Stock Planner wise replenishment PO document type

Dear Experts ,
I need to create Purchase orders using replenishment run through tcode WRP1 . I can only create POs for a single document type that has been assigned in replenishment configuration .
My requirement is to have different PO document types based on the Stockplanner .
How can this be done?

    Purchase order seriel numbers should be based on plant wise & Document type wise
    Example:
    Plant    Document Type              Seriel number
    1000       NB                                4500000000 -  4599999999

    1000      ZSUB                             4700000000 -  4799999999
    1100       NB                                4800000000 -  4899999999
    1100       UB                                4900000000 -  4999999999

    HI,
    U can customize the document type and select the no range depending on the requirements.
    U can even select an internal or a external no range depending on the requirements.
    Suitable no range can be adopted for the document type so that the sequence shall be followed.
    Refer SPRO--MM-PURCHASING-PO----NO RANGES.

  • STOCK TRANSFER DOCUMENT TYPE

    i had made a new document for stock transport order, while making a po for STO i am getting below error.
    Message no. 06674
    Diagnosis
    Settings have been made in Customizing specifying that document type ABCD is normally to be used for supplying plant 6600 and receiving plant 7700. However, you have chosen document type MNOP.
    Procedure
    Please choose the document type that has beem defined (ABCD).
    Further notes
    If this message is a warning, you can also continue with the originally chosen document type MNOP. The ordering process will then be handled in accordance with this document type.

    Hi,
    You have created new document type for STO is MNOP & check the new STO document type MNOP is assigned to Supplying Plant, Receiving Plant or not. If not , just assign in following path:
    SPRO --> Material Management -- > Purchasing-- > Purchase Order-- > Set up Stock Transport Order--- > Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance
    Note:
    As another document type ABCD for STO is assigned to Supplying Plant, Receiving Plant, so system showing error message.

    We would like to Restrict Purchase order creation without purchase requisition based on various type of Purchase order (Purchase document type wise).
    A user can create some purchase order with purchase requisition as mandatory.
    Some purchase order with purchase requisition as optional.

    Go to OMET
    create functional Authorization Z
    only click Refrence to pr , Enter your field selection
    Then assign it to user
    parameter EFB -value z

  • Stock Transport Order for Intra Company Code Plants (UB Document Type)

    Hi All,
    I have a doubt with respect to Intra Company Code Stock Transport Order (Document Type: UB).
    When you do Post Goods Issue (PGI) with reference to Outbound Delivery, Accounting Document is generated.
    But, when you do Goods Receipt with reference to Outbound Delivery, Accounting Document is not generated.
    I am OK with the Receiving part.
    But, I am not clear about the Issue part.
    Please clarify this doubt.

    Hi Srinivasa,
    In STO, the issuing plant stock is credited and receiving plant stock is debited at the PGI from supplying plant. Then at the receiving plant accounting entry is not generated as the receiving plant stock is already debited at PGI accounting entry in the supplying plant.

    my clients requirement is that Document type wise PO creation with refer PR & Purchasing group is mandatory.
    but some document type wise PO generation withour PR & purchasing group is mandatory.

    Hi,
    1. Create Seperate document types one for PO with PR and one for PO without or with PR.
    Follow the pthe SPRO->MM->Purchasing->PO->Define Document types
    Here copy from the standard document type NB and create your own.
    2. Cretae two seperate field selection grps one with PR field manadatory and one with PR field non mandatory.
    Follow the pthe SPRO->MM->Purchasing->PO->Define screen layout at doc level.
    here copy from the standard fields selection grp NBF and create your own two diffrent field selection grp.
    Then once created go to selection group Ref data item and for Purchase requisition as required entry and save it for one field sel grp and for the other as optional.
    3. Assign thease fields selection grps to document types as per your requirement.
    Follow the pthe SPRO->MM->Purchasing->PO->Define Document types
    Define new numbe ranges for your both the document types.

    I have created one new purchase order document type for stock franport order from UB and given to a separate name ZUB ,but the at the time of creating one stock transport order the condition tab page is missing both in the header level and the item level. what may be reson and how to solve it ?

    It could also be authorization issue, which needs to be assigned to the user. Check with your basis consultant.

  • Default document type for F-28 per company code wise.

    Hi SAP Experts
    My client wants to default document types per company code wise for F-28.
    As per my knowledge in OBU1 is cross client and OBZO is accepting only customer invoice and credit memo but not customer payment.
    Please help with possible ideas to solve this issue, including any idea relates to substitution also. Your help is appreciated.

    As mouri said it can be done only by Substitutions
    Since OBZO is only for enjoy transactions
    I have verified the notes aslo but there is no possibility for F-28 by company codes
    Better you can use
    Prerequisite
    SYST-TCODE = F-28
    Substitution
    use Exit
    Inside exit you need fetch the document type as per the companycode
    to achieve this you need define one ztable with company code and document type columns

    Scenario:
    Plant 0001 Should create only PO type NB and PR type NB
    Plant 0002 Should create only PO type ZNB and PR type ZNB
    TCode : OLME
    Create new PR type by copying NB (all dependencies): ZNB  <<<Separate number range can be used
    Create new PO type by copying NB (all dependencies) : ZNB <<< Separate number range can be used
    To avoid accidental assignment of (by users)
    Remove linkage of NB PO type to ZNB PR type
    Remove linkage of ZNB PO type to NB PR type
    TCode: OMDT
    Assign PR type per plant per MRP Group for MRP generated PR's
    Once MRP is run for materials PRs are created as follows plant 0001 type NB and plant 0002 type ZNB, when they run ME57 to create POs from PRs, ZNB PO type will default to PR types ZNB and NB type to NB.
    Authorization objects to be changed for each plant respectively (go to SU21 to look up)
    Users of Plant 0001 can only create NB type PR and NB type PO
    Purchase Order:
    M_BEST_BSA   ACTVT=01; BSART=NB; 
    Purchase Requisition:
    M_BANF_BSA   ACTVT=01;BSART= NB;
    M_BANF_WRK  ACTVT=01;WERKS= 0001 ;
    Users of Plant 0002 can only create ZNB type PR and ZNB type PO
    Purchase Order:
    M_BEST_BSA   ACTVT=01; BSART=ZNB; 
    Purchase Requisition:
    M_BANF_BSA   ACTVT=01;BSART= ZNB;
    M_BANF_WRK  ACTVT=01;WERKS= 0002 ;
    Ofcourse you need to create output message config for each PO type.

  • Document type wise PO with display & optional purchasing group.

    Dear All,
    we have six document type from NB1 to NB6 every document type has separate no ranges, & having three field selection as Me21n, fof, NBF,
    in Spro MM Define screen layout at document level, in that we assign document type NB5 & attach field selection FOF in that purcahsing group is optional.
    same other dovcument types we assign field selection Me21n & we assign purchasing group is Display option.
    our requirement is that when i select documenyt type NB5, purchasing group will optional not in display.
    But system shows display & we cant do PO.
    Please guide me or any other config.

    Hi,
    System is giving first preference to Field Selection Key ME21N, so you have to reverse the condition. 
    Maintain ME21N as optional and assign document type NB5 to it and
    For  other dovcument types Create another Field Selection Key with purchasing group as Display option and
    assign that field selection key for purchasing group is Display option.

    Then you can get the list of documents posted based on document type.

    Can budget checking mapped as per the PR docuemnt type . i checked in derivatio rule but docment type is available as per the fi document type.

    if material value is below rupees 100000 client is preparing separate document type if it is more than rupees  100000 then preparing different document  type

    Extremely  sory what i explained above is ok along with i want to add some more point.
    Scenario 1 -:
    same type of material is being purchased, but as per budget point of view they have dived in to two way
    -> if material quantity/value is more than 100000 rupees than it is seperate budget.
    -> If material quantity/value is less than 100000 rupees than its budget is different.
    same material but budget differes as per the value.
    scenario 2 -;
    If material is below 10000 rupees but in this case purchase order document type is different.
    with the help of ABAP i got some solution i will prepare a table and i will maintain diferent commitment item as per the purchase order type, i also checked it is working fine.
    Scenario 3 -:
    My clients wants budget check will be available at quation level.

  • ME21N Document type wise Field selection

    While creating the PO, in ME21N screen, i am have 5 different document types for Document type ZNB3 i want to make Account assignment category as mandatory and also the enduser have to select K(Compulsary).
    Is it possible to set acc *** category K as default for ZNB3 document type..or otherwise this field should be made mandatory only for this ZNB3 Document type

    Yes. It is possible.
    First make the Acc ***. category as mandatory field in SPRO->MM->PUR->Purchase Order->Define Screen Layout at Document Level.
    Please note that, for Standard PO field selection key is NBF which is set id Doc type level in SPRO->MM->PUR->Purchase Order->Define Document Types. In your case, create a new field Selection key and assign it in the doc. type.
    If you want to default the value as K, just assign K in ME21N Personal Settings.
    If you want to restrict only K, configure Allowed combinations for Acc. ***. category and item category in OMG0

  • Quantity field not getting displayed for all document types

    Hi,
    I have made a configuration to include field Quantity(BSEG-MENGE) in the GL account line item display.When I ran the report for stock adjustment account(FAGLL03), only the following document types are showing quantity against them.
    WI- Inventory document
    WA-Goods Issue
    WE---Not showing quantity against (WE- Goods Receipt)
    Can any one please explain. I have seen the original document from FI document. The original document as well as FI document carries quantity.

    Hi Aravind,
    Check SAP notes  1063198 and 1117587.
    FAGLL03 display quantity which is updated in FAGLFLEXA, BSEG is not
    relevant in this case. This is clearly explained in the note 1063198.
    The quantity posts through to FI on the 'goods receipt' items, but not on the
    'invoice receipt' items.
    In the FI normally the Quantity is not a 'real' important field, as it
    is more related to the MM area.
    But in the old 'Profit Center Accounting' and the old' Special Ledger'
    the field has been important.
    As the same logic of these areas to 'store' the Quantity is also used
    in the NewG/L the field get only filled in the line, where it make
    'sense' from our point of view, because only in the 'goods receipt'
    lines a 'real' Quantity is posted to the system.
    So as before in the PCA and SL, now also in the NewG/L the Quantity is
    filled in the correct and important lines and postings.
    In the BSEG ('old document segment table') the field is filled 'just'
    as it is send to the FI, but this is not completely correct from the
    business point of view.
    This can also lead to issues with the reporting and summation to this
    field. So with creating the new logic in the NewG/L the 'correct'
    standard of the 'writing' for the Quantity has also been taken over.
    So in the end, the update and display is correct according  SAP standard behavior.
    Actually,Quantities within G/L are never reliable,
    because the purpose of FI is a view on the data according to amount
    but not according to quantity.
    In the FI normally the Quantity is not a 'real' important field, as it
    is more related to the MM area.
