SMQ1 in R3?

Dear all
We are using R3 4.7 and CRM 4.0 with middleware functionality.
In T-Code SMQ1 in R3 i am getting so many below queues daily.
R3AD_ACCOUNTING
R3AD_OBJCL
and the status of all Queues are " WAITUPDA".
What it means? and what are these Queues?

Hi,
There are two notes that you may want to check, 765236 and 430980.
The R3A*, on SMQ1 in R3, means that an initial load or request is created in CRM, for some reason, that request is not successfully completed. And because of that, other queues, maybe waiting for that request fo be finalized, before updating, so that the data integrity could be maintained.
In the OSS note 430980, you can read the following "
"5. The status of the outbound queue is WAITUPDA or the status text reads "Transaction recorded (LUW with update records)": This problem can only occur if an update termination occured previously. A solution for this problem can only be provided by the respective application component in which the update terminated. If it is not clear in which application the update terminated, in the outbound queue you can find out as follows for which adapter object the error occured: Double-click the user name of the outbound queue entry to be checked to branch to the detailed display of the queue entries. There, you find the object class four lines below the text 'O B J E C T _ C L A S S' and the name of the adapter download object four lines below the line 'O B J E C T _ N A M E'."
You may need to check ST22 to see if there is a dump there, that is preventing the first request to finalize in a good way.

When we create a BP in CRM , The BP Queues R3AUBUPA* has are stuck in SMQ1 in CRM with status SYSFAIL . The detailed Error description is " Function module "CRM_BUPA_BDOC_MAP_NUMRANGE" not found"
We have already maintained the following entry in table CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU in CRM with call indicator set.

Do we need to maintain this FM somewhere else?
Help us to solve this issue.

Sysfail status in SMQ1

Hi
I have sysfail error in tRFC and qRFC (SM58 and SMQ1) Error message with function module not found and exception raised .Scenario is from ECC-XI-Third party system.
Checked for dumps in SAP XI where in I could get the following message " Error in ABAP Program "SAPMSSY1"and the program is terminated Probably due to an error in program .this is a standard Program and moreover this interface has run successful till april end
Please let me know your suggestions to clear off the sysfail status

How to get back Queue name in SMQ1 when Data source is present in RSA7

Hello Friends,
Its very urgent issue.Please provide me your valuable solutions.
1) I have Queue name in SMQ1 and Data source name in RSA7 are present for particular Data source in CRM source system. I deleted Queues in SMQ1 and they present in RSA7 so whenever I do changes in Data source record that changes i can see in RSA3 and DB table but I can't able to see that changes in RSA7.
2) That Data source is Delta enabled and Initialization also set for that.
3) when i do delta scheduling no records are coming in BI side.
Please tell me how can i get back my Queue in SMQ1 and get changes reflects in RSA7 data source also.

Message failed in SMQ1: XIAFUSER Password no longer valid

hello
i am having scenario where a sender file adapter picks the file and pushes to the BPM.
but when i checked in SXMB_MONI-> PE, i could see message status "Scheduled on the outbound side"
When checked in SMQ1 it gave me SYSFAIL error in the queue.
The error is "Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attempts" for XIAFUSER for function module "SWF_XI_MSG_RAISE_EVENT" at destination "WORKFLOW_LOCAL_500".
i checked the destination is fine. also the XIAFUSER is the service users and hence its password never expires or changes.

hi,
XIAFUSER password is not expired it is locked because of too many failed attempts, ask your basis to release the lock or reset the password. this shd solve your problem.

BPM scenario: error in SMQ1

Hi friends,
i have created a basic and simple scenario using BPM. i'm sending a xml file and receiving the same file without any transformation. but i'm getting SYS FAIL error in SMQ1. error is "password logon no longer possible. too many failed attempts".
more details of error table:
user:PIAFUSER
Function module: SWF_XI_MSG_RAISE_EVENT
Destination: WORKFLOW_LOCAL_001
program: SAPMSSY1
i checked for the user PIAFUSER and its not locked.
Note: other scenario which is not using BPM (text file to xml file) doesn't have any problem or error and working properly.

Problem with SMQ1 to Delta Q

hello ,
We are facing the problem of transferring the data from SMQ1 to RSA7 for application 03 .
Rootcause - Because at the moment there are 2 million entries and the job is getting aborted due to memory call . The job is failing at the time of selection parameter when accessing the data . I have checked and found out the table TMCEXUPD , where number of document has been set as 000000 for application 03 . It means , the program is trying to access all the data from table , and due to bigger data set it is failing .
Is there any custmizing way way where I can eidt this table ?

How to save Outbound Queue(SMQ1) to SMQ1?

Hi All,
I just want to know is there a way that we can save the SMQ1 queue to SMQ3?
My scenario is say ECC <--> PI <---> Third party , i have queue name HR_1 in SMQ1 with 10 entries .
I have processed the first entry and in PI it got error for this first entry, left in HR_1 with 9 entries in SMQ1.
so i want to reprocess the 1 entry again from ECC and i want to save the 9 entries from SMQ1 to SMQ3.
after processing the first entry from ECC again , then i want to process the 9 entries from SMQ3 to SMQ1 and to PI
Is this possible?

Deleting an outbound queue SMQ1

HI,
Can you please verify, is it ok to delete an outbound queue in smq1? The situation is, we have tried a delta load but we already aborted it since it is not needed anymore. But when we check on smq1, the queue is still there and it's status is running (transaction executing). What will happen if that queue will be deleted? will it cause data lost? Please help. Thanks!

Hello Mike,
This shouldn't be a problem. And there won't be any data loss. however you might see additional table entries in your CRM or ECC(depending on what was the destination) for the LUWs that were already processed in your delta load.
Apart from that , no issues

Error showing in CRM SMQ1

I have faced a problem in the CRM Order when it is saved and transfered to SAP R/3 it showing one error in SMQ1 as StatusSYFAIL messageScreen does not exist.
I just to know the <b>detailed procedure for debugging</b> so that i will check both in CRM as well in SAP R/3 .
I found that for this the generated document in CRM showing one message in the status bar as ''Document being distributed change not possible".

Hi Deb,
CRM order display this error until the response comes from R/3 that the uploaded sales document is processed in R/3 successfully.
Go to the CRM transaction SMW01 and see what is the error displayed by the Bdoc. I think you should be able to understand the error. If not please let me know the error, so that we can debug further

SMQ1 deletion problem too much time larger queue

Hi Experts
We have to delete Queues from SMQ1, the problem is the data volume is huge in queues and system is taking too much time to delete these queues.
To delete 122000 records it took 4 hours to delete the queue from SMQ1.
Problem is we have to delete total of 51,48,000 records in total and one queue has huge data that is 26,10,000.
Is there any solution to fasten the process of deletion or any work around SMQ1 to delete the queues faster.
We are deleting queues in live system I mean the production system is up and running.

Hi Navnet,
Use the report RSTRFCQDS to delete the particular queue of SMQ1.
The report should check the inconsistencies between the tables:
TRFCQOUT, ARFCSSTATE, QREFTID and ARFCSDATA, therefore it will take time.
The fastest way to delete them is: you use a sql tool to delete all the entries in TRFCQOUT, ARFCSSATE, QREFTID and ARFCSDATA. In this case, you also delete the entries in SM58 (tRFC).

Generation of Alerts for errors in SMQ1 and SMQ2

Dear Experts,
When messages get stuck in queue (SMQ1 / SMQ2) due to some error, we donu2019t get any alert notification (E Mail) from system. Normally we get below mentioned errors in SMQ1 or SMQ2.
1. Permanent error in BPE processing.
2. Error while accessing table.
Can you please suggest how do we generate alert notifications for the above errors in SMQ1 and SMQ2.

SMQ1 DESTINATION NONE for 2LIS-Structurs 03, 11, 12, 13

we are trying to extract deltas for the 2LIS-Structurs 03, 11, 12, 13. The init load has already work fine. But the delta doesnt work. We checked SMQ1 and the entries for the destinations are "NONE".
We tried the same for the 2LIS_02_HDR/ITM/SCL and the entries for the destination is the BW-System and the delta works.
What is wrong with the 2LIS-Structurs 03, 11, 12, 13?

Hi,
do you see entries in MCEX03 (resp the others) and not in BWCLNT2LIS_03_BF?
This means that you have to schedule the collective update job for this application;
Goto LBWE with 03 (resp the other appl) and hit the job control; maintain print params (even dummies with LOCL) and then schedule your job on a regular basis in order to pass your outboundQ changes to the BW delta Q.
After one run you should see already LUWs in SMQ1 under your application; then RSA7 will show you the data.

Urgent(Issue in RSA7 and SMQ1)

We have two data sources 0CRM_OPPT_H and 0CRM_OPPT_I are in RSA7 and
we deleted queues manually for these data source in SMQ1. Whenever we
dochanges to records related to these data sources that changes we can
able to see in RSA3 and Data base tables but there is no change in
number of records in RSA7 and no Queue created automatically in SMQ1.
We reinitialized the data source and scheduled it. We can able to
see records when we do Init scheduling and zero records for Delta
scheduling even after we did some changes in CRM side records. Delta is
not picking up in BI side and we are not able to see that changes in
RSA7 and also SMQ1 for these data sources in CRM side.
We are testing this issue in QA and DEV which are SP14 upgrade
systems. We tested in staging which is SP9 system; here I deleted
Queues related to these data sources (0CRM_OPPT_H and 0CRM_OPPT_I) in
SMQ1 and automatically the data sources deleted in RSA7. We
reinitialized the data source and scheduled it. We did some changes to
records related to these data sources and we can see the entries in
RSA7 and SMQ1.

Whenever you make a change in a Delta Datasource, after you reactivated and replicated in BW, the only way to reflect the changes in the queue is to reinitialize it.
If you're planning to reinitialize, it doesn't have any impact if you delete the specific queue in RSA7... However, it's always a good practice to have those queues emptied before making any changes so you don't leave behind records with errors. But that has to be done before the changes.

SMQ1 NOSEND Status

I am performing delta on the datasource 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I from CRM system into BW. Although delta records are flowing into BW, the queue from SMQ1 in CRM system is not getting cleared. The queue remains in the status NOSEND.
How do I clear the queue from SMQ1? Am I losing any data? Any help is highly appreciated and would be rewarded with points.

If its your PRD system dont delete anything its a loss of data.
If you find QRFC in nosend mode try to activate them again. You can also try tcode SMQR or SMQS for inbound, outbound queues.
QRFC are configured with DIA work process, so it might possible all work process got occupied at that time.
To find out cause check SM50,SM66 for status of Work Processes ,SM21,ST22, DB01,SM12,SM37 for any long running job.
