The screen on my itouch suddenly has a lock icon appearing and everything got supersized.  What do I do to get everthing back to normal?  I already tried resetting it and even restored the device.  nothing helps

Can anyone help me?  My iTouch is suddenly locked--there's a padlock icon at the top. And everything is giant sized.  I tried turning the device off and back on--I tried restting the device--and I tried restoring the device.  Nothing changed
