STATUS 51 error not directed to inbox (Idoc error)

Hi all,
When the single step Task is triggering for Idoc error ie,Status 51 the workitem is not going to the Users inbox.
The task has been assigned to User in PPOMW.
Note: The workitem is going for other Status.
Kindly guide with your points.

Can you check the task attributes?
Also, can you please maintain the user assignment in the Task itself, through the path Extras>Agent Assignment>Maintain.
I think when you maintain the agent assignment in the task itself that would do the job correctly.

    Hi all,
    On transferring HR data from R/3 to CRM shows two IDOCs, one which is posted- status 53, and the other with status 52 - document not fully posted. IDOC details show that central person for employee and relationships could not be created. The org. structure is replicated but employees are not.
    Now there seems to be a reason behind this, this is the second time I am having problems with IDOCs during HR/CRM integration I have had the same problem when earlier a system client copy was taken and faced the IDOC transfer problem in the copied client. In fresh installations the integration works fine. Are there any system buffers to be refreshed or anything else on the technical side or am I missing settings on the CRM side ?
    Please help ASAP.

    For an employee(18730) 1st idoc has been generated on 03.06.2013 from ECC to CRM with these infotypes data (0,1,105) but idoc status is 52, and again changed on 04.06.2013 infotype (2) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM and same again changed on 06.06.2013 infotype (6) and idoc hase been generated but status is 52 in CRM. But still Business partner has not been created in CRM.
    We are facing for few employees related this issue.
    I have been checked SLG1 and WE02 in both ECC & CRM, Please find the attached screen shots for your kind reference.
    Please let me know is any other process to solve my issue.

  • Error in idoc with status 20 "Error triggering EDI Subsystem"

    Dear All,
    I have query related to IDOC Status 20.
    I am tirggering IDOC with standard t-code from IS-Retail system. I have created two ports a) TRFC port and b)File port .
    <b>We are having sending and receiveing application on two different OS i.e one XI on Windows and IS Retail on AIX(Unix). I am not able to send idoc to another system. I am getting these IDOC status in WE05 (STATUS 01 , 30 , 03 , 20 )</b>
    Keeping the above fatcs in mind could you please tell me how to remove the <b>error with status 20 "Error triggering EDI Subsystem".</b>

    Hi prabhat,
    You should have checked the automatic triggering possible at the file port level and the partner profile setting could be 'start subsytem'.
    Go to WE21 and do the access test for the file port.
    Once you done and find no issues then go to SM59 and test the connection for the RFC destination assigned to the ports.Possibly it has to do with the RFC destination.
    Other reasons could be yours is a test client and got refreshed recently.so the production client settings might be causing this error.Check with your basis to get it working.
    other reason could be the logical system assigned to the client should be having production client's name.
    Check these.
    I am sure you should be able to solve this issue.

  • Idoc in status syntax error check

    Hi,
    Outbound invoice idoc ended in status 7 (error during syntax check). I check the alloted segment numbers in WE30 and the maximum number alloted segment is not exceeded. Any possible reasons why this scenario is happening?

    Hi,
    Did you check if the segments in the Data Record are in a hierarchial order (ie) Parent segment followed by the Child segments, the Parent segment should alway be mandatory.
    I have faced a similar error of this kind and the reason was because of the ordering of the segments.

  • Status does not get updated in IDoc

    We are facing one problem in Inbound IDOC processing,
    In most of the cases IDoc gets excuted properly but in some cases though IDoc completes its execution, it remains in 64 status.
    i.e. IDoc completes all processing but remains in 64 status and does not go to 53.
    This happens for very less number of IDocs.
    We suspect that this may happen because of heavy system load at that time, statuses are not saved in ALE layer.
    Can anyone please tell about other possibilities?

    After adding the function module 'IDOC_STATUS_WRITE_TO_DATABASE' it is giving the below message with the status  '51'
    ' IDoc '0000000090995823 ' is already open in process mode'.
    When I tried to process this idoc using the Transaction WE19 MANUALLY after getting the above message with status '51', it was processed successfully with the message '53'.
    When I do it manually even after error message it is still processing successfully, but it is not doing automatically.
    Do you think am I missing any parameter or any thing while calling the above function module.
    I think I am close to solve the issue.

    Please check the EDI partner profiles.
    But The IDOC befor this and after this is successfully run.
    And even after reprocessing also it is giving same error.
    After checking Contorl record, we found that there is no data in receipant Info in Partner Tab.
    What would be the issue.

    We are using one custom message type.
    I would like to give you example of exact scenario.
    Suppose my IDOC has large amount of segments then ,
    It is dividing as
    1st IDOC : Control record ....header and data segments
    2nd IDOC : only data segment
    3rd IDOc : only data segment
    4th IDOC : data segment and Trailer.
    In this way, I am getting all my 4 IDOCs in error.
    What should be d reason?

  • Sales Document Delta Load Error - Status procedure could not be set

    Hello,
    I am getting the following error message during the sales document delta loads. It errors out in SMQ2 with this message - "Error in Validation (Details: transaction SMW01)"
    In SMW01, I get this message:
    <b>The status procedure CRMORD_I could not be set from item category XXX</b>.
    Message no. CRM_ORDERADM_I503
    Diagnosis
    Possible causes are:
    1. The system administrator has not assigned the status profile CRMORD_I to the object type.
    2. Initial statuses that should be set in the status profile CRMORD_I cannot be set at present.
    3. The current user RFCUSER does not have the authorization to set application statuses.
    Detailed error messages can be found in the following error log for status management.
    System response
    The status profile is not set in the document.
    Procedure
    Set the status profile in Customizing so that these cases do not occur.
    This status profile has been assigned to the item category mentioned and the RFCUSER has full authorization (SAP_ALL)
    Do any of you know what else could be the problem here?

    Dear All,
    I met similar error before, it happens when you change the item category in ECC but there is a status profile assigned to the item
    category in CRM with an active status set.
    In CRM, when the item category is changed, the system can only change (or delete) the status profile if there is no user status set for this item. So for example, if there is already a status set for an item (Say, E0001 'Open' is active) in CRM, so a change of the user status profile is impossible. If you need to change the item type, then you have to make sure that there is no active user status in the item.
    Please see note [1113116] point 2. This is a restriction in CRM. If you try to make the same changes directly in CRM you will also get the same error.
    It is not allowed to change the item category if the document has been saved and the status profile of the new item category is different from the old one.
    That is the reason why the error occurs when the data reaches CRM frm ECC.
    In order to prevent that there are sysfails in the inbound queue you can implement note [1438966] - after this is implemented you will not have the queues failing but you will get the error message in the sales order in CRM.
    You should ensure that the configuration for alternative item categories is R/3 is the same as in CRM and in this case all the alternative item categories should have no status profile or all the same status profile configured.

    I am getting bleow error while saving service order.
    System: Status object does not exist. Message Numner IW351
    Actually I have done one enhcement in the User exit of the Sales order in the form Routine...
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE  in MV45afzz.
    When i Try to save the service order i get the error messages which is coming from my validation
    After the error messgae i press ENTER and then try to change the order by clcicking on the advance shipment.
    As soon as i click on that i get a STOP messgae.
    Which i as below.
    System: Status object does not exist
    If I comment all my code and write only error message then it comes.
    but it does't come for information and warning message.
    actually steps are
    1. go to IW51
    2. create notification then service order then sales order
    3. if product hierarchy is different for material then it should display error on saving
    4. it is giving error message(my error message)
    5. if i press enter and then click on advance shipment icon(truck) for change it display standard message.
    which turn me out of transaction.
    but if i click on advance shipment icon without pressing enter its working fine..
    my error message is a normal error message .
    message e038(zcrm)
    " service line must be same".

        I have the follwoing error Function module not allowed: YPS_IDOC_INPUT_PROJECT
    Message no. B1252
    Diagnosis
    The function module YPS_IDOC_INPUT_PROJECT and the application object type BUS2054 which were determined are not valid for this IDoc.
    Procedure
    1. Please check that the process code in the inbound partner profile is correct.
    2. If this is the case, you should check the ALE inbound methods ALE inbound methods for the process code and see whether the specified function module and application object type are correct.
    3. If this is also the case, then the function module and the application object type are not permitted for the logical message type, message variant, message function and basis type that are contained in the IDoc control record. You should check whether the correct values have been assigned to these fields in the control record. If they do have the correct values, then the assignment to the function module and the application object type needs to be maintained.
    Please help me out .

    Hi,
    check whether WE42 whether the message type is assigned to the process code correctly.
    You could also try process code "BAPI" which is for individual IDOC processing. Msg type ARTMAS is also assigned there.

    I uploaded 2 x small Wordpress sites to Azure this morning using the local Git repository on my iMac. They worked fine when I checked them earlier and now I see the websites are not loading correctly with 30+ errors on each effecting all .css, .js and

    When I open the web root in my ftp client the files are definitely there as you would expect. I am using Azure Small Basic Hosting, any thoughts on what has gone wrong and how to fix the websites?
