SUS-EBP scenario. SUS Invoice not transfered to EBP

Hi all.
I try to customize SRM 7.0 with SUS on different clients.
XI Integration scenario (service procurement) is activated and works fine except SUS invoice replication to SRM. I can see in XI (tr. SXI_MONITOR) XML's for PO's, SUS PO's, Confirmations but not for Invoices.
When I create SUS Invoice and sent it system doesn't generate any XML (no XML in SRM and XI at all).
Can somebody help to resolve this problem? or simply provide me with abap-program name which is start output(XML) generation for SUS Invoice?

Hi Mikhal,
Please check if the invoice triggering event is defined or not ?
SPRO --> SAP Supplier Relationship Management --> SRM Server --> Cross-Application Basic Settings --> Event and Event Schema for Alert Management -->Define Events
Add u2013 event definition u2013 INVOICED for object type - BUS2234
This should trigger the Invoice.
Thanks,

  • SUS - MM Scenario: notification mail not sent to all Supplier Users

    Hi,
we're in a SUS-MM scenario and we publish Purchasing documents (PO and/or SAR) to SUS portal.
The notification mail for new published documents are sent only to the e-mail address of the Supplier (imported from SAP to SUS) which is in the SAP Supplier Master data. But if the Admin supplier creates other users for the supplier (F1 / F2 / F3), the notification mail for new published PO/SAR are not sent to the mail address of F1 / F2 / F3 users. Is it the standard behavior or is there some missing customizing setting missing?
Our customer wants that notification mail are sent to all the mail addresses of the Supplier Users.
Has someone had this kind of requirement? and, if it is not achievable via standard customizing, which could be the right solution to meet this requirement?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
This is a standard SAP process which SAP has provided,
The other way is to develop a custom program,
    1) Select the Supplier.
    2) Check the available contact persons of the Supplier.
    3) When a document is created in ECC (Hope you are in MM-SUS), select the list of contact persons for Supplier. (I assume need a RFC FM to develop to SUS)
    4) Send a e-mail to all users linked with this Supplier.
You can find the linked Contact persons in BP transaction and Table BUT000.
Please change the Status of the Issue once your problem solved, other will get benefitted. If possible post the soulution.
    Thank you,
    Anil

  • Proforma Invoice not transferred to GTS

    Hi,
When i create Proforam Invoice in ECC and the same document is NOT transferred to GTS. When i do manually transfer via Initial Transfer of documents, i'm getting message as "No relevant document types were selected"
In ECC (Feeder system), i have done the following configuation
For Application Level SD0C, BADI activated.
Path: SPRO - > Sales & Dist - > Foreign Trade -> SAP GTS PLUG In - > Activate Transfer of Billing document.
Also Proforma Invoice added to Application level SD0C and activated the SAP Customs Management and Risk management at the below menu path
SPRO -> SD -> Foreign Trade/Customs -> SAP GTS Plug-in -> Control data for transfer to SAP GTS -> Configure control settings for document transfer.
At GTS level, i have configured the following
IMG -> SAP GTS -> SAP Customs Management -> General settings -> Docuement Structure -> Assignment of Document types from Feeder systems -> Assign Document Type at Feeder system Level or Group level.
Feeder system Billing doc type F8 - Proforma Invoice is assigned to GTS doc type CULOEX.
Despite of above settings, Proforma invoice are not transferred upon creation.
Pls help to resolve this issue
    Regards,
    Pradeep Maddi

    Hi Pradeep,
Sorry to hear that you're still having problems.  Some more tips for you...
In the ERP system, use transaction SE37 to display the code in Function Module /SAPSLL/CD_SD0C_R3, and set a break-point at the line PERFORM api6800_csd_synchronize, somewhere around line 155.  Then create a proforma invoice, and see if the debugger starts.
If the debugger does not start, then the problem is in the feeder system.  I would check in this order:
    1. Check that the proforma really is an export - that's to say, the Destination Country is different to the Shipping Point.
    2. Set a break-point very near the beginning of the Function Module - at the line CALL FUNCTION '/SAPSLL/CD_INIT_R3.  If the debugger still doesn't start, then either the SD0C transfer is not active, or there is some other problem with the Plug-In installation.
    3. Check your configuration again for the proforma Document Type.
    4. Check the implementation of the BAdI /SAPSLL/CTRL_SD0C, and make sure that no project=specific code is preventing the transfer.
If the debugger does start, then the problem is in the GTS system.  I would check in this order:
    1. Check that Document Type CULOEX is activated for Customs Processing.
    2. Check that a Number Range is assigned to the Document Type CULOEX.
    3. Check that the Number Range interval is properly maintained.
    4. Check that all required Partner Functions have been mapped.
    5. Check that the Item Category in the proforma is assigned to GTS Item Category CLPOS.
    6. Check that there is an entry (in table /SAPSLL/TLEDPAF)  for the determination of the Activity Sequence.
    7. Check that the Business Partner(s) and Product(s) have been transferred as Master Data.
Please come back if you still have problems.
    Good luck,
    Dave

  • SOLUTION MANAGER - VAR Scenario - Attributes are not transfered

    Hi Solman Gurus
I have an issue regarding connection between Customer and VAR solman.
IThe connection is established following document How To Setup ServiceDesk 2 ServiceDesk Connection Nov 09.pdf.
The problem is in VAR Solman.
When message is transfered from Customer solman to VAR solman the following attributes are not transfered:
Sold-to party, Reported by, Support Team, Message Processor.
The Ibase is configured in both systems. When message is posted from satelite to Customer Solman all this attributes
are transfered. In the next steep, when message is transfered from Customer solman to VAR solman this attributes remain
    empty in VAR Solman.
What confugration is missing in VAR Solman?
    Thank you in advance
    Marko

    Hello Marko,
How did you define the value mapping? Automatically or manually?
Have you checked that Incoming and outgoing value mapping has been created in both systems?
Are you copying the values or taking an other action?
Could there be a rule that is setting the value to space?
I'd take a closer look at your value mapping and make sure incomming and outgoing have been defined properly on each system and make sure the rule is correct, and its not taking some unexpected action like set the value to blank when you wanted to copy it.

  • Proforma (Export Invoice) invoice not transferring to GTS system from ECC

    Hi All,
below mentioned was the error  that displayed  while transferring the Proforma invoice( export invoice) from  ECC to GTS system  in SM58  t code . Can any please through some light  on this  error
Item category missing for item 1. I checked the Item categories for the  item in sales order and delivery  docs. It looks  fine though.
    cheers

    Hi Sri,
    you must align SD0C level.
Go to SPRO --> SAP Global Trade Services --> SAP Customs Management --> Document Structure --> Assignment of Item Categories from Feeder Systems --> Assign Item Category at Feeder System Group Level
For Example: SD0C      TAN     CLPOS Standart Item
When you are done, just re-execute LUW in SM58.

  • Clarifications on EBP-SUS and MM-SUS Scenario

    Hi !
We are planning to implement EBP-SUS and MM-SUS in one Client . Request you to help us on the following issues.
    1. While the outbound messages will not have a problem from MM & EBP, how do we route inbound messages to MM & EBP effectively. Should be handle it in XI ?? If ues, what is the best criteria .
    2. Since both the config guides for MM-SUS and EBP-SUS scenarios include transactions for transferring Vendor & Comapny Code data, how do we check duplication. For ex : if we transfer a Vendor from R/3 and subsequently try to transfer the same vendor from EBP , is there any inbuilt duplicate check ?
    3. In MM-SUS, an ASN created in SUS creates an inbound delivery is created in MM. What would happen in case of EBP-SUS i.e when an ASN is created for an EBP PO ? We are on extended classic scenario ?
4.If you do a confirmation in EBP-SUS, will a GR be generated in both EBP and subsequently in MM.
    Request yr help pl.

    Hi All,
We have created a PO in MM(R/3) and was transferred to SUS through XI.
We could able to see the PO in TCode BBP_PD in SRM-SUS. But for some reason we are not able to see the PO from the URL.
We have Purchaser (SRM_ADMIN) and Vendor (ARAMI-02) assigned the roles SAP_EC_SUS_ADMIN_PURCHASER and SAP_EC_SUS_ORDER_PROCESSOR respectively.

We have an POrg defined as POrg Function POrg Defined.
We have an Pgrp defined as PGrp  Function PGrg Defined.
We have defined vendor Org. haven't assigned anything in function tab.
But defined some attributes needed for Vend Org.
The PO is coming into transaction BBP_PD(SRM SUS) through XI from MM R/3 but is not available in URL either for Purchaser or for Vendor.

  • SUS-MM vs SUS-EBP (Extended CLassic Scenario)

    Hi!
We have an extended classic scenario already up and running between ERP->EBP system without XI usage.
Now it is necessary to configure SUS integration for ASN creation purpose. As I can see SAP has 2 standard configuration guides: one for SUS-MM and another one for SUS-EBP, but they are not fully relevant for ECS.
Could anybody tell me please from what system EBP or ERP it is better to send PO to SUS system when we are using extended classic scenario? And what are advantages/disadvantages of this?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Siarhei

    Hi Dinesh!
Thank you for your answer! It is clear that leading PO is in EBP, but why I can't use ORDERS and ORDCHG IDOCs to transfer PO and PO chnages to SUS?
One other question: do you know whether Configuration Guide for ECS exsits (like SUS-MM and SUS-EBP documents)?

  • EBP SUS scenario ---sending a PO output from EBP to SUS

    Hi All,
We are working on EBP SUS scenario with SRM 5.0 and ECC6.0 as the backend.
We are creating a PO in the EBP which is to be sent to SUS for creating a POR in SUS from vendor.
    1) How do we configure the PO output from EBP to SUS system?
We could see one method call in Set output actions and output format for sending XML purchase orders. How do we configure this to send it to SUS.
    2) Is it possible to have EBP and SUS in one client where from we will create a PO and send it to SUS?
    Thanks in advance.
    Best regards,
    Sridhar.

    hi,
there is one customizing setting available --> you need to set this in your SRM system
transaction --> spro ---> supplier relationship Management --> SRM Server --> cross application basic settings -->
Set output actions and output format --->Condition dependent document output
in this setting select --> purchase order ---> you can see four actions --->
for the last action --->Method call ---> Time of processing ---> should be -->Processing when saving document.
    2) it is possible to have SUS and EBP in same client.
You can refer to few notes available on service market place.
---> it is not to be used for productive use --> only for demo purpose.
one thing i remember is --> the system type in the scenario is EBP_SUS ( One client EBP and SUS )

  • MM-SUS Scenario: MM PO data transfered to SUS but SUS PO creation is fail

    Hello All,
In case of MM-SUS scenario, when i created a MM PO and idoc data was sent to SUS, but in SUS transaction SXI_MONITOR i found that the line is scheduled instead of successfully status. In SMQ2 i found the error message: Storage form of product ID not yet defined in Cust omizing.  As i know that in MM-SUS scenario, the material master is not needed to maintain in SUS.  Please advise how to handle this trouble, thanks,
    Best Regard

    Hi Devi Swain,
    Firstly thanks for your reply.
i have setted this configuration as you mentioned, and Prod.ID Lenth = 18,  "Display leading zeros" and "save lexicographically" are not ticked.  Then the new error message show:Prod.ID Lenth is longer than the customized setting.
By the way, MM material number lenth = 18

  • Open PO transfer to SUS system (MM-SUS Scenario)

    Hi Guys,
We are implementing MM-SUS scenario (Go Live on 1st October 2009).
Currently the client has 750 open POu2019s since January 2009 and they want to transfer all the POu2019s to the SUS system during the cut over period.
We will change the PO and the POu2019s will be transferred to the SUS system in create mode
This can be attained by changing the process code in the message type ORDCHG from u201CME11 (ORDCHG: Purchase order change)u201D to u201CME10 (ORDERS: Purchase order) during the cut over period
Please advice, if transferring the open POu2019s to the SUS system will create any other complexities.
We could not find any information in the standard SAP document.

  • Vendor transfer from mm to sus and ebp to sus

    Hi,
    I have two scenarios.
    1. Plan driven procurement
    2. mm-sus scenario
For plan driven procurement I have transferred the vendor from r/3 to ebp using bbpgetvd  and ebp to sus using xi.
Now vendor can login to sus and do the biding. But in case of mm-sus scenario whether I need to transfer the vendor again using we14? Please suggest how to proceed vendor transfer incase if we have bidding in sus and po display in sus from r/3 not from ebp.
Vendor can be the same for both the scenario.
    1. Plan driven procurement - PO will be in EBP
    2. mm-sus scenario - po will be there only in R/3

    Hi,
I dont think vendor replication is needed. Did you try and test the MM-SUS scenario. Is there any error message that you are getting?

  • EBP and SUS in Classic Scanerio !!!

    Hello SRM Experts,
Is it possible to implement supplier enablement (SUS) with EBP in classic scenario.  As far as I know there are two scenario in which SUS can be implemented.
    1. EBP-SUS Scenario :-Used for Procurement of Services and Indirect Materials.
    2. SUS-MM Scenario :-  Used for Procurement of Direct Materials.
Currently we are in classic scenario SRM3.0 and want to upgrade to SRM 5.0 with SUS/LAC etc.. so we if we implement EBP-SUS scenario how the vendor will send purchase order/Response to EBP as in classic the PO is in R/3 not in EBP. Also in this case what all functionalty will the vendor (supplier) or  buyer (Purchaser) will have than the normal EBP-SUS scanerio.
    Thanks for your help.
    Prashant

    Hi Prashant,
I had the same situation - based on testing and discussion during my running project OSS Note "543544 SUS ECS for EBP not supported" has been issued.
Scenario SRM-SUS is NOT running in extended classic scenario.
You can give it a try in classic.
We are using SRM-MM scenario and have a working solution for indirect as well direct materials up and running.
    Kind regards,
    Claudia
