This is a stupid question, I got this iPhone brand new a few days ago and my cat just chewed my earbud wires and it doesn't work anymore. Can Apple replace them for me?

If you charge your cat rent to live with you (assuming your cat has a job), then you can add the cost of replacement to the rent or take it out of the security deposit. With your new funds, you can go to Apple and buy a new pair of headphones. Hope this helps.

Hello, i have 2 2006 macbooks that have palmrest chips. One is black and the other is white. the lack one also has a chip in the top left corner of the screen. I have heard of people getting the replaced for free bacause of faulty construction and wear and tear. Will apple replace the palmrest fro free? What about the chip on the top left of the screen? A few days ago I was stupid and tried the Master Password option. Now it will not allow me to remove it! I follow the process but when I submit the master password for removal the 'remove' button is dead. Only the 'cancel' option is active.

Had me stumped for a while too ...
On the screen that presents all your "Blank" documents, simply touch the word "Blank" under the preview (not the actual preview) and you'll get a dialogue to name your document.

I cannot download photos from my digital camera (via a cable) to Iphoto (version '09). I have been able to do this successfully up til 4 days ago but not yesterday (Dec. 25th). My camera/device is recognized in the Source List, but when it tries to download the photos, all I get are the words "Loading Photos" in the area where the thumbnail pictures usually display. The little "gear" symbol next to the words but it just goes round and round. Nothing ever downloads, and instead of showing me how many pictures there are to import it just says "No photos". So therefore I cannot import the photos to my library since they won't even download.
I was getting an error message a few days ago that my Iphoto library was getting full, so I emptied my trash in both Iphoto and on my computer. I had this same problem back in October and emptying the trash and getting rid of some photos did help (can I really be using that much storage space for the pictures?). But it didn't help this time.
Any suggestions as to what to do to solve the problem? I would try taking the SD card out and inserting that into the slot on the computer to see if I could load pictures that way; but the last time I did that, they wouldn't load. Not sure if I lost pics from the disc or not.

Novice501. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now? -
