Tcode to list open POs like me2l (Purchasing Documents per Vendor)

Hello,
Is there any transaction code to list Open PO by vendor with the following columns ? me2l looks good, but I don't know how to show the column Schedule Line.
    - Purchasing Document,
    - Item
    - Schedule Line
    - Schedule Quantity
    - Good Received Quantity
    - Open Quantity
In me2l, is still to be delivered column is the same as Open Quantity ?
Thanks,
Andre

in which release are you?
Are you having ALV layout in ME2L or just the old fashioned SAP report layout ?
In ALV layout, you have to click the calendar icon to get to the schedule line, and in my system the scheduline line id is just visible in the first column

  • Total Purchasing dollars per Vendor

I would like to get a query where only for the Vendors which have "ERS" -Evaluated Receipt Settlement type slected , I want to get the total dollars purchased from that vendor.
Which table gives the total Purchasing dollars per Vendor?

Here is a quick approach using Excel:
First extract vendors marked for ERS by using SE16 - table lookup for table LFM1. Add field XERSY (flagged for ERS) to the selection fields and use the AVL list as output option. Once you have the list, download it into Excel.
Now run transaction MC$4, which will access information structure S012 (Purchasing Information System) and run the report by selecting a range of periods. There are a bunch of key figures available, from the original PO $ to invoiced $. Once you have selected the key figure/key figures you need, download the report into Excel.
Now use the vblookup function in Excel, using the downloaded ERS vendors as reference to find the desired key figures from the second downloaded table.

  • How to Modify ME2L (Purchase Orders by Vendor) ?

Hi I would like to modify (adding a new Select-Parameter) to the selection-screen of transaction ME2L.
    Any Experience witdh that ?
    Thanks a lot !

    Hi David,
There are numerous Enhancement Points And Implicit Enhancement Points in the Report code RM06EL00 (Program for Tcode ME2L).
See if any of these helps in meeting your requirement.
Create implementations of the requisite Enhancement Points and Implicit Enhancement Points and add your requisite code.
Otherwise you can create a copy of the program RM06EL00 and make necessary changes to the custom code. Then attach the custom code to a tcode.
    Hope this helps.

  • ME21 Mandatory purchase contract per vendor

    Hi SAP experts,
I have the next purchasing scenario:
Some of my vendors are ocasional and rarelly sell me material, so I don't have to create a purchase contract since I could take its purchasing price from the condition records set up in MEK3, however, I need to create the purchase orders of the rest of my vendors directly from a contract since they have special prices. The question is, how can I set this up? I mean, how can I indicate that certain vendors require a purchase contract as mandatory?
I hope you can help me, best regards.
    Eloy Venegas

    Hi,
One vendor might contains more than one contract, maintain outline aggrement field as required field in the PO screen layout so that while creating PO for that vendor system will ask for aggrement no then enter the valid contract or aggrement no to create the PO.

  • Tcode for Open POs

    Hi all,
Please tell me the Tcode to search the list of open POs.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards,
    Neetu

    Dear Neetu Gautam
The Open order qty is the quantity of material due for delivery against purchasing documents.
To know what are all the receipt elements i.e., relevant purchasing documents - please see the stock requirements for the same material (MD04).
Open order quantity means Sum of all outstanding PO quantities for a material.(Quantity still to be received).Open order quantities will considered by MRP as available stock since it is going to be received.

    Hi
<u>Note 978126 - Report for list of open POs in case purchaser has moved.</u>
The requirement from customer is to have a report having a listing of POs in case the person who has created the PO has left the organization or has been moved out of the purchasing organization/group. The report should also be able to update the PO with the new requestor and/or new recipient.
    <b>Table HRUS_D2 : table of substitutes.</b>
Also, You can setup substitute from your 'Approval' screen itself.
For example, you are the approver. You are going on leave from 27-Aug-2007 to 05-Sep-07. Then you do the following:
    1) Click on 'Approval' transaction in your SRM webpage
    2) Click on 'Substitute' button
3)You will see 'Assign Substitute' button at the bottom. Click that
    4)Click on 'Add Substitute' button
    5) Set the dates as required.
Set the Status (Passive or Active) -- Desc is clear enough

  • Opening multiple bookmarks in new tabs without switching to the new tabs and keeping the bookmark list open

With the bookmark list open I like to open a number of them at a time, the be problem is that each time I click on a bookmark it opens and switches to a new tab. I like to open around 5 tabs from the bookmark list, with FF I have to open the bookmark sekect the bookmark menu again open another and so on. It would be nice to be able to open the bookmarks straight from the list. That way the first one is loading while i open the others.

    1. The Sidebar view of bookmarks will stay open until you decide to close it. <br />
    '''{Ctrl + B}'''
    2. Tools > Options > Tabs = un-check - '''When I open a link in a new tab, switch to it immediately''' <br />
If you have a tab-related extension installed, it may have "taken over" that preference or modified it.
    3. You can Middle-click a bookmark in the Sidebar to have it open in a new Tab; if you Middle-click a '''folder of bookmarks''', all those bookmarks will open in new Tabs (you get a warning at ten tabs).

  • Classic & EC -  PO & other purchasing documents number range

    Hi SRM Gurus,
Can any one please explain me more precisely about number ranges in SRM & MM.
For classical scenario, we will define number ranges for PO & other purchasing documents in SRM as internal number ranges and in MM as external number ranges.
But in Classical scenario we will create POs (or other Purchasing Documents) in backend system. Suppose If it is to be replicated to SRM as per business need, then how system works. Because we defined in SRM PO number range as internal number range and in backend system as external number range.
Again in Extended Classical scenario, for MRP materials PR or Reservation will be created in backend system with internal number range. But in Plan-Driven scenario they will be replicate to SRM. In this case how we have to choose number ranges.
I am confused. I'll appreciate if any one explains me with step by step or with examples for Classic and Extended classical scenarios
    Points will rewarded
    Thanks,

    Hi,
Please find my responses in bold below:
For classical scenario, we will define number ranges for PO & other purchasing documents in SRM as internal number ranges and in MM as external number ranges.
Sundeep: In Classic Scenario, you do not define number ranges for PO internally in SPRO. You would only define number ranges for shopping carts, Confirmation and Invoices if required. Please see description of classic and extended classic scenario below.
External number ranges are defined for PR's and PO's in ECC in a classic scenario environment. (No Internal number range is defined in SRM for these documents in classic scenario and a shopping cart is a PR in SRM)
So, basically in classic scenario, you create only a Shopping cart (Internal Number Range) and all follow on documents such as PR, PO etc are created as external number ranges in ECC, which are a result of a shopping cart from SRM having an internal number range locally.
But in Classical scenario we will create POs (or other Purchasing Documents) in backend system. Suppose If it is to be replicated to SRM as per business need, then how system works. Because we defined in SRM PO number range as internal number range and in backend system as external number range.
Sundeep: This scenario is not possible. In classic scenario you cannot replicate the PO back to the SRM system. Such a scenario is usually accomodated by an Extended Classic Scenario.
Again in Extended Classical scenario, for MRP materials PR or Reservation will be created in backend system with internal number range. But in Plan-Driven scenario they will be replicate to SRM. In this case how we have to choose number ranges.
Sundeep: In a Plan driven procurement the PR is created in SRM as a shopping cart with internal number range. (PR = Shopping cart in SRM). No reservations are created locally in SRM from a PDP. Reservation are only possible in a Classic scenario from SRM -> R/3.
    · The classic scenario
The shopping cart is created and approved in SAP Enterprise Buyer. The remainder of the procurement process takes place in the backend ERP system(s) and all other follow-on documents, such the purchase order, goods receipt/service entry sheet and invoice, are located there. With SAP Supplier Self-Services, you have partial supplier involvement for the operational procurement business scenarios when buying materials. There is no support for services.
    · The extended classic scenario
The shopping cart is created in SAP Enterprise Buyer. The purchase order and follow-on documents are also created there and then replicated to the backend system. The purchase order in SAP Enterprise Buyer is the leading purchase order and cannot be changed in the backend system. Goods receipts and invoices can be pre-entered in SAP Enterprise Buyer or entered directly in the backend system. With SAP Supplier Self-Services, you have partial supplier involvement for all your operational procurement scenarios. In these scenarios, you have supplier involvement for the purchase order and the purchase order response.
    Hope this info helps !!
Pls assign points for usefull answers !!
