Hi,
First Create BOM in Transaction code: CS01, for your Finished product which you want to procure from the SC Vendor........in items you can give the Raw materials you are providing to SC Vendor.....Very Importanly, for the component you want to send to SC Vendor also should have the Sales view....then only the Shipping point determination and all takes place...
Then in Transaction code ME11, create Sub Contracting Inforecord
Then in OLME-->Purchase Order>Set up Sub Contract Order--
> For your Plant from where you are shipping the material to SC Vendor,  Assign Delivery type LB....
Then for your Suppling Plant Sales Area, Create one Customer master and in that customer master assign your SC Vendor in General Data->Control Data Tab>In Vendor Field  and In Sales Area Data-.> Shipping Data tab--
>Maintain entries in  Delivery Priority,Shipping Conditions,Delivering Plant fields.
Then Create SC Purchase Order with Item catogary "L"....In Item details--->Material Data Tab--
.>Components,  you can view the details of the material you have to send to SC Vendor.... then save the PO
Then Goto, Transaction Code, ME2O, choose the component and choose create Delivery....then Delivery no will be created.....then you goto VL02n and do the PGI...The components will be automatically transferred to SC Vendor in  541 movement type...
After completion of work, you can do GR Normally...
Hope I have explained in detailed manner
Reward if useful

  • Intra company stock transport order with delivery to subcontracting vendor

    Hi Friends,
We have an issue with Intra company stock transport scheduling agreement with delivery to subcontracting vendor.
We have a scenario where the component is provided by another plant (Plant A -Intra company) directly to subcontracting vendor and the subcontracting vendor processes the component and sends us(
    Plant B) the finished good.
We have a subcontracting scheduling agreement created with the subcontracting vendor with Item category u201CLu201D for plant B .(Document type LPA)
And we created the stock transport scheduling agreement with document type LU (Between Plant A to Plant B) by entering the subcontracting vendor number to the "EMLIF- Vendor to be supplied/who is to receive delivery" field but the check box "LBLKZ-Subcontracting vendor" is hidden in the delivery address tab.
Field selection with document type (LU) and Field selection with transaction code (ME37) did not help to bring the field to the delivery address tab.
As a result, when we do PGI from the supplying plant, the stock is posted to "in transit" (Movement type 641) instead of "Component provided to vendor" (Movement type 641 u2013 O)
The same behavior for purchase order with document type UB as well/
Is the movement type u201C641-O u201C supported by standard SAP or do we have any other workaround to address the requirement. ?
Now we are in ECC 6.0 EHP3.
Your inputs will be highly appreciated.

    Hello,
This EhP4 feature addresses only the one step Stock Transport Order to subcontracting vendor for intra company.
Does anybody know how to do a two steps Stock Transport Order to subcontracting vendor for intra company?
    By "two steps" I mean:
1- Goods Issue from supplying plant A to in-transit stock of the subcontracting vendor at receiving plant B.
2- Inbound Delivery Notification (IDN) at receiving plant B + Goods receipt against this IDN into the subcontracting stock at receiving plant B.
    Thanks and regards,
    Stéphane

  • PS subcontracting with external activity

    Hi,
I have a couple of questions about "PS subcontracting with external activity" I have not found any information about this for PS subcon flow, I was looking for a subcon PS Wiki but no succeed.
The scenario is to use a  external activity to a subcontractor and put the material components to deliver in the  external activity and check the subcon check box. Then use the valuated project stock for holding the materials.
For material components there is an option in tab "Proc. Param" and fiel "Mat. Prov. Ind." = "Material Provision Indicator", do you know if this option can be use or be available in PS? This field is grey so I can not do anything with it, so my guess is that option use only by a BOM, could you confirm that for me?
Right now I have a problem in the system so I can not save a project when creating a external activity and use the subcon check box, this is at OSS right now. But I was wondering if I put the material components in a external activity, how will it be represented in the PO?
Will it be only one item in the PO, the service from the external activity? and inside this item will hold all my material components? this can be found in tab "Material data" -> "Components".
Please share if you have some information about this,
    Regards
    Jose
PS Note that this scenario is not a MM subcon

    abdul,
I'm talking what you can do in the system, there is 3 posibilities I have in mind:
    Alternative 1
Is when I will send all the parts, thats right separated parts to be one. The material which will be the final material, is not in my stock/company. It is a new material Im manufacturing with the help of a subcontractor.
In PS I want to create a subcontracting external activity, create a PR from PS, create a PO and deliver it to the receiver in other words the subcontractor who will put it together to the final material.
For this alternative I think I have to create the material which the subcontractor will put together and have it as a head material in a BOM. The BOM will represent the parts Im sending for assembly, so when the material is deliver back to me, I will do a goods receipt of the head material.
My question is in this if I have thought this right, if you have experience of this please contact me.
    Alternative 2
Is when I will send a existing material and all the parts which will be use to maintain/repair this particular material from my stock/company to a subcontractor who will do the work. This material will have the same material no. when I do the goods receipt.
In PS I want to create a subcontracting external activity, create a PR from PS, create a PO and deliver it to the receiver in other words the subcontractor who will maintain/repair the material.
For this alternative I think I can use a BOM, create a BOM of this existing material which will be maintain/repair with the parts I will send.
My question is in this if I have thought this right, if you have experience of this please contact me.
    Alternative 3
This alternative is almost the same as alternative 2 with the exception that the material Im sending will change the material no when its back from the subcontractor. So I will send a existing material and all the parts which will be use to maintain/repair this particular material from my stock/company to a subcontractor who will do the work. This material will get a new material no. when I do the goods receipt.
Then I have to put the new material in my external activity as a material component with negative quantity as part of the subcontracting delivery
My question is in this if I have thought this right, if you have experience of this please contact me.
I hope my question is now clear for you, we are using the defence and aero solution so what I know I do can use the subcontracting with valuated project stock

  • Link Sale Order with Delivery  through DTW

    Hi All
While importing Deliveries through DTW, is it possible to Link a Sale Order with Delivery?
If it is possible then can any one tell me the procedure.
    Thanks in Advance

In the template for the document lines, you will find fields for base entry, base type and base line . Fill these with the object type for sales orders, the line number and the doc entry (not doc num) of the relevant linked document

  • Load a sales order with delivery date in the past

    Hi,
We want to load in the system a sales order with delivery date in the past, and maintain the schedule delivery date in the past. To do that, in the customizing Sales And Distribution / Basic Functions / Delivery Scheduling and Transportation Scheduling / Define Scheduling By Sales Document Type, I selected the flag Blackwards. But the problem is that the rest of the dates in the scredule line: goods issue date, loading date, material avail.date and transportation Plan Date, are in blank and you cannot enter any data because the system deletes it.
How can I have these dates informed with dates in the past?
    Thanks in advance,

You can control this using the "Message Control" in the SAP IMG.
    Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Message Control>Influence Message Control
Using this you convert Error to Warning or even swith off this message.
Please refer this thread for complete steps:

  • Scheduling Agreement with Delivery Orders

    Hi,
When i create (LZM)scheduling agreement(Qty 10) with Delivery orders, when i create deklivery schedule
    ie
    Date                Qty
    25.10.2008      1
    26.10.2008      1
    27.10.2008      1
in MD04 for that particular material i can see only requirement for cumulative Qty i.e. 3, &  PP guy is not able to create planned order for those dates unless i create delivery Order(TAM) for the same
    whats the solution for this?
    Regards,
    Amol.

    Hi Suresh
The *** issued qty gets updated when the PGI for the delivery happens. There is a field called *** received by customer and it gets updated when customer sends the *** back in the 830 or 862 as the case may be.
The difference between the *** issued and the *** recieved is always shown in transit.
If you do not want the schedule line to be opened up, then in *** recd change it to the *** issued or ideal option is populate the last delivery PGI'd on the delivery number field next to *** recd field. Hope this helps and let me know if you need any more informataion

  • Issue on Purchase order creation with Delivery schedule line items per PR

    Hi
Note->Developed inbound FM to create PO's in SAP through IDOC.
We are creating purchase orders from vendor which is coming from Inbound IDOC. Here we are using as BAPI_PO_CREATE1
to create PO's. before that i am passing all the inbound data of the IDOC and getting some Purchase requisions for plant and material wise from EBAN table where we have open PR's and split the inbound line item qauntity as per Open quantity in Purchase requisions. Problem here we are modifing schdule line data as per purcahse requisitions and post the all the shehduline data into above functional module, we are using creation date as delivery date in the scheduling line for each line.
Set1- If we have multiple requisions for each material and plant in the inbound IDOC item , while creating PO using  above BAPI
creating PO with delivery date is taken from Purchase requesion date, this only will happend in the first schudle line item always, second line scheulde has taken correctly from creation data as delivery date.
Set2-If we have one requisition for each line item, it will creating correctly for schulding line item as with correct delivery , whcih is not taken from requstion delivery date.
Set 2 is working correctly, but Set1  has problem with delivery date  in the scheduling lines particulary for first schduling line item.
Please help me on this issue.
    Advance wishes

    Hi Satish
    Thanks for the reply.
I checked the parameters and it is creating 2 PO when the Indicator Ordering address is set.If I uncheck this Indicator then only one PO is created.
But now my question is from where is the Ordering address taken because for both line items Vendor is same and ordering address is also same.
Then why the system is creating new PO?

  • Goods Receipt in STO with delivery ( SD Route ) problem

    Hi,
there is issue related to Goods Receipt in STO with delivery ( SD Route)
    here
    1. PO with delivery is created ( SD rote )
    2. with reference to above STO outboud delivery & PGI is done
but after this Goods Receipt is done but outbound delivery document is not updated.
Note : as per my understanding here user has done Goods Receipt against STO PO instead of Outbound delivery.
so please guide me so in the future user can not do Goods Receipt against STP PO in the case of STO with delivery cycle. only user can do Goods Receipt against outbound delivery.
    Thanks

You have to ensure in your organizational processes that there is no switch between Transactions MB0A/MIGO and VL32/VL32N. please read the note 199703.

  • Cross-Company Stock Transfer with Delivery and Billing

    Hello Fellow Experts and Friends,
I have a situation at a client in California. The client does Make-to-Order sales. The only materials kept in inventory are raw materials and NREs. This client has plants in several countries around the world but only two are on SAP. The current version is 4.6C.
The scenario goes like this. The plant in China (CC: 2020, Plnt: 0020) wants to order raw materials from the US plant (CC: 1010, Plnt: 0010). If the US plant does not have enough stock in inventory, an order needs to be placed with a local vendor. When all materials a re available to ship,we need to deliver to and invoice the China plant. Additionally, shipment notification needs to be sent to the plant in China.
IWould someone please be so kind as to helpme with a "Best Practice" process flow for Cross-Company STO with Delivery and Billing? I also need guidlines for customizing the process in the IMG. This process must include issuing a PO to a local vendor for ordering additional inventory. For the shipment notification, I was thinking of an EDI Advance Shipment Notice if the receiving plant uses EDI. I need a different option, If the receiving palnt does not use EDI.
I am open to your suggestions.
    Thanks,
    AJ

    Arthur,
Once this is correctly set up it works very, very well.  And the cross-company supply scenario is actually fairly simple, streamlined and automated.  However, this is NOT such a simple process to set up.
True cross-company supply, all the way through, requires a LOT of configuration which ties in SD, MM, FI, and EDI.  It uses "wrap-around" IDocs to do some of the cross-posting in other company codes.  There is also the issue of Intercompany markups, as well as Intercompany eliminations.
There are LOTS of folks who do the painful process of the FULL Order to Cash in one company code, and the full Purchase to Pay in the other.  But this is NOT the right solution and requires almost twice as much transaction processing.
Just for the Intercompany setup, start to finish, I've been working on a "cookbook" to set up all of the modules for almost 10 years now.  I've done it several times, at several companies and it works very well once it is all in place.  However, that cookbook document is about 100 pages long (config settings, IMG settings, master data requirements, EDI settings, etc.).
Also, in your scenario you are talking about multi-sourcing parts from other locations.  All of the related MRP settings are a separate setup issue.
What you are asking is WAYYYYyyy beyond the scope of forum posting.  So if your company or client could use some help, please feel free to contact me.

Edited by: SIBICA on Dec 7, 2011 3:38 PM

    Hi,
The error could mean that system is unable to determine the storage bin for stock removal.
Please check the settings for the following in IMG:
    1. Storage type search for your material - whether suitable storage type indicators have been defined & assigned for picking for your warehouse.
    2. Stock removal strategy - whether system is able to find the storage bin having the stock for removal.
Also check material master WM view for storage type indicators.

  • IR by EDI810 not matching GR with delivery note

    Hello,
We met with the issues of IR not matching to the specified GR after the IR invoice is loaded by EDI 810.
For example, one PO item has two GR docs, the 1st one has 2 in qty with delivery note 125-1, and the 2nd one has 3 in qty with delivery note 125-2.
Then we load an INVOIC02 idoc(only 1 E1EDP01 segment) for the 2nd GR doc, because its invoice arrived earlier. In the INVOIC02 idoc the delivery note is 125-2, the qty is 3.
What we expect to get is an IR document with one item related to the 2nd GR(qty 3). But the result is the created IR has two line items, the 1st item(qty 2) related to the 1st GR and the 2nd item(qty 1) related to the 2nd GR.  Thus it looks confused.
It seems in this case the system directly assign the GR to IR in sequence of GR creation time. It doesnu2019t even get the delivery note number and use it to get the exact GR doc this IR related to.
We wonder whether we use the correct segment and field(E1EDP02- BELNR when QUALF=u2019012u2019) for delivery note. Or what other solutions we need to take?

    Hi ,
Try with Table RBKP incase of Logistics Invoice Verification.
You may also try with  BKPF for Conventional Invoice Verification.

  • STO with delivery in 1 step (mvt. type 647) with serial numbering

    Hi,
Error message IO306 ("Movement type 647 does not currently support serial number management") is generated when I try to Post Good Issue in a delivery with movement type 647 (stock transport order with delivery in 1 step).
Does anyone know how to solve this error?
In the SAP notes 213328 and 323992 to solve this kind of error with other movement types is proposed to maintain the V_T156SY concerning T156SY-VRGNG_S or T156SY-VRGNG_H in some of the entries, but I don't know the proper entries to solve this with movement type 647.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
If you are getting the Same error for Movment type 647 then maintain the entries similar to 641, but instead of PMS1 & PMS5 maintain ****
but i feel that this maintenace is not required for 647 movemnt.
    Thanks & Regards
