Stumped. How to set colspec/@colwidth units?
In a CALS table (in DITA), the colspec/@colwidth value is written with an "in" suffix. I'd like to use other units (like "mm"). For a frame, equation or facet, you can use the r/w rule of ..
specify size in mm;
.. to set the units. But this doesn't work for tables (or the colspec element). I've tried setting the global units in the document properties. It shows as "mm" in the UI for setting a column width, but in the XML it's always written out as "in". FM will properly read colwidth values other than "in", but on save they always go back to "in".
Have I completely broken something that should work, or is it not possible to set units other than "in"?
Thanks!

How to set up Pymnt Method for different business units
Hi,
Can anyone shed some light as to how to set up P Method in FBZP in a way that one type can be identified according to its Business Unit?
To clarify, FBZP is currently set up in a repeated way:
Pymnt Methods:
T - Transfer - Business Oil
S - Transfer - Business Engineering
V - Transfer - Business Equipment
A - Boleto - Business Oil
N - Boleto - Business Engineering
C - Boleto - Business Equipment
As you can see, we are repeating same payment method as it is needed for business to identify which business unit this refers to.
Is there a way of setting up only one type of Transfer and one type of Boleto and how this will categorize the type of Business Unit ??
Any input is welcome
Regards
RogerHi Roger:
How about some enhancement on F110? The logic would be something like read all the proposal lines, group by profit center and then re-assign the payment method based on profit center. There are couple of user exits available starting with RFFOX###, depending on the payment method and the program you using.
Something similar to substitution rules user exit.
Not sure if there is any other standard configuration to combine lines by profit center.
Thanks.

<Taxonomy:TaxonomyWebTaggingControl ID="term" Width="385px" runat="server" /></td>Mapping metedata code:TaxonomySession session = new TaxonomySession(SPContext.Current.Site);
//Set the Business Unit Field
SPSite site = SPContext.Current.Web.Site;
TermStore termStore = session.TermStores["Managed Metadata Service"];
Group group = termStore.Groups["GROUPName"];
TermSet termSet = group.TermSets["TERMSETNAME"];
Term term = termSet.Terms["TermA"];
Guid termGuid = term.Id;

term.AllowFillIn = true;
term.AnchorId = countryGuid;
term.IsMulti = true;
Thank you.
AA.Hi,
According to your description, you want to set default value for TaxonomyWebTaggingControl.
I have a test in my environment. It could be achieved by setting the Text Property of TaxonomyWebTaggingControl.
Here is the code snippet:
TaxonomySession session = new TaxonomySession(SPContext.Current.Site);
SPSite site = SPContext.Current.Web.Site;
TermStore termStore = session.TermStores["Managed Metadata Service"];
Group group = termStore.Groups["GroupA"];
TermSet termSet = group.TermSets["A"];
Term term = termSet.Terms["A1"];
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.SspId.Add(termStore.Id);
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.SSPList = termStore.Id.ToString();
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.TermSetId.Add(termSet.Id);
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.TermSetList = termSet.Id.ToString();
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.AllowFillIn = true;
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.IsAddTerms = true;
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.IsMulti = false;
TaxonomyWebTaggingControl1.Text = string.Format("{0}|{1}", term.Name, term.Id.ToString());
Here is a detailed article for your reference:
http://blog.bugrapostaci.com/2010/09/23/taxonomywebtaggingcontrol-sharepoint/
Feel free to Reply the test result.

How to set up Express as a relay wireless base station ? System: Yosemite
How to set up Express as a relay wireless station ?
OS: Yosemite.
Airport utility: 6.3.4
Base station: Extreme, connected to modem. Configured as "create a wireless network"
Remote stations: Express, connected wireless as "extend a wireless network"
Need relay station between Extreme and Express units.
Airport utility doesn't give the "relay" option.Sorry, but Apple does not provide a "relay" option. The network can only be extended one time, not two.
Move the remote station closer to the main station, or move the main station closer to the remote station, or move both closer together. -
Hi, I am using Indesign CS6, How to set the page size in Inches.
Hi, I am using Indesign CS6, How to set the page size in Inches.
All fields in InDesign can be entered in any measurement system. So, if you want to make an 8"x10" document and go to File>New Document and the window looks like this:
…you can type either 8 in or 8" into the Width field like this:
…and when you move to the next field, it will convert the eight inches into the equivalent number in the unit of measure that it is using at the moment, like this:
… (203.2 milimeters is the same as 8 inches). You can also enter a different measurement unit into other fields once the file is created, such as the width or height of a frame, or the position of an object in the X and Y coordinates.
If you would rather just work in inches instead of having to type the inches mark or abbreviation, go to InDesign>Preferences>General and select the Units & Increments tab. There you will see Ruler Units for Horizontal and Vertical at the top of the window. Set them to Inches and all of the fields will display in inches. If you do that to an open document, you will change the unit of measure for that document. If you do it while no documents are open, it will change the unit of measure for any new documents you create. To change the unit of measure for existing documents, you will have to open each and make the change. -
Why are there 2-sets of IMAGE UNITS in Motion 5?
I seem to have 2-sets of Image Units in my Motion 5 library:
The first set has an icon exactly like the Filters icon; the second set has an icon exactly like the Generators icon.
I have read elsewhere online that it appears not everyone has the first set of Image Units, that perhaps it has something to do with running OS 10.7 Lion, but this has not been confirmed. I am currently running Lion, and I do have these Image Units, but they do not seem to do anything when I put them in the Timeline.
Some examples of these Image Units are: 1) Glass Distortion, 2) Glass Lozenge, 3) Copy Machine (transition)... there are 123 of these in the Image Units folder, and it looks like they might do some really cool things if I could get them to work. If I cannot get them to work then I'd like to remove them from the Motion library, if only I could figure out how to do that as well.
If I right-click on the Motion application icon and choose "Show Package Contents" these Image Units do not appear anywhere, and a Spotlight search for "Image Units" does not reveal anything significant either.
Please help me figure out 1) What is this second set of Image Units?
2) If not everyone has them, how did I get mine?
3) How do I get them to work?
4) If they do not work, how do I remove them?
Thanks so much!1) the 2nd set of Image Units are actually Generators, which means, when applied to the canvas, you will get a Generator Pane in the inspector. You cannot add a generator Image Unit to another object and affect it's appearance as you can with a Filter Image Unit.
You can Apply Filter Image Units to Generator Image Units... LOL but not vice versa.
***STAY AWAY FROM RANDOM GENERATOR*** it does NOT belong to Motion -- it belongs to Core Image and is accessible in Quartz Composer (there are others too, in the filter image units... they will appear to do "nothing" [all of the Area XXXX filters are such]) Clicking on Random Generator has been known (and does for me as well) to crash Motion. If you want or need a random number, use the Numbers generator and click the Random checkbox. For everything else, use the wriggle behavior.
2) Everybody is supposed to have them. If they don't, something screwed up in the installation.
3) Filter Image Units will have parameters under the Filter Tab of the selected object under the heading of the Filter Name or the name you give it in the Layers palette. [Generator Image Units answered in #1]
4) You can't, and you don't want to: they belong to the System (Core Image); but for the ones that do nothing or can crash Motion, you will just have to learn to avoid them. -
How to set variables values via VBA.
Anybody please help.
How to set variables values via VBA in workbook. SAP Netweaver 2004s.Pass variable values with VBA and BI 7.0 funtions to Query
At first a remark u2013 Iu2019ve read a lot of threads saying that passing values to a query can be done by using VBA code only. Iu2019ve tested it but Iu2019m not sufficient with the new BEX 7.0 API and therefore I use a mixture of BEX 7.0 funtionality and VBA. I create a BEX 7.0 design item button passing the values to a query u2013 I hide this button somewhere on the sheet or on a hidden sheet and I then raise the event to click the button from VBA code. Works fine and the maintenance is easier if something changes in the API in the future again.
How to start:
Switch to design mode in BEX Analyzer:
Implement a BEX 7.0 design item u201Cbuttonu201D
Click on the button to implement the properties
Make the input for the commands
data_provider = dataprovider_1
cmd = process_variables
subcmd = var_submit
No comes the part with the variables u2013 Letu2019s assume a query has 4 variables but you only want to change 1 with the button u2013 an organizational unit for instance.
Make a range somewhere in the excel with the following structure:
Name Index Value
VAR_NAME_1 1 Variablename
VAR_VALUE_EXT_1 1 variablevalue
Value should contain the name of your variable of course and u201Cvalueu201D the value of your variable
Set a name for this range with EXCEL functionality but without the header:
Back to the properties of the button: Insert the name of the range with the variables in the field Command Range:
If you have more variables to process you can of course enhance your Filterrange!
In the left upper Corner you have a name for your button:
Now you can raise the button-click in vba like this:
Application.Run "'" & ThisWorkbook.Name & "'!Sheet2.BUTTON_35_Click"

How to set a fixed width for a box
Hi there,
Struggling here.... must admit.
I need a solution whereby I can set a fixed width for a box that is grouping two buttons. I suppose generally, I want to know how to set a fixed width for anything element.
See the picture below. I want the two buttons to stay the same distance apart, and I want the grouped buttons to stay the same distance from the right edge of the window, even as a user resizes the window.
This is what happens when you reduce the size of the window .....
I would like to stop this from happening.
I can't figure out how accomplish keeping the parent div a fixed width, and a fixed position from the right side of the window, so the buttons won't overlap.
Perhaps I'm doing the whole thing wrong.
I mean, is there a way to accomplish this without grouping the buttons? That is, make the buttons fixed width, fixed distance apart from each other, and fixed distance from the right side of the window, even as the user resizes the page?
I am trying to accomplish this using the Min/Max width settings, but given that there are so many different units to choose from, and the fact that when I place a button or box on the screen, it seems to be creating that button or box with a percentage-based width, I don't know how many pixels to set it to.... sigh....
Many thanks in advance for your help.
SamOkay after much futzing I figured out at least part of the solution I need, but if someone knows of a more efficent way to do this please let me know.
I set a fixed minimum width in pixels for both of the buttons at 156px.
I then made the left button float left and the right button float right.
I then made the parent div for the buttons float right.
That made the buttons stay the same size.
The only thing I need to figure out how to do now is make the parent div stay a consistent distance in pixels from the right. I tried setting a right margin but that didn't work. As you size the window down, the div gets closer to the edge, until it passes it. -
How to set a change pointer for a perticular table?
Hi,
Please let me know how to set a change pointer for a perticular table.what do you mean by 'change pointer'? normally this idiom is used for sending ÍDOCs from one system/client/org-unit to another ...
do you generally want to record changes to a specific table? then set parameter rec/client using RZ10 for your instance profiles and restart the instances in order for the parameter to take effect.
set the table to 'record all changes' using SE11.
you might re-consider if the table has a lot of data and is accessed very often for performance-resons.
change protocols can be evaluated using tx, SCU3. -
How to set the language of oracle universal installer
Hi all,
I have downloaded oracle9i database release 2 Enterprise/standard/personal edition for windows. so I got the them into 3 different folders as said in the oracle site. I have few questions.
1.i have installed oracle using the universal installer, but my operating system is winxp german version.I want the installer to be in english so that i can easily navigate, how can i set the language. Does the installer automatically detects the OS and chosses the language.
2. I have 2 sql scripts. One with Schema(tables for database with create statements) and other file with data(insert statements).That is Schema.sql, data.sql. How can i use these scripts for querying using the installed database.
3. I am totally confused with SID, how to set it and what does it indicate(functionality).
4. The login for SQL PlUS, i used scott and tiger. Because i think the installer did not installled completely, i could not create my own username/password. What will be the host-string while logging to sqlplus.
Thanks and Regards
Babu.1.i have installed oracle using the universal installer, but my operating system is winxp german version.I want the installer to be in english so that i can easily navigate, how can i set the language. Does the installer automatically detects the OS and chosses the language.From the control panel, regional setting, make default for English (United States) and English as default language. While installing oracle from OU, choose only english langauge.
2. I have 2 sql scripts. One with Schema(tables for database with create statements) and other file with data(insert statements).That is Schema.sql, data.sql. How can i use these scripts for querying using the installed database.Once you have installed oracle and create database, make sure the following and then run your scripts.
1. Check oracle services are started or not from the windows services. If yes, then do step 2, else, start services first and then do step 2.
2. set oracle_sid=your_database_name
3. sqlplus /nolog -- when you give this command, if you get reply that connected to idel instance, then, your database is not up, in this case, startup your database after step 4. (startup)
4. connect / as sysdba
5. run your script to create schema.
--once schem created. connec to your newly created schema.
6. connect username/password --
7. run the script (insert records)
3. I am totally confused with SID, how to set it and what does it indicate(functionality).ORACLE_SID is nothing bur your oracle database name. You will be asked to provide the database name while installing and creating oracle database.
4. The login for SQL PlUS, i used scott and tiger. Because i think the installer did not installled completely, i could not create my own username/password. What will be the host-string while logging to sqlplus.As long as you want to do it on the database server, then, you dont need tnsname. If you want to access database from other machines, then, you need to create a tnsname to connect.
