/CO consultant working in an organisation using IS-H and am learning on the job so apologies if this is an obvious question.
at month end we run transaction NCo1 in order to transfer the services which have been performed on cases over to the case based orders in CO. the output log of NCO1 shows some entries where there is no receiver order reference, and the activity is not charged to the case as expected. There are no messages in the error log for these cases so I am struggling to understand why the activity is not transferred to CO.
In the attached file is a screenshot showing the output from NCO1 with two ISH cases.
MANC004475 is linked to a receiver order in the case master data, but in NCO1 there is no receiver order and no services / activity is transferred to the case based order in CO.
MANC004476 is also linked to a receiver order in the case master data, and has receiver orders in the output of NCO1. Services and activity are transferred over to CO correctly.
Any tips or advise would be very welcome.

I was trying to understand what the error is, however I require more data to conclude something. But anyway here are just my thoughts which might help you (I hope so):
1. I would compare the CO order data which you can see in the case MANC004475 with the CO order MANC004476 data, whether there is a difference or not;
2. There is no a cost center associated with the requesting department MAN_PHY according to the attachment. Indeed there is no either for the second case, what makes me thinking there is a customer solution (in other words Z) in your system, because to the best of my knowledge you require to maintain a mapping between you organizational units in IS-H and cost centers in CO.

Attachment/Notes to Billing Milestones in Project Builder

Hi Friends,
Does any one experienced so far "attachment/notes" to billing milestones in project builder.
I will give more details so that it would be easy to go thorugh my question.
In project builder, expand billing WBS element which have milestones in structure area, select any of one of them staying in structure area, righ click on milestone which opens another screen which display so many options. for example notes, attachment etc.
My question here is that, is it possible to attachment documents etc to milestones?, if attached where we can see them.
Aslo in regards to notes, where do we see and who are the others users can see those notes, I mean, SD, Finance etc. Let me tell you. I tried to maintain some notes one billing milestone and could not see on SD or on billing document. I am curious.
How to activate to see those notes/attachments in PS so that data would flow to X-modules. What is required to activate such things so that PM in PS module can input his comments on billing related.

After attaching on right clicking on the milestone you get an option for attachment list where you can view the same.
in regards to notes, where do we see
You can view in the option where you maintain the notes.
who are the others users can see those notes
Whoever has display milestone authorisation.
I would like to mention one thing, the attachment which you are making by "Services for object" is specific to that object so it does not get carry forwarded to the relevant object.
We had a situation where in the technical specification attached to the material component in CJ20N should get carry forward to PR and then to PO.We accompolished this using DMS as it is a standard functionality in it.Because attachment through DMS works on the Object Link concept.Also in DMS the original attchment is stored in content server and only the link is referred in the object.
But in your case, you are using the "Services for object" which is utilising the SAP server itself, and here the original attchment itself is referred by the object and not the link.So it wont get transferred to the subsequent process object of different modules.Whereever you can display the object(milestone) you can view the attachments.

Why has my game not transferred from my old 4s to 5s

Free of Charge order: COGS (VPRS) is not transferred to CO-PA

Dear SD gurus
I have FOC order and I’d like to transfer its cost to CO-PA.
Initially, only delivery process exist, but I noticed that without
billing, data is not transferred to CO-PA.
So, we added billing process with no accounting doc.
But, condition type VPRS seems to be NOT transferred to CO-PA.
Is there any solution?

I have done a BADI implementation for ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST and when I try to convert a PR to PO using ME59N in ECC u2013 AFS System I am getting below error message.
Data from Business Add-In ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST not transferred.
I am trying to populate certain PO fields ( ekko and ekpo ) from PR fields. But the above error occurs when I update the Ex Factory Date manual that is EKPO-J_3AEXFCM.
I am updating this in the method PROCESS_ITEM and what I found while debugging is in the class CL_PO_HEADER_HANDLE_MM, in the implementation of IF_FLUSH_TRANSPORT_MM~START, the contents of field u2018my_iteration_countu2019 keeps increasing and becomes 10 and raises this error.
I read few of the related questions raised by others in this forum and understood that this can happen if I try to change the field that is disabled ( greyed) in ME22N. But this field that I am talking about is enabled.
I also tried to move my code of populating the field EKPO-J_3AEXFCM from the PROCESS_ITEM to the enhancement point just above the user exit EXIT_SAPMMO6E_018 but still it doesnu2019t resolve the error.
(We donu2019t want to use User Exit and hence we are trying with BADIs or enhancement point.)
Can anyone please help me with this. I also found an OSS note 1334046 but not sure if that can resolve my issue.

I keep getting the following message "some items (meaning all of them) were not transferred because iTunes match is enabled." when I try to drag and drop a playlist, song, or album to my iPhone. This was NEVER a problem before iTunes match or the last iOS update. So what is the deal? Why can't i just add music to my phone from the mac? There is space on the phone. The only way I have found to get the music i want to the phone is to have it download from the phone. This is not something i want to have to do: go through and manually add every album and recreate a playlist on the phone when its there on the mac. And, even more irritating, since the new update, when the phone is plugged into the mac i can't actually view from the mac what music is on the phone. This is incredibly frustrating and any help would be much appreciated in managing my music libraries for each device.

You cannot manually manage music with match turned on on your iOS device. If you want to manage music manually, you will need to turn off match on your iPhone.

If you originally downloaded it to a computer, yes. If you originally downloaded it to an iOS device, probably not; if you want to try anyway, use the Transfer Purchases function in iTunes.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. There is an option of embedding index for faster search while converting email to a PDF .
However I am not sure that will serve your purpose or not .
I would recommend you to get in touch with Microsoft support as well .
Meanwhile I'll work on it and get back to you in case I get a desired solution .
