SRM-Empty receiving date propriety for shopping card confirmation Emails

Hello Experts,
We have SRM V7
We are facing an issue when user confirm a shopping card via email.
In fact when he validate the request the sent confirmation is stored in outlook with propriety receiving date = None.
As far as I know the mail generated by SRM application must have a valid "send " and "receive" date/time.
We don't know if we are facing an outlook issue or an SRM issue.
Do you have an idea about this issue and how to solve it?

This is just unacceptable, and if this was my purchase I would be equally upset. If an employee promises a call to a customer they should be making that call, and you should have been given an accurate explanation as to why these deliveries were being rescheduled.
The only times a BestBuy.com order would be automatically cancelled by us would be if it was set to be picked up in one of our stores, and it wasn’t picked up in a timely manner; the only other time would be if an order was on backorder for a period of time without the customer requesting us to extend this backorder.

    Hi Vinod,
    Depending on the documents you wish to transfer there may be several ways that they can achieve this.
    1. Set up middleware to map your legacy format to SRM format then call BAPI (SRM) to create the documents (this is a consulting project).
    2. Use the (purchasing documents) upload/download functionalities provided by SRM. The upload/download functionalities support Excel tab-delimited format. You have to ensure that you conform to this file structure. You can get more information about this at http://help.sap. com/saphelp_srm2007/helpdata/en/45/f725350ce02312e10000000a11466f/frames et.htm .
    Whatever you wish to do here amounts to an "integration project" which requires a consulting solution which is why you would not find a document clearly outlining how to do it. Hope that helps.

    Is there a utility available that can be used to easily create sample data files for use when testing P Card functionality? We will be using the USBank/Visa file format. Generating enough sample data is time consuming especially in the volumes we need.

    the plan is to cover all the training materials.. BPC420, 430,440 in next 2-3 weeks if possible. Though Immediate need is to learn planning .
    Looking at SAP training support files (I have course material) or any complete case study data which I can do from scratch.. I have just been doing it for 3-4 days.. already understand the basic stuff.. Pretty comfortable with SAP ECC & BW (both technical and function stuff)..

  • SRM 7.0 Modify POWL for shopping cart - Additional Field PR

    Hello,
    in standard POWL for Shopping Cart it is possible to filter Carts with "Order No. from ERP".
    Now we need also to add a new search field for "Purchase Requisition", that the user has both possibilites to filter for backend follow-up documents.
    How could this been done?
    Do we need to copy and change the feeder class for this or can is be done via Customizing?
    I think the problem is, that in table BBP_PDBEI there is only one column for backend-document number (BE_OBJECT_ID) and next to is there is a column that defines the BUS Type, e.g. order or PR.
    Do we need to adjust the feeder class to look in this table for the BE_OBJECT_ID with "BUS2105"?

  • SRM 7.0 Custom Fields for Shopping Cart Item

    We are upgrading from SRM 4.0 to 7.0. Can you please help how to migrate the custom fields logic. We created fields in following shopping cart structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CST_SC and INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CST during upgrade. IncludesINCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SC and INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF already have fields from SRM 4.0 Implementation. In SRM 4.0 BADI BBP_CUF_BADI_2 was used to populate values. In SRM 7.0 we tried to use Enhancement Spot /SAPSRM/BD_PDO_FIELD_EXTENSN that has BADI's /SAPSRM/BD_PDO_FE_FILL_HEADER and /SAPSRM/BD_PDO_FE_FILL_ITEM in it. During shop transaction these BADI's are not getting triggered. Is this the right way of populating data or do we need to use Webdynpro Enhancement concepts of custom views to populate custom fields .

  • SRM 7.0 Modify POWL for shopping cart check status screen

    HI Experts,
    The standard settings in check status for SC in SRM 7.0 is to display the sc with item level. This causes the SC number to be repeated (for no. of items in SC) and all links open the same SC in a new window.
    We want to display only the header of SC and no item data should be displayed in check status.
    I tried
    SRM Server->Cross-Application Basic Settings->POWL and Advance Search->Adjust POWL Layout,search criteria and push buttons----choose feeder type SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC -double click field catalog-choose ITEM_DESCR, ITEM_NO, ITEM_STATUS---CHOOSE display and select HIDDEN COLUMN radio button.
    This hides the corresponding columns but duplicate records are still showing.
    Can some one please help?

    Hi NM,
    After performing the steps in first post for hiding item relevant fields you can filter the data displayed in the result by using the BADI  /SAPSRM/BD_POWL_CHNG_SEL_RSLT .
    In the BADI Delete the records from result internal table where SC num is repeated so that thers only one entry for each SC.
    Let me know if it works for you or not.

    As you might have to know there are in EBP 5.0 relatively less Query Reports or advanced search options.
    Therefore I have planed to develop a custom report which comes up to
    some special expectations. For this I need some hints and your support because I don' know exactly
    where to get some information . Or do you think it is possible to achieve this with existing Function Modules
    in EBP like BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST ???
    - All SC "have not yet ordered"  or are "Awaiting Approval"
    - what is the current status of SC ?
    - Who is the next approver or SC has already been ordered

    i think that all the infos which you desire should come from SRM and not from Back-End, isn't it?
    In this case you can launch from GUI transaction bbp_pd, bus2121, in order to see the tables where are stored some infos needed by you about ShC. With this infos i'm sure you are able to create Queries
    About existing FM: check via se37 all bbp_pdget FM. There you can find something

  • SRM portal: Cannot start transaction for shopping cart -wizard

    Hello All,
    User is not able to access the Shopping cart-wizard in EB portal, user has updated the internet  explorer to internet explorer V7 still he is not able to access.
    When user clicks on Shopping cart-wizard he gets the following error "Cannot Start Transaction**
    *The internet transaction server could not start the transaction "BBPSC02"* .
    Please let me know how can I resolve this issue.
    Have checked the attributes for this user it is maintained to access portal, all roles are properly assigned.

    You could try disabling IMAP on your email client website and then adding a POP account for your email on your phone. I know GMAIL allows you to disable IMAP on the website.

    Since installing OS X Mavericks I have been receiving multiple notifications - sometimes two or three - announcing the arrival of a single email message. Is there any way to adjust the setting so that I only receive one notification per email or message?  Now a vital problem, but kind of annoying. Any advice would be much appreciated.

  • Received iPhone 5 (UK) tracking number, confirmation email and text. Number not working in UPS. I pre-ordered at 9:30am 14/09/12 in UK. Anyone else having this trouble?

    Can anyone tell me what they think might be happening here with UPS?
    Is it because it takes a while for UPS to get the tracking number on the system...?
    It's a bit stupid to provide a tracking number so soon, if tracking isn't even available yet. Doesn't make sense!

    Yeah im in the exact same position, apple said it's shipped and showed tracking numbers on their website but the ones I saw were invalid tracking numbers for UPS(10 characters), I then phoned Apple and the lady their gave me the actual tracking number(18 characters) which was a pre-signed number meaning it had not been activated on the UPS system, she said wait till tomorrow(20th) or Friday morning and it will be activated.
    I'm personally pretty sure it will be activated sometime tomorrow.

    This error is happening in production system but it's not giving any error in quality system.  Quality system is working fine.

    It is custom error message. however what is venture 199330 - is it account data in your shopping card. check it up if what is venture ? hope that it is some thing on finacial term like fund center, cost centre. check it up with your business team.

  • Request for Credit Card krrps happening every 30 mins

    I receive a request for credit card information every hour at least which my Trend virus blocker kills. This only happens when Firefox is open.

    I believe i can fix this for a some of you out there. The problem is that Apple forces you to have the exact same address the USPS has one file. They do an address verification with the information you submit and they change your city and zip code to match 100 percent.
    The problem is that most people do not change their billing zip code on their credit card when their zip code changes. For example, my zip code was 84088 up until about 3 years ago when it was change to 84081. I have never change my zip code or my city name with my credit card company so when i put in my billing address i always put 84088. Apple decided that they want to force people to change their credit card billing address to match EXACTLY what the USPS has.
    Most credit card transactions can get a better rate if the billing address of the transaction matches the billing address of the card. That is why they always ask for it. However, it makes no sense for Apple to force you to change it to the USPS address because only the credit card billing address and the credit card transaction billing address need to match.
    So, on to my fix. Do not put the whole street address, only put in the first set of numbers. If your address is "1000 Elm Street" then just put in "1000" ino the street address. Then put your proper credit card billing address zip code in. Because apple can't do the USPS database search without the full street address they will not change your city/zip but you credit card validation will work just fine because credit card address validation only cares about the first set of numbers.
    SERIOUSLY APPLE?!? Get a clue! There is no need for you to force us to match the USPS address 100%.
