Why I am getting this message when i try to add shipping point at item level in Quotation "Ship.condition 01 loading grp 0003 plant MCP1 StLoc not defined Message no.V1358"

check the following
Check your shipping conditions in sales order header shipping tab + loading group in material master + plant in sales order,
verify the same in OVL2, whether its mainatined or not.
1. Shipping condition maintain in Sold to party of ur customer master,
2. Loading group should be maitained for perticular Sales area and plant in Material Master for Sales: General/Plant Data.
3. Plant should be available in sales order
IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic shipping functions -> Shipping point and Goos receiving point determination -> Assign Shipping Points.In that determine the storage location, loading group, plant, proposed shipping point and manual shipping point.
Combination of Shipping Point Determination=
Loading Group - (1-Material Master Record)
Shipping COnditions (1- Sales doc type , 2- Customer Master Data - Sold to Party)
Delivering Plant - (1-Customer Material Info record , 2- Customer Master Record & 3-material master record)
If you have done Copy of existing Shipping Point & renamed it. Then all the shippig Point determination Combinations will be copied.
If not, then you need to maintain manually in Shipping point determination customization

Availablity check- Plant TAC is not defined

I created a sales order, since item was not available on the requested delivery date, it went to Availability check screen. On that screen when I Clicked "other plants" push button, it gave me the following error.
"Plant TAC is not defined".
However when I changed the plant on the sales order overview screen, I was able to change the plant. The item got confirmed and hence only one schedule line.
Why it gave the above error.

Yes, stock has been assigned to that plant.
In the sales document overview screen when I change the plant at line item row, system allows me to do so and after that, when I clicked the "item availability icon" it takes me to the availability screen. Now again on the availability screen when I tried to change the plant to the first plant it gives me the same error.
I am able to change the plant on the overview screen, but not on the availability screen.

Shipping point 01 loading group plant storage location not defined.

Hi All,
I have a unique problem where iam getting the above error when sales order is created using incomplete log.
I have checked all the settings related to Shipping point
in OVL2 Shipping point are assigned,
in OVL3 picking location is also assigned.
I have been searching entire SDN and help.sap.com for the above error for last three days and post a new thread.
Please help, points rewards.

First of all I am really happy that you have taken the trouble to find out a solution to your problem and since you were not able to get it, you had posted a new thread. Of late, this is very rare people searching the forum b4 posting.
Coming to your problem, go to customer master Sales Area tab and see in Shipping tab, what Shipping Condition is maintained. Ensure that the same is maintained in OVL2.
Similarly, the same for Loading Group. Normally, by oversight, people commit mistakes by maintaining differently which is not assigned in masters and this would have missed your attention. For example, you would have assigned 01 in customer master and in OVL2, you would have maintained 03.
Also, please ensure that in OVXC, you have assigned shipping point to your plant.

PGI Error with a 'Plant not defined' message

I'm getting an error message while PGI of a delivery document 'Plant not defined'. Not sure why we are getting this error message in the delivery.

Check In Vl02N _ outbound delivery . weither supplying plant & S. Loc assigned or Not.
If not Check the Sales Order also (VA02) supplying plant & shipping point assigned or Not.

Loading jquery ui - ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

I am following a simple tutorial to add dragging functionality to a composition.
I added this code to the creationComplete-event of the stage:

Questions:
* What am i doing wrong? Maybe its because JQuery UI is an AMD - Module?

The object-positioning issue is the following:
If i create some "static" Elements on the stage as DragElements and Targets and use JQuery UI for draggable and droppable functiononality it works fine.
But if i animate those Elements ( just a simple move-animation from outside the stage ) and then start dragging, the dragElements moves to a far away position, away from the cursor. this is due to css transformations in adobe edge in contrast to just using left and top properties in JQuery.
Do you have any suggestion to avoid this problem?

Sales from sales organization,0362 dist.chan. 02,plant OMNM are not defined

Hey All,
I'm facing an issue when creating an order and trying to input a material on it.
I'm receiving the above error when I try to insert this material...the material is extended to that combination and also the customer I'm using is created for that sales area. (div. 09).
Is there something else I should check?

Assign sales org and distribution channel to plant
Here you have to check whether your plant OMNM is assigned to the combination of sales organization 0362 dist.chan 02 in the activity assign sales org and distribution channel to plant
Also check whether the delivering plant is maintained in sales org data 1 of MMR
Also some other important checks
1.Check whether your customer and materials are created in the correct sales areas
2.T code VOR1 common distribution channels
3.T code VOR2 common divisions
4.T code OVAO combine sales orgs
5.T code OVAM combine distribution channels
6.T code OVAN combine divisions
7.T code OVAZ assign sales order types to sales areas
After all these checks please log off from SAP for a minute and the relog and test with a fresh order

CD albums in iTunes (12.1.2.27) won't load to iPad - gets file type not supported message

I just updated to iTunes 12.1.2.27 and synced to my iPad, but all of my CD albums that are in iTunes on a mac-mini (Yosemite 10.10.3) won't sync now. A sample message is:
"song title" was not copied because the file type is not supported by the iPad "my iPad name"
There where a hundred songs on the list. My iPad is on IOS 8.3. I have never had this problem before. Songs purchased from iTunes store are there, but not my own CDs.
Has anyone seen this problem before? What is the solution?

Problem solved! Apparently way back in November of last year I made a copy of the iTunes library on my time machine backup disk manually. I just created the folder on the drive. This was because I was updating the system and did not trust anything to work properly afterwards. The iTunes folder was sitting on that drive and iTunes (for reasons I don't understand) started using parts of it. I noticed this when I tried to play one of the songs from my CD albums. The backup disk would mount and spin up and play the song from there.
By the way the iTunes preferences were set to look at the iTunes library on my mac-mini system disk not the backup drive. Why it went to that backup drive I will never know. Anyway I renamed the iTunes folder to something else on the backup drive. Now when I play a song from an album it goes to the proper iTunes library (the one on my mac-mini disk). Subsequent to this fix a sync to the iPad copied my albums properly with no error.

Shipping condition mapping during Order load

Hi Experts,
I have two SAP systems A and B.
1. PO is created in A and sends over that to B.
2. It is required to pass shipping condition(VBAK-VSBED) from A to B. But shipping conditions used in System A are diff than B. so system B has to interpret A's shipping conditions.
3. Currently A is not passing shipping condition.
4. It is a ALE interface.
Here is my questions.
1. Which program/FM is required to be modified in System A?
2. Which program is required to modified in System B?
I have got confused with programs/FM's used to create IDOC's and Orders in the system, Can you throw some light on that as well?

Hi Anu,
I don't know what you support package level is but in the past the problem has happened due to the
errors described in the notes 1080181 and 1041284. If these notes were not applied in your
system please apply them and check if the problem still exists with a new data load
afterwards.

What is a shipping condition in customer master?

Kindly give some info about the shipping condition which we use for shipping point determination. Where and how it is configured in customer master?

shipping conditions:-

Ensure you have the correct Shipping Condition (XD02), loading group and 'plant' (MM02), and key-in the 'proposed shipping point'.

Ensure the Storage LocationL is correct in OLV3 for the 'above proposed shipping point'. Please, ensure Shipping Condition is correct.

Condition type MWST tax code A1 does not exist

I'm facing the problem while I'm releasing Billing doc to Accounting. This is the error
Condition type MWST tax code A1 does not exist
Message no. FF762
Diagnosis
When calculating tax, the system tried to determine the condition amount and the condition number from tables A003 and A053 using the specified condition type and tax code. However, no values were found there.
System Response
The specified amount cannot be posted in FI.
Procedure
Check the Customizing settings for the specified tax code. Check whether the validity period (possible with tax jurisdictions) is defined.
I have already checked FTXP, and the Tax Code is already there.
I have already checked the condition record, and it is already there,
Maybe I have missed something...?

1. Check in a previously created invoice, accounting document - the tax code? (FB03) is it A1?
   --> the tax code is A1
2. In VK12, MWST do you have other values of % tax (e.g. 0%). In a sales order, give appropriate Tax classification values for CMR, MMR so that MWST value = 0. Create invoice and check if you are getting the message
   --> in VK12 for Key Combination Domestic Taxes :

Delivering Plant.... as in Shipping Conditions

Hi Every one,
The shipping point is determined by the following,
1)Shipping conditions..from CUSTOMER MASTER RECORD
2)Loading Group ..from MATERIAL MASTER RECORD
3) and Delivering Plant...from SALES ORDER
My question is, what it means by that the system determines," the delivering plant of the line item in the SALES ORDER".
How the system determines" Plant" from the "SALES ORDER", as there is no "Plant" in the "SALES ORDER".

Hi there,
When you enter a material in a sales order, it is the plant determination that happens 1st.
Plnt is determined from customer - material info record VD51. If it is not maintined there, system will check for customer master record (sales area data --> Shipping). It doesnot find there also then system will look for material master --> sales general plant. System is sure to find the plant in material master as it will not allow you save MM01 without plant.
After plant determiantion, shippiing point is determined:
Shipping conditions (either from VOV8 --> shipping or from customer master --> shipping) / loading grp (material master --> sales general) / Plant (which is proposed from above process.
After shipping point, route determination happens.

No loading grp field

Dear all
I have a sales order for 12 items, wherein for 3 items shipping point is not getting picked. Shipping point is determined as follows : Plant (entered manually) Shipping conditions (CMR/defined) Loading Grp (MMR).
When I checked the MMR, I found that for these 3 items no Loading grp field exists (forget about the value, complete field is missing) while for other it exists. Infact there are some more fields that dont exist for these 3 items.
I am in a fix. How is that possible? Do i need to contact an ABAPer?

First go to MM01, select that material which is having the issue and select "Sales: General/Plant" view. Now see whether the loading group is flowing.
If not, go to OMS9, input 94 in "Field sel.group" and enter. There again double click on Loading Group and set the indicator to Reqd. Entry.

Shipping Conditions (VSBED):
General shipping strategy for the delivery of goods from the vendor to the customer.
You can define shipping conditions in your system which corresponds to the requirements of your company. You can specify a shipping condition in the customer master and in the vendor master.
The loading group, the plant and the shipping condition determine the shipping point that will be proposed by the system.
Apart from the country and the geographical region of the shipping point, the ship-to party and the transportation group, the shipping condition determines the route that the system proposes in the order for the delivery of the goods. In the delivery, the route proposal also takes the weight group into account.
Transportation Planning:
Transportation Planning is part of the Transportation Planning/Vehicle Scheduling (TP/VS) application and is used for medium to long-term planning. It enables the transportation planner to optimally distribute the available capacities for trucks, trains, ships, and planes. The aim of Transportation Planning is to load capacities in the most efficient way and reduce costs. Most customers currently rely entirely on external shipping companies to carry out an optimal transportation of goods, which means that punctual and cost-effective deliveries are a high priority.
