Subscription payment failure, AGAIN!?!?!

Hi,
this is like the third time I´ve had seriously problems with my Spottily Premium monthly debilitation (I have a subscription).
This meens me going to work and all sudden some not very nice and really loud commercial screams in my ears and when I get home to check everything out there is nothing wrong with my credit card details and there´s funds in my bank account so can you please help me with this? After this happening to me a couple of times now I´m starting to get really annoyed.

Sorry, Richard: no change.
After entering my VISA card details yet again, I get: "Declined, please check or change payment details.".
After changing payment method to PayPal, everything goes smooth until I get to "Confirm purchase". Then I get this:
"Payment failed. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds and that your credit card has not expired, if you're using one. To see your current payment details please go to your subscriptions page. If you still get this message after updating your payment details please log out, log in and then try again." 
I just checked with my bank that I have plenty of money available so it can't be a problem with my account. My card expiration is due to months in the future. Also my PayPal account is of the type "premium" and my status is "verified". Also I've enabled my VISA card to be used on online purchases (which I weekly, might I add).

    this screen takes me to the Support network or Chat Support but no  Send an Email link appears to be there
    Any help would be appreciated

    Hi , It seems as you guys tried to charge my card yesterday , On yesterday there was no money in my acct , but there will be money deposited after midnight tonight,  so the monthly fee will be able to go threw at that time  will that be an issue ? and is there anyway that you can have your system ONLY charge  my card on the 3rd of the month , as to not have that  issue happen again ? also i was considering a 3 month premium subscription , how ould i be able to change that and how does that work with the 3 month subscription for the phone number that  i currently have ?     I checked your account and Unlimited US&Canada subscription payment went through now. It's extended till October.
    Subscription recurring payments are taken 3 days before in order to avoid any last minute payment delays.
    If you are interested in Skype Premium and Unlimited US&Canada bundle then purchasing it won't affect your Online Number.
    Online Number is a separate product and not linked to your subscription.
    If you want you can cancel next recurring payment for your Unlimited US&Canada subscription. It will still run till October 3, 2011
    Then you can maybe wait for couple of days and purchase Skype Premium on the 6-7th and even when recurring payment is done 3 days before it should still work out for you if there will be money on your account by 3rd.

  • Refused Subscription Payment

    I received the second email notification, that my subscription payment was refused the second time, probably due to, that the related credit card is no longer exist. For buying Skype Credit I use a new credit card but probably the subscription renewal still remembers to the old card. I tried to change this but I do not have (any more) the subscription listed on my account, probably because it has expired. Any suggestion, what to do?

    According to your account you have one Subscription - the Unlimited UK/India Plan - not the Unlimited India Plan. Please clarify. PayPal couldn't process your original order due to the expired credit card. As you have now updated your card you should resubmit your order. If you cancel a Plan which is no longer available or allow it to expire you will lose it permanently.

    why is it saying payment failure please try other method when I am trying to download free stuff,I haven't made a purchase in months?

    If you have a card on your account then it needs to one that's accepted by the iTunes validation, irrespective of whether you are downloading paid-for or free items. What are you trying to use as your payment method, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then they no longer seem to be accepted in all countries, and even where they are it seems that not all work.
    For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are.
    To download free items and/or updates to your existing apps try removing your payment details from your account. On your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should be a payment link. Or on your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account  - that should also give you a payments link on your account's page.

    My company has 4 Creative Cloud Subscriptions but Adobe are taking 5 subscription payments form the company credit card. I have transaction ID for payments but am getting nowhere trying to speak to someone to sort this out. Please help as a matter of urgency. I expect a full repayment of the money you are taking without authorisation. We only recive 4 invoices.

  • Bank blocked subscription payment.

    Hi, For some reason my bank blocked my recurring payment for the current month (along with my entire card).When I called to get it unblocked, they said that I have to ask spotify to charge me again, but my subscription is running w/o issue and my new charge date is the 30th of July. The payment still hasn't appeared on my statement, but these usually appear with about a week delay. Can someone sort me out here?

  • SSRS Subscription LastStatus "Failure sending mail: Failure sending mail."

    SSRS 2012, SQL 2012 SP2. 
    We have about 50 different daily subscriptions that go out.  In the last month or so, probably over 30% of SSRS subscriptions are getting this error and no e-mail is sent.  I have tested out the reports with the parameters and the reports run just
    fine on demand for both the user and myself.  I'll change the subscription forward for testing, and it will intermittently work or fail even when no traffic is hitting our database so I dont think it's a matter of performance. 
    I see nothing in the error logs, and I see nothing in the logtable 2, or 3 in ssrs as suggested by a few MSDB sites.
    The only spot I can even see this error, is when viewing the subscription. I have done LOTS of searching, and most people get a helpful error after "Failure sending mail" where as I only get 'Failure sending mail: Failure sending mail"

    I have just had an email telling me that a 3 month subscription is being taken from you by my bank. It was a scam email i think but i am just checking as i have not authorised a payment as i do not need a subscription.
    Please can you let me know how i can contact skype customer service to sort this out. I am in the UK.

    Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
    As you know you intend to contact Customer Service, after you have signed on to the Skype website, skip past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). You may also skip past in Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started.
    If the charge is fraudulent, remember also to contact the issuer of the payment method.  If you use a third-party payment processor such as PayPal or MoneyBookers, contact them to report the charge as well.  In such cases, I always recommend changing all of these account passwords immediately, if you have not already done so.

  • Skype Unlimited World Subscription Payment Refused

    If you have failed to pay due to credit card expiry or any other reason and once Skype has tried to charge you and they fail and cancel your subscription - you can't do anything to renew your subscription - or can you?
    I have wasted three days and umpteen hours trying to renew my refused payment cancelled subscription - but no luck. Today I had even a call from their customer service to personally tell me that they can not do anything for me. So thats that.
    But most annoying thing is that their own website says this -
    "If your credit card expires (or the payment fails for any other reason), we will let you know that the recurring payment failed, and give you time to change your payment method and keep your subscription running. 
    If you don’t change your payment details in time and your subscription expires, you have up to 90 days to reactivate it by updating the payment method. By doing this, you can maintain your current subscription settings."

  • Wrong (defunct) Spotify account received subscription payment

    Used to have a FB linked spotify account - deactivated that link and opened spotify under another email. Premium member.  I went to update my card for payment (had expired) and noticed only after entering and submitting payment info, spotify (on computer) had defaulted back to FB account (which I don't use and don't want).  Can you please deactivate spotify [Mod edit-email] and apply the payment just made to the [Mod edit-email] account?
    the user id for the pfizer-connected account is kathleen.turnbull
    the user id for gmail/FB/defunct account is supposed to be the full email.but spotify takes the shorter version.
    Drives me nuts how spotify continues to default to wrong account, evern when I enter the correct user id.  Keeps trying to force FB link.  Worst thing about spotify.  Need to avoid paying twice.

    Hey there. No worries, I'd recommend we remove your old FB-created account so this won't happen again.
    Please contact our team and confirm the old email address and your new username, along with the last 4 digits of the card used to subscribe for security reasons. They'll help remove it and refund the payment - and can also transfer your playlists so no music is lost. If you log in with your username and not email address it won't happen again. You can always choose to connect (and disconnect) this account with Facebook at any point from Spotify's Preferences.
