Success messages won't appear

Hi,
None of my messages appear. I've made sure that show Success
message checkbox is checked. Any ideas?

Nowhere near enough information, " kimmarieforbes".
Are you working with click-boxes? Buttons? Text-entry boxes?
What is the "action" for a success? How much time is set for the
slide? How much time for the click-box itself? Or is it a button?
If so, how much time is it set to be "active"? Inactive? Or maybe
it's a text-entry box. If so, what is the keyboard shortcut, if
any, and how long is the text-entry box set to appear . . . what
other objects are on the slide (in addition to the interactive
object you are referring to here) and what are their times and
other pertinent properties?

These forums are known to be among the best support forums in
the world and we're proud of that - but c'mon - we are NOT in the
room looking over your shoulder - remember? We are waaaaay out here
in another part of the world without a clue abgout your issues
except for what you give us. The only "picture" we have of your
problem is the one you paint with words, so - if you really need
help - do a little background work and at least fill us in a bit.

    it depends on how is your Outlook configured to fetch the emails. Do you leave them on the email server ? If not, then once Outlook has swallowed them, the Blackberry device can't see them on the server.

    My ymail account won't sync to my Mail. I'm on OS X. I'm not too sure what happened. All my other accounts like hotmail and another yahoo mail are synced and I can access my messages. I tried deleting the account but it's still the same.

  • External USB hard drive won't reformat, won't appear in Finder, error: Unable to write to the last block of the device message

    So I just got a new MacBook Air and since I had an external USB hard drive (TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 1TB) lying around, I decided to use it for back-up. Since I only have just the one hard drive, I decided to partition it into two - one for Time Machine backups, and one for general files (formatted FAT so I could use it with Windows). However, the partitioning failed and I ended up with a partition named disk1s2. Plus, it won't appear on Finder anymore, but it appears in Disk Utility.
    I have tried to reformat it, but I always get the message "Unable to write to the last block of the device".
    Here's the info about my drive:

    I didn't have any data in it prior to the failed partitioning attempt, so there aren't any worries of data recovery. But I'd really like to be able to use this drive again, and save some money (external hard drives are expensive where I live). Anyone with any ideas?

    I'd also like to add that repairing the disk using Disk Utility does nothing but tell me to reformat the drive. So I'm stuck in a loop here.

  • My device won't appear on desktop of DataViz'z Documents to Go. Help?

    Anyone out there solved the "Device won't appear on 'Documents to Go' desktop" I've tried several times and DataViz Support basically sent me their trouble shooting document which I had already gone through and tried but no luck. They have wiped their hands of the issue and said Good luck.
    The problem is that I can't synch Documents to Go (ver. 1.1) on my iPod Touch (1st gen) with OS3.0 with the DTG desktop. My device won't appear on the desktop. I my desktop is a MacBook Pro 17" with latest OSX 5.7
    - I don't get any specific error messages; the device just doesn't show up in the DTG desktop window
    - my internet connection is fine and both apps are on the same WiFi network
    - my Firewall settings are set to "Allow all incoming connections"
    - also tried setting Firewall set to allowing just DTG
    - I successfully installed and ran the iPhone/iTouch app "Remote" (it shows up in iTunes
    This is weird. I've had pretty good luck syncing any and all iPod Touch apps with the Desktop, but not being able to do this one pretty much renders Documents to Go useless.
    Any suggestions?

    I solved my own problem. The device was there all along. However on my iPod Touch I noticed I have no user name - - it is just a blank. So it appears in DTG desktop as a blank line which looks invisible to me, i.e. no device. But if I click on the blank line, there it is: a successful link and My DocsToGo.
    I discovered all this by syncing my wife's iPhone, which does have a visible name.
    Now I just have to figure out why my iPod Touch has no user name.

  • None of the buttons work and screen won't come on? Won't appear in iTunes either

    The iphone was dropped and the back glass smashed, and the back plate was taken off so battery visable, camera is detached from phone. It won't turn on now not even when put on charge, from the back you can see the back light of the screen but nothing is actually displayed on the screen.
    Won't appear in the iTunes window and a error message comes up something like Eox000085?
    Is it fixable or totally screwed?

    Try:
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
    How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - Try on another computer
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

  • Service Desk message does not appear in DSWP

    Hi,
    I'm currently configuring Service Desk in SolMan 4.0. I noticed that the service desk messages are created successfully from the satellite systems as they generate a message number that appears in CRM_DNO_MONITOR of the Solution Manager system. However, when I check in tcode DSWP --> Operations --> Service Desk, no message appears in the list. I have only used SLFN message type but nothing appears even if I filter the seach for it.
    Can anyone help me solve this?

    The Custom MRU has to be OnSubmit. I was talking about initialization of the Page Item
    To set the value of the item in Session State set the value using Before or After Header Computation or Process.E.g. write After Header Computation for P232_UPDATE_NUMBER > Static Assignment > 0
    . I am not referring to Custom MRU.As I said earlier, if your CustomMRU process runs you should see a number >= 0 in the message. You will need to initialize only, to say 0, only for situations when the Custom MRU does not run (condition evals to false).

    I have the same problem. Thankfully one which was missing came back. I printed it out and made a PDF of it since it was an important one I'd been looking for.
    I have three icloud email accounts which folders for each one. Now they mostly come up in my inbox instead of the correct folder and they won't move to the correct one.
    Come on Apple, fix this.

    The page contains a ADF table with Create, Edit and delete operations. The success messages of these operations have to be displayed on the staus bar of the Fire fox browser.
    Ex: "Record Successfully created" whenever there is a successful insertion of a record in the ADF table.
    How to display the user generated message on the staus bar of Fire fox? Please help....

    I'll bite. Presumably you're trying to mimic the same functionality from Forms. Firstly I'll flag that you need to convince users that browsers aren't Forms, and they do things in their own ways. A typical browser user doesn't look to the status bar for messages from an application, the status bar is reserved for browser raised messages.
    Yet I also understand it's hard to bend such requirements, so in addressing that requirement specifically, my understanding is the ADF framework doesn't provide this functionality out of the box. You will need to build your own. As a start independent of ADF there appears the ability in Javascript to write to the browser status bar through a function called statsword: http://www.htmlite.com/JS017.php
    At this stage I've no inspiration on how to build this in to an ADF solution (it's far too early in the morning), maybe another reader can help, but I suspect a solution might use the ADF af:serverListener and af:clientListener tags.

    Hi. I have a page I laid out in dreamweaver. It looks good.
    When I try to add new images, I can see them in the layout,
    but they do not appear when I do an F12 preview.
    My old images that do appear are in the same folder as the
    new ones I'm trying to add that won't appear.
    I tried to copy an existing image that appears and pasting it
    --they both appear in the layout, but an F12 preview only shows the
    old one even though it is the same image.
    I even tried to open a dreamweaver tutorial, insert and image
    and preview it, and it didn't work.
    Can anyone help me please.

    This usually means that you are linking with root relative
    links. Enable
    Preview using Temp files in your Preferences, and then you
    will see them.
