Smartform Mail Sending via Action profile

Hi,
we have a big problem, because our sended emails going into customers spam filter. We hava SAP CRM 5.0 and we send the emails via action profile.
For that we use the standard for sending smartforms via action profile. Follwing problems are occured:
1) email recipient is fill only in the cc field, not in the to field of an email
2) the subjet ist the sam as the dcument name
3) the emial is sended without text only whith attachment
So my question are:
how can i customize that the email is wirtten in the to field and how i can change the subject of this mail.
Is ist possible to add a text to the email? Maybe not, but than we could add a disclaimer in the mail hub - so my firts questions are more importent for me.

To manipulate the subject Refer   Note 895550 - Name of Smart Form used as e-mail subject 
Im not sure why the email recipient is in CC instead of To. Please check your Action settings. How are you determining the recipient? if it's by partner function, it should automatically be filled in To field.
Smartforms can be sent either as Text or pdf attachment. This is controlled globally in SMTP settings in SCOT. I believe you can choose attachment option and also add some text by manipulating the Action class.

    In one of the business requirement we need to trigger the Mail froms to users & customers with survery & questions attached to the mail form.
    Can we trigger this Mail form using Action Profile? Or Is it only the smart forms that can be triggered using Action Profile?

    Typically a Mail Form can be triggered from an Action attached to a Business Transaction.
    The Action Profile is configured with the Transaction Type standard maintenance via SPRO-IMG.
    Action Profiles and Actions are configured under SPRO-IMG for CRM "Basic Functions-Actions".
    You will need to create/adjust an Action Profile and an Action within this to meet your needs, then Define Conditions for the Action to be triggered.
    Refer to SAP Help for more content on this, you can also refer to the Best Practice guides for SAP CRM as they step by step logic for setting up.

  • Error while saving a smartform in pdf with action profile in service order

    Hi experts,
    I have a problem in saving a smartform which is converted in pdf.
    WHat i m doing is.
    The action profile is configured with new Z class and Z method. CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER and CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM.
    But when i click the button in the Order, i m able to save the pdf in local drive, but an error is coming in the Order page(at the bottom) "Action could not be executed successfully".
    The action has been setup with "Printonly" and "Smartforms print" in customization.
    I have a dount whether, this action Printonly is only to print the smartform ??? Or can we use just to save the smartform in pdf.
    But when i remove the pdf conversion and save dialog and try to print it directly, Its printing the smartform. No errors are coming.
    But guys, please help me on this. I have tried all the tricks i know.
    I just want to save a smartform in pdf with action profile configured.

  • Prob in PO smartform mail sending

    Dear  all,
    We are facing prob at the time of PO smartform  mail sending.
    Issue is if in vendor master if in general tab there is option to mantain mail id.
    if i keep blank than mail is not going this is right.
    but our requirement is if in general tab email is not maintained than also we have to check in contact person tab in vendor master
    there is tab called partners details if mail id maintained in partners than mail should  shoot.

    Just find an exit and populate the mail id based on your logic,
    or if you are using WF just chip your logic in one activity.

  • Send Smartform Email via Action Profile

    Hello,
    We have an Action Profile with a few actisn athat a workign perfectly.  I have added a new action to send  smartform via email when the the transaction is saved.
    The Action profile is set upfor object type BUS2000115(Quotation) with the context class of CL_DOC_CONTEXT_CRM_ORDER.
    I have set up the Smartform Email action processing as follows:
    Permitted processign type fo Action - Smartform Email
    Mail Settings:
    Form Name                       YC3_SF_CRM_COMM_QUOTATION_V7
    Processing Class              CL_CRM_BP_UM_PROCESSING_PPF
    Processing Method           UM_EXEC_SMART_FORM
    Archive Mode                    Mail only
    there is no schedule or start condition as it is not required.
    When I Save the Quotation nothing is getting triggered.  If in the Quotation I Preview output and select 'Email Quotation; I get the message 'Smartform Error'.  Is there a way to debug the message further ?  I'm assuming this is the SAP standard method of achieving Smartform email as Pdf attachment, are some steps that I have missed ?

    The Processing class and Processing Method seem to be incorrect.
    Use the below;
    Processing Class  : CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
    Processing Method: CRM_ORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM
    You can always refer to standard action profile for Quotations to see what SAP has delivered.

    Me sending service Quotation to customer as email by using action profile. problem facing here is, while sending email, sender name is going sy-uname so i was trying to set some default name in From address of mail body. Actually standard class and method which i used for this process is  "CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER=>CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SMART_FORM" . In this method signature is_mail_sender is empty while processing and this parameter is used as importing parameter while calling FM "Function_Name" . Can any one give me some idea how to do this  customization.

  • Mail sends via Hotspot connection but not when connected to wifi

    Hi guys and girls,
    Really hope you can help. I have the new iPad 3 wifi only. When connected to wifi at work, home or a friends I can recieve mail absolutely fine however if I reply or try to send an email it will not send and I recieve an error message.
    However, if I disconnect from the router at work home or at a friends and turn my iPhone into a hotspot using 3G network and connect my iPad to this then mail sends perfectly??
    Any suggestions would be great!

    Who is the email account provider for this email account and does the email account provider have an authenticated SMTP server?

  • Send Form made in CRMD_EMAIL via action

    Hi all,
    I've created an action that creates and mails a Smartform once the transaction is error-free and saved. This works fine, but I would like to mail a Mail Form instead of a Smartform. When I replace the Order Confirmation-smartform with one I created in CRMD_EMAIL in the action, it does not execute the action anymore. I get the following errors:
    Form Z_TEST or function module for form does not exist
    Document not sent to
    Action could not be successfully executed
    In which Z_TEST is my Mail Form (CRM Form). The Message No. is SPPF_MEDIA015.
    Can someone tell me if and how I can solve this? Is there another method I should use instead of Smartform Mail in the action, or does this have to be written?

    hi,
    i am trying to send smartforms via email using action profiles and i would like to know if anyone has any document or know any steps to do the same. i have created the smartform and i created the action in an action profile. i selected the option "Smartforms Mail". and i have mentioned my smartform in it.
    I have previously worked with action profiles to trigger workflows which sent a mail. That was relatively easier as i could mention that the mail be sent to my mailbox. But in the smartforms option, i dont know how to give the instruction that it be sent to my mailbox.. is there any place i can set it? The action is not person dependant and is done whenever saving a document.
    Please guide.

    Hi Nisha,
    As u worked on Action profiles, i recommend u use action profile with permitted Process type as Smart Forms Mail to send the mails which contains the data in Smartform u created.
    Use below mail setting
    Form Name              (u r ZSmartform)
    Processing Class      CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
    Processing Method    CRM_ACTIVITY_EXEC_SMART_FORM
    Archive Mode            1 Mail only User
    In Action definition details u can mentioned the Processing time, Partner dependent for action to who u want to send the mail, further in action condition using schedule and start condition u can set the criteria to mail trigger.

    hi Itty,
    based on my knowledge and experience, there is 2 ways for sending a smartforms via mail in action, ie :
    1. using smartforms mail
    2. using method.
    for option 1, only can be send to one target only. therefore usually i used the option 2.
    in option 2 basically you create an implementation class from defenition class EXEC_METHODCALL_PPF.
    the implementation class basically just a program, so in this implementation class you can get all the partners in the partners tab using function modul CRM_ORDER_READ and get all recipient mail, generate the smartforms and send it as attachment to all mail target.

  • Did someone send spam through my iinet mail account via my Mini Mac?

    I am very annoyed with iinet. They locked me out of my email account with no warning or explanation. All my important mail comes via that account and has done for 6 years. Imagine all the places that need to use my address to contact me - dozens and dozens.
    I rang them and they claimed my email account and computer have been 'compromised'. I have a Mini Mac, 10.5.8 and a 2011 Macbook Pro. I use the Mail programme and my messages are deleted from the server immediately.
    Is this even possible that my Mac has got a trojan? They have not sent me an iota of proof that spam was sent from my email account or my computer. But they claim their tech department traced the spam mail to my IP address. I just can't believe this.
    Their solution is to make me change my password. As I believe the spammers are only spoofing - adding my email address to the 'sent' field - not hacking - I won't do it on principle. This is what iinet wrote. Please advise me how to respond because I am not changing my password if they are just being silly.
    I understand that this is frustrating and a bit hard to understand. The processes involved with tracing issues like this are not easy and we have to stop all possible spam or compromises working its way through our network so no damage can be done.
    Below is a basic outline of what happens:
    1.            Operations Centre (OpCen) discovers spam or a compromise.
    2.            OpCen trace the IP back to a username.
    3.            The customer’s account is locked and active internet session terminated.
    4.            OpCen create a PTS task outline the issue.
    5.            CC contact the customer and confirm all threats have been removed.
    6.            CC create an ETS work request (WR) advising the steps taken to prevent future incidents.
    7.            The WR is reviewed and the customer’s account is unlocked by OpCen.
    For whatever reason our OpCen team have traced your IP to your username and have followed our usual procedures to stop this from affecting our network.

    Internet Service Providers needs to be forewarned, users frequently get spoofed about spam.  Shutting down their account due to suspected spam only weakens their reputation as an Internet Service Provider.
    Spoofing can make legitimate e-mails look like spam simply by editing the reply-to address on your e-mail.
    Sadly, spam e-mailers harvest legitimate e-mails by infecting various Windows machines and servers and grabbing addresses off their addressbooks.    People who mass e-mail you for legitimate purposes may actually be the harbingers of this problem because someone on their mass e-mail list may have the spam virus.  The way you can prevent it is:
    1. Never publish your genuine e-mail on any website that doesn't securely hide it.  That includes Apple Support Communities postings.  You can edit your Apple Support Community preferences to hide your actual e-mail address in the profile (which I see you've done!).
    2. When the recipient of a mass e-mail from a friend, tell them to only use BCC in their future mass e-mails.  
    3. If sending mass e-mail yourself, do it only from an account you can afford to be bombarded by spam, or be spoofed.
    4. Encourage the use of mailing lists that don't publish a person's e-mail, including social sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
    5. Inform internet service providers that by setting up blacklists, they end up unintentionally making a file whih if compromised on an insecure machine, can backfire, and only create more spam.  Any internet provider blacklisting you is doing just that.

  • Style is  lost  when smartforms is sended by mail

    I have done a smarfoms which I have  added a style. When I see the smartforms I can see it well, with his caracters in colors, etc. however when smartform is sended by outlook  2007 mail ,  the smartforms just  appears without style.

    By default, the email is sent with format "RAW", which is text based. However one option you could try is to change that to "HTM" in the PROCESS_BBP_BID_MAI_BCS method of the class for processing email outout. (This configuration can be found in SPRO SRM server > cross application basic settings > set output actions and output format > define actions for document output.)

    The business context links emails sent manually from the e-mail function on the navigation bar, but automated emails that are sent using email actions (post processing frame work u2013 actions and action profiles), donu2019t get linked to the service ticket.

    It's difficult to do more than guess when you don't say what version of OS X or Pages you're running, but if you're on the latest, have you tried the Share menu -> Send via Mail command?
    If that doesn't help, you may have better luck if you ask in the Pages forum:

    The add annotations field shows as not allowed in the security options. So how do I send this form back with the changes??

    I think you you need to click 'save' first, then it is saved to acrobat, where it will prompt to send.
